This location is the closest to my house, so I have been to this location the most. Service usually shines and is friendly. The last time I came here was a weeknight, and it was not that busy. I noticed our food took a while, which happens, but by the time they called our number both my burger and fries were cold. Compared to some other locations I go to in the area, this one could definitely improve consistency of quality!

I love coming to this In-N-Out Burger. To be fair, I love all In-N-Out locations because their service and food quality are always consistently great. But I like this one in particular because they seem to handle crowd control really well. Every In-N-Out I've been to is packed during peak hours. This location is no exception, but the wait here feels noticeably shorter. From placing my order to getting my food, everything moves a bit more quickly compared to other spots during busy times. The food is always on point, and the service is excellent. Keep it up, In-N-Out Foothill Ranch!

Love this location and food is always amazing as expected. Tables could use a little more attention from staff.

This a great place to go to when you want a courteous happy smile, delicious fresh healthy food, at an excellent price! We had a wonderful grilled & raw onion burger, and it was mustard fried. I just learned that trick recently! The kids had milkshakes, my milkshake was half chocolate and half vanilla, and yes, it was delicious. All the employees we encountered here, at this location, have a contagiously happy attitude!

It's been a while since I've been to In-N-Out and the foothill ranch location did not disappoint! The team is so friendly here! There were even some workers walking around to check in on guests seated at the tables. The dining area, condiment section, and soda station were all very clean and tidy. Food was delicious as always! We didn't have to wait too long either. One thing to note about this location would be the parking. There is plenty of parking available but you either have to park near the restaurant and risk getting blocked in by the drive thru line or you park across the plaza entryway which does not have a protected pedestrian crossing. Not a dealbreaker but this entrance/exit can get really busy and backed up during peak hours.

I eat here a couple times a month. This is the only fast food I can stomach. The staff is always smiling. The restaurant is clean. I recommend getting the drive thru because finding a spot inside can be challenging. Pros: Consistent food Friendly service Cons: Expect to wait 15-20 minutes during peak hours

Man... this meal was good. They crisp the inside of the bun which gave it that soft crispy texture. Might have been done by accident but I love it!!! The normal burger is already good. But I'm requesting this next time to ensure the same experience. Staff here are friendly. One of them saw us walking up and opened the door for us. It's the little things that makes the experience amazing. Inside, you can expect it to be like any other In N Out, busy and flowing. Gets noisy but it's expected with this much energy. Love how they constantly clean their tables for patrons. Always love coming here. :)

A solid, standard, In-N-Out. The burgers were as good as any location, and the fries were crispier than usually found at most. It gets pretty crowded on certain nights as many students come to hang, and many solo-riders form a huge queue for the drive through.

I wanna give this particular establishment "PRAISE" for their consistent service and quality of food. My wife and I have been in the area frequently evangelizing spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and we would sometimes stop by to do work for ministry while getting some lunch. Every time we have been, the food and service has been superb even if it's extremely busy or overcrowded. I want to personally recognize Addie, Billie, Vincent, Robyn and Calvin. May the Lord Jesus Christ have favor on this establishment and continue make all those individuals prosperous in His name.

They have it set up where if the line gets too long it goes onto oncoming right hand turn wich can cause accidents. Management needs to come up with a better way to place the line not on the street where it says do not stop at anytime..

The space was airy and cool from the AC, a very welcomed temperature after being outside under heat and humidity. Walking in we were greeted and seated immediately by the host. Our server, Christopher, was amazing. He was prompt, checked in on us frequently, topped off beverages without even being asked. He was wonderful. The service we received from him was really good. Absolutely no issues there. What we ordered: 1) Kahlua pork tacos 3/5 - I personally didn't like the corn taco. It was heavy and flavorless. I ended up just eating the meat and veggies which was decent. Thank goodness there were three of them. 2) Malibu burger served with fries 2/5 - I didn't get a photo of this. The lighting was really bad, so pictures didn't come out right. The patty was cooked medium well instead of pink as requested. The burger was ok. It was actually a bit dry. 3) Maui burger ordered with a side of bacon. This also came with fries 2/5 - No photo due to lighting. The patty was cooked to medium well but they asked for pink. The patty and the bread were dry. The guacamole in the burger didn't taste fresh. 4) Fries that came with the burgers 1/5 - dry, tasteless, thick, kind of stale. A ton of ketchup barely helped. We were all really hungry so we chowed down fast. Didn't even realize the patties were cooked more than we preferred until we left. The service was great, but the food, was less than mediocre. I've been to Island's a handful of times in my life. Each time I have not been impressed, therefore it has never been in rotation of my places to go. This most recent visit just reminded me of that. Would I return? Likely not. The service is good, but the food needs work.

We went in several hours before closing, but when we got up to order, we were told they were already out of the brisket, ribs, dirty rice, and a few other items. We were definitely bummed, but figured we'd make it work. What made it more disappointing was when we asked if there were any substitutions available for the items they were out of, we were immediately told "no." At that point, our options were pretty limited. The only meats available were pulled pork and chicken. I completely understand that restaurants sell out of popular items, especially BBQ spots, but being out of that many menu items well before closing and not offering any flexibility or substitutions made for a frustrating experience. We were really looking forward to trying this place and unfortunately left disappointed.

There's some real talent and creativity going on in the kitchen. Gas station food has no right being this delicious and the fancy presentation and plating was a pleasant surprise. There are parking spaces around the edge of the gas station or a few somewhat cramped parking spots right in front of the entrance. You can enter through either door and the cafe is 4 small tables at the back of a gas station. You order at the counter and after we were seated we got some freshly fried chips along with a delicious bean dip. The breakfast burrito is definitely a contender for the best in Orange County. I went with bacon and sausage and the combination of meats, sauces, and potatoes was perfect. It had a great balance of flavors and textures and managed to be decadent without being overly fatty or saucy. The grilled exterior and presentation added to the experience. Salt levels and seasoning were great for all the ingredients and the sausage was particularly good in the breakfast burrito. Their eggs Benedict was also well executed with the poached eggs perfectly cooked and an excellent hollandaise sauce. This place is a bit out of the way so I also got a couple of tacos to go because I was too full to eat anymore. They have both larger tacos as well as street tacos. I got the larger asada tacos and they had too much meat for my preference. The meat was delicious as was the salsa from the self serve salsa bar. While this cafe doesn't have the ambience(or the high price tag)of a trendy brunch spot, the food can definitely compete.
