I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

She went back and checked my order and said she'll put some in right away, she also added additional roses to the bouquet, which really brightened it up and made it feel vibrant. From the start, Demaris was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me get exactly what I wanted. Together with Coco, they designed and delivered a truly gorgeous bouquet for my girlfriend. The arrangement was absolutely stunning--beautifully put together with great attention to detail. This is a very unique flower shop. When you walk in, you can feel the difference and the owner put so much time and heart into decorating it that it's very different from a run-of-the-mill place one might be used to. Their designs are gorgeous, from a bouquet of flowers to a centerpiece, we will continue to order from them. I strongly recommend this flower shop to all my friends. I posted below a photo of what she is advertising on her website and what she actually provided. oh, and these are only ONE sided... so don't think it's a 360 bouquet (which means half of the flowers). I specifically asked her on the phone if she could make it look like the photo. If not, I would have gone elsewhere. She promised she could. Alas, she did not. Big time DID NOT.
