I love In-N-Out and crave it all the time! When I heard it was coming to Colorado I was stoked but not ready to wait in the long lines. Now that another location has opened and the hype has died down (slightly) I have gone during the night. I usually try to go around 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and haven't had to wait too long, about 30 minutes. It's definitely worth the wait because the food is so fresh! The only sucky part about the whole franchise no matter what state you get it in is ordering fries. The fries go stale if you don't eat them right away so I don't even bother getting them anymore. The staff was super friendly and made sure that the line went by fast. If you have a dog, you can always ask for an unsalted burger patty too! read more

Well, I finally decided to find out what all the drama was with the In and Out Burger chain. And why someone would spend 2 or more hours in line in their car to get a burger? During the Covid scare, the lines for the drive up were hours long, and wrapped around the lot for hours. So, last week I decided to try it out. I went right at opening time, to the In and Out on Alameda in Aurora. Still had to wait in line for 30 minutes or so . Well, I must say I was truly very disappointed and dissatisfied with what I got. The burger is smaller and thinner than a McDonald's regular hamburger But the bun is better , it does have lettuce, slice of onion, and atomatoe slice, didnt see a pickle slice, and that secrect sauce leaves alot to be desired, a mayo chipolte knock off, basically its a upgraded version of a McDonald's burger. What happened to a All American Burger? Lettuce , pickles, onion, Mayo, ketchup, mustard.!!! The fries were good fresh potatoes, and done to a nice crispy crunch. Have been wanting some In-N-Out, ever since they opened in Colorado. It's always been a treat to stop at the CA locations when on vacation! I've got to say-- the first experience at the Aurora location was very smooth! We arrived at 9:52PM and had our food within 26 minutes. I will give you the disclaimer that "double doubles" are gigantic. I did not remember them being that big and we got 5 for 2 people -- my fiancé and I could only finish one each. I hope they warm up okay the next day and if anyone has recommendations about the best way to reheat them, please advise lol! The fries were just OKAY-- they still had a bit of like frozen flavor and weren't very warm or flavorful. I'll definitely pass on those moving forward. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and received vanilla, but not a big deal because the vanilla one was tasty too! 4/5 overall because they have a really efficient process to get people---- in-n-out fast and the burgers are super tasty. Very impressed with the quality of the burgers. The tomato was as large as the burger, and the slice of onion was also as large as the burger, which is not the norm with the majority of all the other burger places. So good but only if you can stand the wait... I used to crave this when I went to California or Arizona, I would wait any amount of time to get a burger and french fries. So good, fresh, everything is very tasty as always. However, I am here at 10:30 on a Tuesday night...I have been waiting for 45 minutes in the drive-through. I am stuck here, and I cannot get out. I had a cheeseburger with large dr p. and fries. It's tasted way better than any fast food that sells fries and hamburgers. Because fries get cut by the potatoes never frozen like McDonald's, burger king, Wendy's, etc. that sells them. The only thing I disagree with the restaurant that the indoor dining in is still closed but by Arapahoe county level; NOT STATE LEVEL is level yellow which means they can open their indoor dining in to half capacity for all INDOOR DINING ROOMS read more

I ate at one many moons ago on my way out of LA on the 5 to Edwards AFB for astronaut training. Very good. However, you probably should pull off the road to devour since it can be very sloppy to eat. I have 6 fingers on each hand and can snarf beast a sloppy in about 10 minutes with chili fries while driving but it looks weird. And then I have to clean up before I'm at the base's main gate. I love in n out but this location is not the greatest. Waited in line for approx 2 hrs (yes I know crazy) to find out when we got home to eat our food there were two black hairs in our animal style fries!! So gross!! Wasted time & wasted money. The staff is friendly but the food was awful. They got the order wrong from the beginning, said they would fix it when we got to the window to pay it was still wrong. Got the food and the order was still wrong. The buns were rock hard, you could barely bite into it, on top of that they were stale and flaking everywhere. The fries were cold and tasted like they were made the day before. The chocolate shakes didn't even taste like chocolate. Customer service can't be beat. My battery died while waiting in line and they were able to jump my car and placed my order for me free of charge. They all work like a well oiled machine and everyone was so attentive and kind.
