They told me it was a crack in my sidewall, I left and went somewhere else. They showed me where the whole was, which was on the inner side of my tire. My employer has recently started servicing the company vehicles with this Tire Kingdom. The store keeps each vehicle tied to the company account for ease of setting up service. The shop has never turned my service away. If they are swamped they offer the option to drop the vehicle off and call you to come pick it up when service is complete. The maintenance technicians have proven to be ethical with their estimates and repairs. The store has a nice waiting area in the back with complimentary coffee and television for entertainment. There is a Dunkin Donuts next door if you would like to adventure off for a different setting.

They lifted it up and after some time, told me all my suspension was old and needed replaced or the alignment would fail, quoted me to replace the new struts I just added plus a bunch of other items that did not need to be replaced. If they even looked at them they would have seen the brand new KYB labels on them. They tried to get me for $thousands thinking I was stupid. Was I suppose to call them out as liars and thieves on the spot? I said oh, ok, i'll have to get that scheduled later and left.
