I've always had a great experience at eyes optical! My husband has been using their services since moving to the area 6 years ago. I finally took the time to make an appointment and had my first ever eye exam since I was probably 12. it was also my first time being behind a phoropter however Dr. Cynthia Martin took her time - heard my concerns and asked questions about my work/home life and what would be the best option in glassware. When it came down to it I had such a small prescription that they recommended getting blue light glasses or something similar to help with my work life since I'm contently on a computer. I can't express it enough, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came in with a pair of sunglasses that needed a very minor repair. Mind you I did not purchase them from here, I am not a patient here, and quite honestly only stumbled upon the place because I was at the jewelry store right next to it. I was greeted promptly and happily, told I could leave my glasses for about 30 minutes or wait (as they were seeing optical patients). I opted to leave the glasses and come back. Upon my arrival I was greeted with my repaired glasses at NO COST. Now I'm sure had there been a cost it wouldn't have been much but the point is this man could have charged me for hisntiis time, instead he paid it forward to me! So now after months of not wearing my Oakleys that I recieved after my daughter was born I can wear them again in time for my birthday and her first birthday! The first time I visited the "Impressive Eyes Optical" at 358 Main Street in Security Colorado, I was impressed with the way I was greeted by Karl Minzenmayer the Optician. Karl is extremely friendly, helpful, and patiently answered my questions. I'm also impressed with his state-of-the-art equipment and choice of glasses he has to choose from. He fixed a pair of my glasses and was very generous about that. Since my first visit there, I've returned 3 more times. Each time he is there to help and do what must be done to take care of my eyes and glasses. I wouldn't consider trusting my eyes to anyone else. This office was recommended by my friend. I was willing to try anything after going to two other main chains and my script was always slightly off.
