I ask for well done fries and I get soggy fries. The past 4 times I've asked for no salt on my animal style fries and all 4 times they are saltier than the ocean. I'm sure it's not that hard unless you're truly incompetent at following instructions. Do better, this is the only in n out that does this. My wife and I stopped here for lunch the other day while shopping at the Gilroy Outlets. As we entered, the line wasn't that long, so we decided to dine-in. We found a table for 2 and waited for our order to be called. We both ordered the #2, which is a cheeseburger, order of fries and a drink. Once our order was called, we went and filled our cups with soda. Per usual, it was busy as the line was at the front door the entire time we were there. They also went through around 80 orders while we were there. Our cheeseburgers were tasty and the fries were crispy, which is how I like them. I wasn't in the mood for a double-double this time, so I opted for just a single cheeseburger. The staff were friendly and the staff were constantly cleaning tables as guests left. For starters if you've been to one in-n-out burger then you've been to them all. They all look the same and even the experience is the same. This never misses! The menu is simple and straight forward. With a few add-ons or your choice of modifications. I ordered the #1 double cheeseburger. Perfect size to me, it's not TOO BIG or too small and is pretty filling. Their fries are amazing - simple, crunchy and delicious. On a side note: if you have limited time I will not recommend coming here during rush hour, the line is quite long and the drive thru sometimes wraps around the building. The price for what you get is decent, my order took awhile to come but as usual it's worth the wait. Came here for a quick lunch when driving from the Bay Area to San Luis Obispo. This in n out is located in the same area of the Gil Roy premium outlets so I love stopping here because I can get food and shopping done during my break. Sometimes the parking lot gets crowded due to the drive thru line, but I just park in front of the outlet stores and walk over and place my order inside. I always get a hamburger without onions and French fries and I'm never disappointed. Service was pretty fast as usual and I would definitely come back again during future road trips. Super packed but there's good reason! People are friendly. Bathrooms were fairly clean and there were plenty of stalls as opposed to other fast food spots with only one toilet. Less than 10 minutes for our food. Four of us shared animal style fries. I liked it but I'm not a fan of the sogginess of the fries with the sauce in the middle. That's just personal preference but it doesn't take away from it being good. I loved my single cheeseburger - crisp meat, fresh lettuce, soft buns! I even loved my strawberry shake too. It wasn't too sweet and it stayed cold and solid for longer than other chains like McDonald's. One of the best parts about this chain also is their fresh potato fries. No preservatives. I just reread my original review and I'm shocked to say that I liked their fries. INO fries has been the main reason I haven't changed my rating. I just didn't like them. But the last 3 visits (I normally don't stop by but my sons are in town from PA and have to do the tourist stuff) we feel like something has changed. O-o The texture of their fries has been really great! If that will continue, I might have to bump up to another star. As far as the burgers go, I just had to find my version. I like double double with just ketchup and mustard. Super delicious. No more lettuce and tomato crap. We usually go into the store as the line for the drive thru looks like LA and Bay Area traffic during rush hour. Special shout out to the General Manager Jorge, and Shift Leader Brian for making my wedding day a memorable one! I desperately wanted a cookout truck at my wedding, but In-N-Out does not service the Bay Area. My wedding was at Eagle Ridge, so plan B was to hire a Task Rabbit Tasker to pick up and deliver my order during our reception as a late-night snack. My husband and I were advised by customer service to visit the restaurant to speak with the GM and place our order the day before our wedding. Jorge was very kind and recommended just inviting all of our wedding guests to the restaurant so the quality of the meal would not be compromised. It was 1000% the right call because everyone had a blast. Our wedding guests have not stopped talking about how fun it was, and we got a bunch of cool pictures. The ambiance, food, and service was impeccable! Probably the best In-N-Out meal I've had in a few visits...and I'm not being biased (: Thank you to the Leavesley team for the perfect wedding night.
