Who doesn't love them some weinershnitzel from time to time. Those messy chili dogs and smothered chili cheese fries are American fast food staples. I've been eating here since I was a little girl. Remember the 3/$3?! Don't worry because they still have great deals and so much more on the menu to offer. We stopped by recently and ordered a root beer float and an ice cream sundae. The drive thru had no one in it luckily because being right off Blackstone it can be difficult if the line is long. You sort of hold up traffic. The people here are usually friendly and have quick service. I love when they come out with shakes and treats featuring cereal like fruit loops and captain crunch. They even did Apple Jacks before. Keep a look out and of course bring your coupons! read more

I haven't been to Wienerschnitzel since they dropped the "Der". I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. I had a regular hot dog and a corn dog made of all beef. Very fresh and tasty. Then, I got the best root beer float ever, made with real ice cream. I can't believe I'm giving a fast food place five stars, but there it is. read more

Today my parents and I stopped for a quick snack before continuing our shopping day! Upon walking in we were immediately greeted by Connor P. He took our order and was all smiles the whole time. The food arrived and we were very pleased with the quality. Chilli dogs had just the right amount of chili no fork needed. Fries were crisp and perfectly salted. The corn dogs where delicious as well. We took notice that the restroom and dining room were very clean. As we left we were acknowledged again and left feeling like we had the best costumer service . Went here for lunch today food was good by the time I got home the fries were not hot also paid for a pretzel bun and did not get it. What a drag seems to happen a lot here not getting what you pay for, too much of a hassle to go back. read more

First off I'd like to give recognition to the customer service I received at this location, I definitely will be returning and gladly spending my money here due to the AMAZING customer service from two employees in the drive thru , Brendan was very prompt and definitely very nice young man Great customer service skills! I don't think I have eaten at Wienerschnitzel my entire life...except now they have veggie dogs! I have now eaten there twice (two separate locations) and may very well become a regular! I ordered one as a veggie kraut dog (not on the menu) and it was delicious! Way to go Wienerschnitzel! read more

I wouldn't typically write a review for a fast food chain, however my experience today was awful! It wasn't crazy busy there was 1 car in front of me when I got in line and 1 car came behind me afterwards. I waited ten minutes at the window and I literally got 2 items, the girl at the window clearly hated her job she was not friendly whatsoever- when she finally handed me my food she didn't apologize for the wait she literally handed it rudely and didn't say a THING. Not to mention my fries were so white and soggy they were undercooked so I'm not sure what the wait was for? Regardless of if you hate your job, you should just be at least a bit friendly - kindness goes a long way! I definitely recommend the manager talking to employees otherwise they will lose out on business. read more

Always great every time my partner and I come. My partner had never tried this place but when I was younger I remember my mom taking me to eat here a lot and so we gave it a try. First off, let me say that I love that their fry's are always freshly done . We both order the #3 combo that comes with a chili cheese dog and chili cheese burger plus a small fry and drink. My partner always upgrades to an All beef dog, I don't mind the original dog, but it does bring more Costco hotdog vibes . I always upgrade my fries to the chili cheese fries The service is always great even when they are busy, they get the line and orders done in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this place, also their SIERRA MIST IS ALWAYS GREAT never not carbonated read more

I love Wienerschnitzel. It is always so fast and convenient. The staff is always super nice and professional. I read some other reviews from here and I do not necessarily feel that I have ever experienced anything less than great service. Try specifically the Junkyard Dog, it is really good. It comes with chili and cheese and fries and onions on 100%angus dog.... delicious. read more

I like wienerschnitzel. Over the years their basic offering has been reliably fresh and tasty and of good quality. This time it took a very long time in the drive thru for two simple hot dogs. They tasted great. My kraut dog was a bit watery. Can't speak for much other than the hot dogs, but they've been good for decades. read more

I have nothing against the people that work here as they are probably just trying to pay rent, but this place serves food that is what I would consider to be below human grade edible food. I would call McDonald's a higher tier of food than this. read more

I went through the drive through and had to go back because my order was wrong. When I let them know about my order being wrong they took accountability an quickly remade my order. They were genuinely sorry and I understand lunch time chaos, mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was above an beyond. My food tastes so fresh an delicious! read more

Very disappointed, first you walk in and I see two young employees supposedly cleaning tables and stuff with NO FACE MASK! In the middle of a pandemic, the other employees are just so out of sync , looking like they don't know what's going on. Took a few minutes to notice that we haven't order or anything and still I had to wait to order. Then one of them calls one of the young employees to go help them, and they both could care less, took a minute for them to go and help them. One of them goes in puts her mask on and starts taking orders at the register. Then process to serve an ice cream cone with no gloves or anything. Actually NONE of the employees were wearing gloves, maybe it's a management issue but would not want my food to be handle by people that for sure are not wearing gloves. This was my first time here and probably will be my last. People need to seriously think about what it takes to run a restaurant. read more

She wants it animal style but protein style, which is hold the bun and wrap the burger in lettuce. OK, yes, they do that and the cashier repeats my order back to me. The cost is around $12 per person and tax. The inside is clean and not too crowded, but still busy. We get seated and wait for our order. It takes two of us to pick up all the food. We all got our drinks right after we put the order in as well as condiments of catchup and extra sauce. The food was fabulous as usual. I like stopping at In N Out's cause I know everybody will be happy and it doesn't take all day like some sit down restaurants. My double double makes me do the happy dance with my feet under the table! OK, we outta here and I might need to stop at the Starbucks across the street before we hit the road again.
