I wanted to post a review about a Fantastic Service Experience we have using this company to Service our Pool and preform much needed equipment repairs that were now approaching 16+ years old. We were referred to In Depth Pools from a friend who uses this company to Service his pool on a weekly basis, he has also had repairs and upgrades done with them and has been thrilled at the professionalism, prices and most importantly the quality of the work performed. So with that I called the company and spoke to Phillip who is the owner and preforms all the work. He is Licensed Contractor and has worked in the industry for many years learning best practices from his prior employers who have taught him well before opening up his own business. What I noticed immediately is the friendly warm welcome and that he actually listened to my concerns and issues and did not immediately try to sell me on something until he fully understood my needs. I ended up signing up for weekly pool service and a couple of pump upgrades and the whole process was and is amazingly smooth, the work preformed was prompt, clean and works great! I am looking forward to the savings on my electric bill with the new high efficient pumps he installed and wow they are quiet too! And his weekly service is amazing, he is always on time, comes by gets to work, gets the job done in a timely manner and when he leaves my pool is sparkling like new! I have used In Depth Pool Service for a couple of years now, and have been greatly impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. The owner, Phillip, is committed to providing the highest level of customer service; whether it is a regular weekly pool cleaning or occasional repairs and upgrades, he clearly outlines what is required to get the job done, and can be counted on to actually show up on time to complete the project. This is our second pool that we have partnered with In Depth Pool Service. Prior to moving house our original pool and equipment was somewhat dated. We'd used other companies for cleaning, however after numerous failed "shock treatments" we decided to call Phillip. He was quickly able to tweak the aging pool equipment and optimize the chemical balance in the pool to give us a sparkling pool once again! In addition, Phillip was able to match and replace existing broken and missing tiles so that when we listed the home, the pool passed inspection with no issues! Our new house has an updated salt water pool with many modern features, and once again Phillip was fully up to speed on all of the latest technologies and iPhone control of the various pool functions which he was more than willing to discuss to help me understand how things worked.
