It had been quite a while since I've been to Fazoli's & I'm glad I tried it again. A couple of misses but overall all a good meal. The restaurant was clean, all the tables bussed & wiped down. I appreciated that it wasn't freezing cold in the dining room as some places have the AC set too high. Also the music playing wasn't too loud, so we could talk with out shouting. Service was friendly & fast. No sooner had we gotten our drinks & sat down our food was brought out. I had the $7.99 Lunch (every day until 4pm). This included one small drink, all you can eat breadsticks plus two items from this list - Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Marinara or Meat Sauce, House Side Salad, Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Pizza Slice (Cheese or Pepperoni) & Penne with Marina. I had the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce & Lasagna. Unfortunately the Spaghetti was lukewarm, a little watery & the dish needed more sauce & more flavor. I also had the Lasagna & that was good. The portion sizes were perfect for lunch & the breadsticks were hot & fresh. An employee checked on us about midway thru our meal asking if we wanted more breadsticks. We had Fazoli's cater our 2nd Annual Secret Santa party and the food was a major hit. Fazoli's can cater for any group size. Fazolis recommends placing a catering order at least 12 hours in advance. I placed my catering order 3 days prior to our party. Fazolis offers catering delivery, contactless delivery, pick up and curbside pickup. I opted for pick up as my closest Fazoli's was outside of delivery range. I picked up my order at the Fazoli's location in Aurora, CO (1012 S Abilene St, Aurora, CO 80012). I arrived promptly at my pick up time and my catering order was all packaged and ready to go. General Manager, Amber helped me bring my order out to my car and sent me on my way. Amber was friendly & professional. For our Fazoli's catering order, we had a small Spaghetti with Marinara topped with Meatballs, a large Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce topped with roasted chicken, signature garlic breadsticks and two Caesar side salads. This order was more than enough for a group of 20. Our catering order came with serving utensils and appropriate packaging to easily set up a buffet. The Fazoli's garlic breadsticks were buttery, garlicky & had amazing texture! The golden crust was thin while the inside of the breadsticks were soft, fluffy & chewy. YUM. The meatballs were tasty & juicy then tossed in piping hot marinara sauce and spaghetti. What's not to love? The Fettuccine pasta was smothered in a velvety, garlic Alfredo sauce and topped with succulent chicken. Delicious. We loaded up our plates & enjoyed our Italian dinner. read more

This was the third time we ordered delivery from the Aurora restaurant and they did not send one of our meals. Bad when we sit diwn fir dinner and one person didn't get their food. When we call them, they will only refund us or give us the missing meal if we drive to the restaurant. They were also extremely rude each time. This is a restuarant I used to frequent quite often when I was younger. It's decent Italian food if you're looking for a quick lunch or dinner. The food is usually good. The breadsticks are on the harder side, but still edible and good. I always get the chicken alfredo, which is my go to Italian dish. I like that the chicken has a lemony flavor and it really gives the meal a good pop of flavor. I feel that the food could be a bit better, but overall it's pretty good. We are seriously obsessed with Fazoli's. We definitely miss having this in our local area and try to stop at any other locations if they're nearby where we visit. This one popped up in a Yelp search and we decided to take an Uber and eat there for dinner. Uber ride was only about $15 from downtown to this location. We arrived and were the only people in line. I went with my standard spaghetti and meat sauce with a Caesar salad side and the chocolate cheesecake for dessert. The husband had the sampler platter and the Pumpkin caramel cheesecake for his dessert. We grabbed our number, got our drinks, and took a seat at one of the available booths. After a little bit of food came out and was exactly as ordered. A server came by a little bit later to offer us some fresh bread sticks in addition with our food. The spaghetti was just as good as I remembered it being and the chocolate cheesecake was a hit. The pumpkin caramel cheesecake is a definite must try if you're there during the season they offer it. Staff was really friendly and came to check on us. They were also keeping up with turning over the tables and making sure the main restaurant was clean. Overall: A Soooo miss fazolis!! read more

Haven't even tried the food yet and I'm so turned off coming in here. It's 1pm on a Thursday. General lunch time. It's dead in here and I'm thinking it's because the lady at the register (tix says her name is Christina G) was so bothered by our business. We weren't rushing her as we were looking at the menu. She did not smile as she walked by and said she'd be right with us. When she came to help us at the register still no smile. We were clearly bothering her. After we ordered we tried to find a place to sit but literally every single table was filthy and sticky. I'm just hoping the food is what I'm used to from Fazoli's. If it's not I'll be changing my review to one star. So the food was pretty good. Especially today's pizza. My nephew raved and raved about it. My baked ziti was good. Not fabulous but I forgot to order extra sauce. Mostly because I was so put off by the cashier but still my own fault. The salad definitely went into the garbage though. I was in the mood for Italian and Fazoli's did not disappoint. The food is FLAVORFUL, DELICIOUS, AND simply AMAZING. Recon though they have a drive through the food is always insanely fresh and always super delicious! My go tos are the the spicy baked ziti with sausage, chicken parmesan, the meatball covered with sauce and cheese (appetizer), and the Italian ice (i get the strawberry and lemonade flavors mixed). Tough times for many fast casual locations across the country and this location could be the prime example. Sign on the door "take out only" and half of the dining area chaired off a clear indication they are short staffed. The pleasant but under-trained girl at the register had a difficult time placing my order in the POS and she must have been "on break" as she tried to eat her own variety of Fazoli's as we waited for MasterCard to process the transaction. They did allow dine in with food packaged in their to go plating, which was a good thing as communication between the back of the house and front was chaotic as my Classic Sampler sat on the pass-through for 10 minutes. Finally I approached another gal that might have been the manager and she confusingly confirmed that was my food and couldn't figure out why it had been sitting there without a ticket for so long. At 8:00, I was informed they were closed, so I shut down my Yelp review then, to finish at home. The Classic Sampler was very good and the bread was good, but probably not worth the additional 5 minute wait as they were waiting for it to finish baking after my food was eventually handed to me. I'll go back eventually and hopefully by then, more staff and better trained. For now, plan on ordering ahead and picking up to take home. If you know of anyone with food service experience that's looking for work, let them know this location is hiring, but don't expect much coaching. read more

I had never been here before but my friends wanted to sort of do a throwback since they used to come here a lot when they were younger. It reminded me of an Italian burger king. Simple menu, not much to really choose from, and the dishes served were very basic. I wouldn't say I am dying to come back here but it was alright. Food was fine, the first three times I've been here I have attempted to use the drive thru, they say just a moment, then I wait 15-20 minutes and say screw it and go inside because they never come back to the drive thru. They weren't busy at all inside and I could order right away. The last two times I've been there I've gone inside to order, both times I've asked "are my extra orders of breadsticks in here I don't want to tear open my takeout bag" they say yes and are blatantly lying to my face every time. 6:30 pm on aug 13th. I have the receipt I paid 32 dollars to get two different spaghettis and pizza and wings. I didn't check my order before I left because I was waiting in the drive threw for 30 min they took way too long. I drive home I'm missing a whole spaghetti so I call back and a lady who didn't even serve me answered and accused me of lying. The girl at the window straight up lied. At first she said she didn't charge me for another spaghetti then I read her the receipt and she said she watched me check my food at the window she is a liar. I don't think she ate the food as she was most likely off a Percocet. Most likely a 30mg. My spaghetti is probably sitting on the counter as we speak and the lady that answered the phone hung up on me after She said she wouldn't help me if I cuss. That's childish. I suspect she probably hung up and ate the spaghetti herself she sounded like a big woman. Overall horrible experience. I didn't end up going back I made a sandwich and wrote this post instead. This was possibly the best $8 fast casual Italian meal I've ever had in the Aurora/Denver area. We came in with and old gift card and pretty low expectations but Fazolis gave us a pleasant surprise. The cream sauce was pretty well seasoned as is, but I added a little pepper and Parmesan for myself. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned - the acidity/lemon juice was a great contrast to the sauce. The breadstick was soft, a little heavy on the salt but good overall. The Breadsticks are super soft and yummy but a tad on the salty side. They have some butter or olive oil on the outside and are really light. Spaghetti noodles are chopped but the flavor is pretty good (a pretty straight forward and standard spaghetti). The Lemonade here is very tart and tasty. The Ravioli was really rich and creamy with a white sauce. This is a great catering option for big parties or events. They offer a variety of salad dressings that come in little packets. read more

This was my first time attending the infamous Italian fast food chain, so I was pretty stoked. I ordered the Chicken Parmigano and they had a good deal with an additional two bucks or so you can make it a meal with a salad/slice of pizza and medium sized drink...so I did that. I ordered the side salad and it was a decent size compared to other fast food chains. They added a lot of cherry tomatoes in my side salad, so if you're not a fan be sure to say something about that! With every order they give FREE breadsticks!!!! ANDDDD they walk around carrying a basket full of fresh breadsticks and constantly ask if we would like any more...so make that free UNLIMITED breadsticks that have a small cheesy seasoning :D. Yum!
