First I hate to write bad review. We use Polar Bear pool last summer. Brian was very enthusiastic of fixing our pool right before my pool party. My pool was service by some company from roseville for three months but they did a bad job and cause my pool to have algae. Brian clear the algae and I paid for full service of $135 a month which was higher than Lake Hill Pool of $110. I don't mind paying higher thinking my pool will be more clean. For the whole year paying for full service but we were too busy to swim until a month ago. I saw algae and asked Brian. What happened why do I have algae with full service for a year. Brian blamed that algae grows from 1) our body chemicals, and 2) calcium deposit of the tiles. I told Brian that we have not swam for the past whole year so it must be the calcium deposit. I had several pool services came in for quotes and they said my pool chemicals were not balance with the right standard. We had paid for Brian to clean the pump filters. I just hired a new pool service and they just cleaned my pump filters and they look horrendous disgusting for being maintained with the most expensive service by Brian for the past one year which we just swam 1 time for the past 1 year. We discovered all these dirty pump filters and cloudy pool with algae for paying full services. The 2 stars is for Brian's eager trying to fix the problems. read more
