Donna and her work is amazing. We got our son's hand and feet imprints as first Christmas presents for the grandparents. They're such a precious gift that turned out so well. We also got a family plate for ourselves which included our son and fur baby. Less than a month after our imprints were taken, my dog of 14 years went to doggy heaven. The process of the imprints is easy because she has a lot of examples of designs and what colors would look like after they have been fired. Donna was very kind and gentle with both of our babies. I haven't been to Donna's studio, she has organized events at local shops and we happened to get our imprints delivered back to the shop where the pop up event was. Donna also communicates in a timely manner and I like that she also texts messages to answer questions/concerns too. One of our pieces has a misspelled name, but she was able to fix it. read more

Depending on how busy she is, the turn around might be longer, but that didn't bother me as I knew the final product would be great. I highly recommend Impressions by Donna! Donna has outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. However, once you're in the shopping center (small) area, the store is located next to KV Nail & Spa. It's a tiny store. Donna is very inviting, friendly, and response to your email or phone. She's been doing the ceramic impressions for many many years! I knew she would do a great job on the hand and feet ceramic impressions. This is a great way to get as a gift for someone special. I didn't receive any call back from Donna even after 6 weeks of scheduled pick up date. I called her repeatedly and got an answer after calling her 5-6 times. After 6 weeks she told me that impression were broken and you will have to come again with your son for new impressions. It look another 4 weeks for new impressions and what I found was completely opposite of what I asked for 1. I asked for round shape and got an hexagon 2. impression color was completely different (green instead of blue) 3. Base color was white even though I asked for other color My friend also picked up his item and name of his son was misspelled. I will never recommend this to anyone. Wait of more than 10 weeks and finally you won't get what you paid for. read more

Dissatisfied and Jaded - I had purchased a voucher for my dog's paw prints, as her first living voucher offering indicted "merchandise in the store". First of all she does not have a retail store, and secondly, she is very difficulty to get a hold of, and also inflexible as it pertains to her "Designs". Sadly enough, upon contacting her the third time, I wanted to use my three vouchers purchased, for any services and/or design, and/or emblesshments that she could add to the existing 'yet to be baked' paw print that the cemetery did. She would not entertain and/or consider helping me use the vouchers for this. Finally, with my beloved dog, passed away, I have been struggling to identify hoW I can use these vouchers, as I do not have children. Accordingly, I sent her an email with an idea and design, and she neither called me back and or emailed me back. Prior to purchasing, I would ask to meet her first, and view her facility. read more

Donna was rude unfriendly and took forever to finish the plate. Always ready with an excuse as to why my plate wasn't ready. Interestingly when I said I was unhappy with her customer service - I got an email the next day saying it was ready. I'm extremely impressed by Donna's customer service. I had my son's impressions done when he was a few months old and loved them. Therefore, when my second son was born I sought Donna out to get matching impressions. A few weeks later Donna called stating that she wasn't satisfied with them. She came over to my house to redo them! The original impressions just had a tiny imperfection, but for Donna, it had to be perfect.
