The new owners of this car wash have raised the prices considerably, that's OK if the service was there. They claim "spot free rinse". It appears they hardly ever clean their water filter as I have white spots all over my trucks paint , windows, and especially the chrome. Our Truck has a lot of chrome. The men that work in the drive through do a good job. It's the rinse water. When you choose full service they people at the full service area do a half hearted job and give no appearance of wanting to do a good job, just get by. It is a shame because I have done business there for many years but now it appears I have to move on. read more

This is the 3rd disappointed experience at this car wash. Save your money- spending 20 minutes cleaning your car yourself would provide you more satisfaction. Car was left with literally muddy car mats, food and crumbs in the actual cup holders, and my back trunk was sprayed down and then left unwiped. WORST $25 car wash ever, will never return. read more

50$ later, my car looks just as dirty on the inside as when I left it with the group of guys. I watched them chat and laugh while they half heartedly ran their towels over some spots (not many). They did a very poor job cleaning my leather seats as well. I feel like they just wanted to get it over with and didn't put in any effort. I have gone to this car wash location since it opened over 25 years ago. I used to pay $5.00-$6.00 and get a great wash up until a couple of years ago when they moved the cashier outside and they started trying to up sell. Now the price for a basic wash has increased considerably and the wash that you get is not nearly the quality as the one I used to pay $5.00-$6.00 for. If your rims are dirty, forget it! They don't wash or scrub them in the wash. You have to pay extra and go to the detail center to get them cleaned...and they still don't get them clean. The entire reason I used to go to this car wash was to save time. Not anymore. Every time I go to this place the service just gets worse and worse. Last time I was there I even got into an argument with the manager over my car not being clean after 2 washes and paying extra for them to do it right the 2nd time. When I thought they were just going to re-wash it again, he yelled at me and told me no way was I going through the wash again. Obviously, he didn't know me very well and eventually let me go through. LOL! Terrible service and management. I will never go back again. read more

I was really hesitant to try this carwash because of the reviews here but I decided to try it anyway to see how they do for myself. And I'm so glad I did because I had such a nice experience with them. Starting from the guy in the booth that you give your payment to just before the carwash all the way to the last guy/gal that thoroughly cleaned, waxed and vacuumed my car, and washed my rubber floor mats. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and did such a thorough cleaning of my car. I watched them do this from the waiting area, which was extremely tiny but it'll do. I chose the most expensive wash which involved exterior and interior thorough cleaning, waxing, vacuuming and washing of all my rubber floor mats for $27. And I discreetly watched them do the clean because I wanted to make sure they were thorough as I am a complete clean freak! I didn't have the highest expectations, again, because of the reviews here. But man, was I pleasantly surprised with the results! I was a very have customer today and I will definitely be coming here for my exterior/interior carwashes from now on. P.S. If you have a small car and you want your trunk cleaned and vacuumed also, you have to tell them. If you don't, they will not clean it for privacy purposes. It's like you have to give them your permission before they can open the trunk, which makes sense. read more

I just got an incredible interior and exterior hand wash, even though they were both closing in 5 minutes when I drove up and having a few technical issues with their computer system! He was stopped by another unhappy customer so I asked the guy who had cleaned my car and he was NOT happy that I asked him to wipe it off. What a WASTE of my time and money!!! I have been using this car wash for years and have always had great service until today. Service was still friendly but for the first time was charged an oversized vehicle fee and a mud fee. Really???? It's a mid-sized SUV not a large one or a large truck with only road dirt and salt. Yes it was dirty, it's been snowy so roads have been sanded. Mud though? NOT!! This car wash does a OK job. The dryers are not the best. They also will not cover antenna's that are factory installed. Which is kind of weird since most places only don't cover aftermarket antenna's. It is due to this policy that I will not use them again. read more

NEVER ON SATURDAY! The difference in quality of workmanship between 7 July and the 9 July is enough to give you whiplash. On Thursday I brought in a dusty, high gloss, metallic green GMC Sierra for their best car wash and paid an additional fee for a hand applied spray wax. Excellent service and quality workmanship that would have given them at least a 4, possibly a 5 star rating. I came back on 9 July with a mostly clean plain white Toyota Tacoma and paid for the same service. Boy did I get ganked. The wax was applied inconsistently. You could see where it either wasn't or where it had run. When I pointed it out, I was told it was a flaw in my paint. They spot applied some wax and the problem disappeared. Rather than doing the job over again, correctly, I was told that next time I should pay for a hand wax job. How you leave a car wash looking worse than you arrived is simply incredulous. I'm sorry for the Thursday crew because the Saturday crew has detracted from their good work and reputation. read more

First they sell you five car washes for the price of four then, they give you a terrible car wash and blaming it on the blowers that are not working, but its the rinse water because the car was all spotted. i was told I could go pay $2 to have my car wiped down. If their equipment was working, I could just drive off with a spotless car. Now I want to use a pass for another bad wash and they are closed in with no reopen date. They washed about half the car and claimed that was good enough. They left bird sh*t and bugs on my hood and front end. They did not wash the wheels or the sides of car. Said that rocks in the brushes would scratch the car. I ask for a do over. They ask for more $$ to do it over. I ask for a refund and they said no and go away. Total BAD BAD place. read more

We have been going there for over a year now and they have always done a good job on our SUV,But about a month ago they did not do a good job what so ever,our car sat there for about 15 minutes with no one working on it so i went and ask them if someone was going to work on our vehicle soon,as every one who came in after us was gone, we were the last one out. I went in the next day and talked with general manager and told him we were very unhappy and will not return he said he did not want to lose us as a customer and gave me a coupon for his best wash and promised everything will get done so we we went back to use the coupon and the cashier said i would have to pay extra to have the inside done and i said no the general manager say's everything will be done so it cost us nothing .But i did notice they said the wash would have cost $12.00,but the general manager said the coupon was for his best wash and the cost for that would have been $27.00.But all in all they did a great job and we will go back again. read more
