They told me it was a crack in my sidewall, I left and went somewhere else. They showed me where the whole was, which was on the inner side of my tire. It looked as if they found a screw or nail and pulled it out without saying anything to me, leaving me to drive away with basically a flat tire. Absolutely ridiculous!

They lifted it up and after some time, told me all my suspension was old and needed replaced or the alignment would fail, quoted me to replace the new struts I just added plus a bunch of other items that did not need to be replaced. If they even looked at them they would have seen the brand new KYB labels on them. They tried to get me for $thousands thinking I was stupid. Was I suppose to call them out as liars and thieves on the spot? I said oh, ok, i'll have to get that scheduled later and left. Mavis, Tire Kingdom should be avoided at all costs, they will lie to you, if your not knowledgeable they are scamming you. I searched reviews and found All Star. I took my car in thinking I was going to have to spend at least 500$ on a single part. The throttle body. Steve was in contact through the whole process. I ended up having a loose wire and loose vacuum hose. My car was ready the next morning. I ended up paying for only an oil change. I will be going to All Star for all of my cars needs in the future. However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business .
