    Guy yelling YES jajajaja
    Sophie B.

I don't know what the guys saying the number thinks he is but the fact that he's yelling " YES "number" " every 2 seconds made it unbearable to be inside , we ended up eating outside just because of that My bf said he seemed to be screaming opera Please tell him to stop;(((((

People can't traffic-control themselves. The line wraps around the street across 4 short blocks and blocks the exit. Add signs.

One of the better In-N-Outs in the SF area. But a major factor in my low rating is the lack of traffic control and clear guidance on where the drive-thru line ends. Sometimes it wraps around the intersection and down the block, and when that happens it's nearly impossible to find the end. This is especially risky because cars are coming in fast from the nearby freeway exit. Recently they started taking orders outside of the parking lot, which has sped up the line, but it's still confusing if you don't already know the path along the public street. The line wraps like that old 90s Snake game and can block the exit lane (photo attached). The first time I came here, I accidentally "cut" because I was driving straight through the intersection and it genuinely looked like the end of the line. I didn't realize the line wraps around the block, and the next car in line hadn't caught up yet, so it looked like an open lane. As soon as I entered, drivers started honking, yelling, and threatening to hit my car. Once I realized, I let every car go ahead of me and moved to the end of the line. Even then, one customer complained to the cashier that I cut, and staff almost refused to serve me because of it. I filed a complaint with the store manager about the hazard and how this could be prevented with signs and basic traffic control. Nothing has been done. Since management isn't doing their job here, here's the solution: put up a clear "Drive-thru line ends here" sign, set out cones, and have one employee direct cars when the line runs along the public street. Or get a new store manager.

Clean. Excellent customer service. Great vibes. Helpful staff. Cashier Nathan and staff Jay were so hospitable. Love their smiles. Plus, my cheeseburger hit the spot. Mahalo :-))

    Sunday very busy

I was doing errands on a Sunday and by 2pm I was hungry, I decided to go to this In-N-Out burger before visiting my aunt who is living in assisted living. I should have stayed in my car and make my order, but I decided to go inside and wait. What a big mistake. They were at number 68 and I was number 12. The service was great and my order was process perfectly...it was just the standing and waiting for my burger. When my order was done, it was about a 30 minutes wait, I walked to my car and sat down and ate my cheeseburger, fries and strawberry shake. It was worth the 30 minutes, but if you can't use the drive through. The ambiance of this location is always clean with the amount of customers that they serve. Remember, it will be quicker if you go use their Drive Through!

IN N OUT, where retro quality is embraced and loved by customers! The parking lot is a decent size shared with a Krispy Kreme, but it's almost always packed, my preferred manner of ordering is the drive thru via Sullivan Avenue to avoid standing in the often full dinning room. Patience is required as the cars slowly creep along, with orders mostly taken via the passenger side by menu placard wearing staff. simple menu, but burger customization is the norm, onions (grilled, whole grilled, etc), animal sauce on or on the side, fresh cut fries (you can see them cut and spun washed via the drive thru, real milk shakes, and prices that are reasonable. I like both grilled, and whole grilled onions on my burgers, animal sauce on the side just request it during pickup, fries at times but they never make it home, at least 1 cup of ice water to hydrate while driving, and at times a shake just because! Open till at least 1:00am, my Goto Burger Joint.

In-N-Out has always been my fave! Service is pretty quick, and I always opt for a a cheeseburger with grilled onions and animal fries in the side. I'd recommend parking and going inside to eat in or grab to go vs waiting in the drive thru line. Drive thru is always a long line, which wraps around the stop lights, and it can get so congested in this area. Parking can be pretty tight too, I'd recommend parking by Krispy Kreme in the same area for more space. I've never seen this place empty, so it can get pretty overwhelming parking and finding a spot to sit. The last time I went, I actually just parked by Krispy Kreme and ate in my car haha. In N Out tastes a lot better when you eat it right away instead of waiting until you get home! I don't come here often due to how packed it is, but when I do come, it's always delicious and fresh. 4 stars simply for parking, location, and drive thru lines.

We are from Florida helping my daughter move into her new house in San Francisco. The double double animal style burger was 5 stars. The French fries were 3 stars. Not warm and could use some seasoning. The service is fantastic what a large staff to take care of the long lines. Place is very clean but trash can was full to the top. I am very glad a fast food place still makes very good burgers.

Burgers are definitely comfort food. The three of us just recovered from bad colds & coughs. What better medicine than a double double with grilled onions. To avoid long lines and jostling for a table we usually come around 11am. Recently they introduced the pink lemonade fountain dispensed drink. It went quite well with the burger and fries. And free refills as with the other fountain drinks. More times than not we'll skip the meal and a la carte. Today we ordered 2 double double cheeseburgers, 1 single cheeseburger, both with grilled onions, 2 orders fries, 1 small strawberry shake, and 2 medium drinks. All for $32. Inflation buster. Did you know you can order a XL shake which is only $0.20 more? Lots of parking even with the neighbor Krispy Kreme shared space. If you want you can do the drive through option.

That beef taste like imitation beef. Crazy salty and dry and overcooked like beef jerky.

The line for In-N-Out Burger is always long but you can't beat the price and tbe ambience. I like the trays the food comes in, so that you can eat on your car. The portions are good, with fresh ingredients but just don't taste as good as they used to.

Man, it's just a classic. For such a cheap price you get one of the best burgers out there. The flavorful beef, melt cheese mixed with a delicious sauce, and sightly sweet bun. Quick and filling in a crunch. I went at 9 for take out and there was a lot of people, but the wait didn't feel very long. The cashier was friendly, and I got my food no fuss. I messed around a bit before eating it so it did get cold but I just microwaved it. The inside is just typical fast food restaurant, so I hope you weren't expecting candles and chandeliers. But there was plenty of seating. Almost filled still, because of the number of people.

Picked a few pickled peppers by the ketchup area 10/3/25
    Elaine Y.

Craving a hamburger today, so here I am. Plenty of parking outside plus you can order via the drive thru too. Came Friday around noon and although there seems to be long lines, they do tend to move quickly. The menu was real simple. We ordered 4 x Double Double, which had double meat patties with double cheese. $6.25. The burger was fresh and juicy. And the fries were soft and not greasy. $2.50. Don't forget to ask for the In n Out spread, which adds extra flavor to the burger and fries and some pickled peppers by the ketchup for that extra kick. The food was still good after a 10-15 min drive home. In & Out is the best, for fresh burgers and fries, never frozen

Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy--packed with people and with guests constantly walking in throughout the evening--Alberto never made us feel forgotten. He thoughtfully checked in on us, got everything to us in a reasonable amount of time, and was incredibly patient as I asked questions about different menu items. He even let us know that, although he was busy, we should simply flag him down if we needed anything at all. At establishments like this that have such a high volume of customers, I honestly don't expect service like this. I expect long waits and to spend half the evening trying to find my server. Not Alberto, though. He was kind, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable from beginning to end. As for the food, I had the Pilsner and Joe's Filet of Sole, my friend had the Golden Ale and Joe's Eggplant Parmigiana, and we shared the butter cake with ice cream for dessert. Everything was chef's kiss, including the bread and butter! I would absolutely come back just for the service from Alberto. Five stars, always. You can never go wrong with Original Joe's, and Alberto made an already great experience even better.

For drinks, we tried the Ube-B-Boba and the Mango Margarita. The fish lumpia came out fresh from the fryer and was crispy, although pretty oily. The flavor was decent, but it really needed the soy sauce vinegar dipping sauce that came on the side to add some acidity and balance. The sweet chili garlic wings were good, but the sauce reminded me a lot of Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce. Both entrees were flavorful, but overall they leaned too salty for my taste. The pork adobo was tender, but I wished it had more vinegar and black pepper flavors. That's just how I enjoy my adobo though. I also found myself wanting more acidity in the sisig to cut through the richness. The drinks were fine. The Mango Margarita can be ordered blended or on the rocks. I chose it blended, but it was a little too sweet for my preference. The Ube-B-Boba was enjoyable but didn't particularly stand out. Overall, the food was fine, but nothing really wowed us. It's a decent spot, but I don't feel a strong need to rush back.
