The guys at k2 auto took me the same day I called and checked out my car. In the city, just to be seen, would have been a $150 diagnostic fee. The guys here looked at it and said it was just AC condensation. So I asked what I owed and he said "no charge. I didn't do anything." That wouldn't have stopped the city from charging. I needed a new engine , and was dealing with a warranty company that was not so great. And they took care of the whole process, step by step they kept me in the loop with pictures and processes. With the frustration any one would had said forget it we don't want the head ache but not them. When anything seemed off they went to extra mile to get it fix the right way, there job is to never see me again for the same issue . In a good way and you can tell they are doing that. Every one is super friendly and they gave a loaner knowing it was my only way to get back and forth from work. I drive an Audi and even the Audi dealership wasn't this good. I highly recommend them! I've brought my car here twice. The first experience was a 3.5/5. I needed to get my car inspected. I was told to come around a certain time. I came at that time and no one was there to do it because they had gotten a tow call. This was a little annoying, and I probably wouldn't have gone back if I'd made a special trip for this visit or had to leave early for it, but the woman was apologetic and I work close by so I decided to give them another try. The second time was the charm as I came in and they did the inspection in no time. The second experience was AMAZING. I had to get my oil changed. I called before close on a Wednesday and they got me in First thing the next morning. When I went to pick up my vehicle I found my car facing out towards the street so that I didn't have to turn it around ( a small gesture , but it's the little stuff that counts) and my front plate back on (I had left my new plate in the car - I never mentioned the plate). These were both nice gestures, but the grand finale was when I saw my bill. I saw some random fees so I asked what those were. I came to find that my back rear tire had a nail in it and was at 15% capacity. They went ahead and fixed that for me for 10 bucks. I got my front plate changed , an oil change, and tire repair for a whopping $57. As someone who knows nothing about cars and tends to overpay for everything as a result my ignorance, this service at this price was very much appreciated. I will definitely be back.
