We had a pipe leak behind our drywall that we had fixed by another plumbing company, and we were put in contact with Rainbow Restoration through our insurance company. To sum things up as much as possible, they ripped our fairly new carpet up, damaged the baseboards, and left the job poorly done and unfinished. We waited months, and finally had to choose another vendor working with our insurance company to finish the job that they started and didn't finish. Then about six months later they start sending us invoices and threatening letters saying they are going to send us to collections. This is all after we paid our deductible and our insurance company paid them for the job that was left a mess, unfinished, and unprofessional.
