I had Welcomes auto body in Minden repair the rear door on my suv. The trim pieces on the rear door have fallen off because they glued the pieces on instead of using the proper clips. If this the type of work they do, I would stay away from them. Trying to get the repairs done correctly has been a real challenge. read more

Do not ever, and I repeat ever, try to do business with this company. Roy, the receptionist LOL is the only person you will ever see or talk to, has no clue what is going on in the shop. We tried to work with them in July of 2022. Our Progressive insurance sent them a check for over 3K to fix a small hole in the back of our RV on July 21. It's been one excuse after another every month we try to get it on their schedule for the work they were paid for six months ago to be done. And the last time we went in to talk face to face he confused us with someone else that had said screw it an went elsewhere. BEWARE read more

We took the wife's car in for a for a quote on some minor front body damage. The fellow at the desk looked at the damage and said he would call us with the quote. After a week and no call we called again and he said he was sending the quote. It's been a over a month. They must have lots of work because they just shined us on. I took my vehicle to Welcomes to get a broken mirror replaced. After several attempts to get the right mirror they discovered that the broken mirror was not original equipment. They worked with me to get a mirror that would work and quickly replaced both side mirrors that made the truck good as new. They even cleaned and detailed the truck before I picked it up! Took my car to Welcomes to have the drivers side and passenger side doors repaired. They were really great about keeping us informed about everything. You can't tell the new paint from the old paint. They even waxed the car before we picked it up. Highly recommend them, they make body repair almost painless. read more

I brought my car here after being hit by another car, as they were a service provider for the other driver's insurance company. I got it back with more damage then I left if there with. The damage done by the accident was surface scratches down the rear passenger door and rear quarter panel. When they were finished "fixing it" it was returned with multiple deep scratches and a gouge out of the paint. They also failed to put the rubber lining around the doors and windows back on correctly, as it was literally falling off and up inside the door in parts. They also broke the little button that hides the screw in the door, and it just falls out now. They fixed the lining issues but took no responsibility for anything else. I do not recommend getting ANY work done here. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option. read more

This shop is an absolute rip off, DO NOT come here if you are paying out of pocket. I literally rolled into an older model honda sedan going no more than 3mph at an intersection. The rear bumper was just scuffed up a bit and dented, literally zero damage to my front end. Somehow this shop turns a bumper replacement on a sedan into almost $2100 in repairs.Bumper itself cost $435. The labor was invoiced for 11.5 hours of "body repair", 8 hours painting. Every part imaginable on the rear end of this vehicle apparently needed repair despite the only point of contact being the bumper. Never seen such an egregious rip off and just totally milking a minor fender bender. Pretty much the worst padding of labor hours I've ever seen in the automotive industry, period. Basically if you want the most absolutely dishonest, exploitative body repair job you can possibly imagine, this is your shop! read more

Complete joke. Called for a tow through ford road side assistance for an f250 and specified that I needed a flat bed truck and these clowns show up with a regular tow truck. Gets my vehicle a mile down the hill and then just leaves it parked facing the wrong way in the middle of the good damn road with no call back saying thats what they were going to do. To make things worse the drive had the nerve to tell me it would be a few days before they came back to tow it. Which is not an option when it was left in the middle of the road facing oncoming traffic just waiting for sheriffs to ticket it and have it towed by a company that actually knows what they are doing. Next time someone tells you that you need a flat bed tow truck you should use your fucking brains. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not a tow company at all. Can't imagine they are much better at auto body repair. Also their receptionist is a very rude and lazy as all fuck. read more
