This In n Out is close to my in laws house. We are frequently here. Today, service was friendly. We were here for a birthday . Thankfully it was early and a weekday so we found plenty of seats. The place was clean. I got my usual, protein style veggie Wrap. Make sure to ask for extra lettuce and tomatoes. I also got the animal style fries. Both were so good! read more

Diane and I returned here for dinner en route from North Las Vegas to Redlands. Not being on a weekend, the place on a Thursday night was much quieter and less frequented than it is on a Friday night, when all the high school football games in the area have ended, and many teenaged spectators flock here for a late bite. We had our usual: three orders of Fries, a plain Double Double for Diane, and a Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions, and a Hamburger with Raw Onion for me. And the contents of the burgers and Fries were as good as ever, but the inside of the bottom buns was slightly charred. Service was friendly and helpful, as usual here. read more

Still one of the cleanest places around. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with scenic Mountain views! SERVICE: They know how to do it! Always super friendly and courteous. We come here at least once a week. My formerly vegetarian mom had an epiphany when on a whim she tried an In n out burger and she loved their animal style cheeseburger. She loves their burgers.the service is always top notch. The Inside reminds me kind of an old fashioned So Cal diner. Plenty of seating outside. Always busy and food is always fresh. In N Out in Highland is one of those locations that makes an already great thing even better. I love In N Out in general, and this spot is super convenient right off the 210, especially when I am already in the area doing big box shopping. Everything runs smoothly, the food comes out fast, and it tastes exactly how you hope it will every single time. It's reliable, satisfying, and always hits the spot when a burger craving shows up. Sometimes consistency really is the best feature, and this location delivers that perfectly. read more

Pretty disappointed in this location. They forgot my son's food in my order just now and I had to drive all the way back. Im just getting off a long day at work, last thing I want to deal with is my son's food missing. When I got there and told them that I had to drive all the way back for it, they just said "Sorry we'll get that right now". That's cool and all but at least offer me something, an extra patty, a fry, a shake or something!! read more

If you are following, today was a 12 hour road trip from AZ to CA. The Costco across the street does NOT open until February of 2025; was a wasted stop... Good thing we had enough gas until the next station. Quality/Quantity - After getting here, my daughter said she wanted to wait to eat a later lunch (not brunch) as we were scheduled to not eat dinner till 8pm (till we got back to The Bay, CA by 6pm! 2 hours ahead of schedule. Helped to have 3 drivers! Atmosphere - Got here before 10:30am and you were already open, thank you. Consistent location, see pictures. Actually you had quite a few customers for opening early, hence the reason for opening early probably every day. :) Smart and a good manager here. Indoor/outdoor seating. Drive thur. Service - N/A. Fast fresh great service. Burgers always the best . Today's burger was cheeseburger with grilled onions and peppers.Pickles and lettuce. I should have stayed with the raw onion and no pickles. It was good but I thought I would try something different. I also got extra crispy animal fries which I could eat. The place is nicely cold and loud. We got there right b4 lunch rush. Drive thru review. I came on a Thursday morning. There was little to no line compared to other neighboring locations. Workers are great from start to finish. You feel the genuine smiles and warmth all the way through. I got great vibes from this place because of them. The food - I feel like you already know how it is - it can be a hit or miss. For me, this time around, the burger was 10/10 - it was oooey goooey delicious ! The fries were a 6/10, the bottom half was overcooked and only some tasted fresh.... I got animal style fries and it just lacked a little for me. The pink lemonade- 10/10 - it's always good! & the Neapolitan shake was a 10/10 - they even filled it up to the rim! It tasted so fresh! Make sure you triple check your order, was given 2 incorrect orders and I still came out with the wrong order, order given incorrect and when I informed them it was incorrect I could see ,and here the attitude. Not coming back if I can't even give a correction without receiving backlash for an problem that I didn't create. 3 team members all orders wrong, and then told it was because I modified it no my order was taken incorrectly twice. read more

My boyfriend stopped here three nights ago after a long day of work at around midnight he ordered animal style fries, a double double with a side of grilled onions and he ordered me a double double protein style with a side of regular fries when he brought the food home. He noticed that there was no animal fries and he was charged for them. He was really upset, and I had to share my fries with him. Usually, I don't really have problems at In-N-Out besides if they forget my chilies inside of my burger or mustard since my boyfriend ordered he did not ask for those things in there which is OK and sometimes with my double double protein style the burger meat will be pink so I tried to ask for it to be well done and even then it's still not completely brown But always taste good regardless sometimes my stomach gets irritated the next day probably because I go crazy with the chilies I don't know, but anyways, he paid for an animal fry and never received it and he is a bit of a shy person and hates to return things, but not me! I will always make sure to say something and here it is. read more

This location is really convenient and easy to get to, being that it's in a relatively quiet part of town with low traffic. We went inside for an early dinner around 4:30 on a Saturday and there was no line. Food tasted perfect. We sat on the patio but there was plenty of room inside, too. Most of the In-n-outs I've seen here in Southern CA are small, super busy, long lines, and loud. This one was spacious and pleasant. read more

Love this location as it's closest to big bear camp, had lots of parking, right across from a really new and low priced Costco, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Spacious and giant bathrooms. Burgers seemed extra good for some reason. Will definitely be back. read more

8 Feb. Tired of cold. Soggy. Limp. Fries. Happens more than half the time. Today I asked twice for well done. What did I get? Cold. Soggy. Limp. Fries. They ignored me. I may as well talk to "bots". Ridiculous. A real 'take it or leave it' attitude. What nerve. Thought about returning the fries, but then I back up the drive-though and make everyone else suffer. Plus, the only part of the bun that wasn't like a water soaked sponge was the unwrapped portion you see when they give you your order. Oh, the soft drink was more than half ice. So, I'm done with this absurdly over-rated joint. Plus, the HB patties have shrunk over time, too. Keep 'em. I'm gone. Me and my absurd attitude that thinks I'm entitled to hot, crispy, fries, a burger that isn't soggy and a fair soft drink are out of here. read more

I've written enough reviews about all the In-N-Outs I've been to that I have a pretty straightforward formula. I'll give them four stars if they deliver on the quality I would expect from any In-N-Out I've been to. This location did, so that's that. One note, the size of this In-N-Out is actually a lot bigger than the ones I'm used to. Least it's harder to run out of seats here. read more

This location is in a big plaza with plenty of parking! They also have lots of seatings inside and also outside. One thing stood out for me is this location is super clean compared to other In n Outs. We are here on a late Sunday afternoon and it's not crowded at all. They make their burgers just the way it should be and they came out huge! Their fries are made to perfection! My bf like them extra crispy and they tasted extra crispy! Located on Greenspot Rd. Plenty of parking if you decide to order and eat there, but we live the drive thru. There's two lines to elevate the long line. Don't get stuck waiting behind someone where the sign says there's two lines. Our favorite is the double double animal style combo meal. One of our kids lives the animals style fries as well. The wait isn't too long because their service is fast. The meal is reasonably priced. My whole family lives their burgers! Will we come back? Most definitely! read more

Sometimes they're hot, sometimes they're not. In-N-Out can be extraordinary, giveth limited options, especially when all secret menu instructions are applied. Sometimes though, there are enough minor quips to lower the excitement level a little (2-stars deducted). The drive-thru line looked like a hot mess, sprawled across the parking lot in what appeared to be driver-decided organization rather than corporate planning. It looked so slow and we were so hungry it really made more sense to park and go in to order. This proved to be the best decision. Empty, you know how it is during the Era of Covid-19... the line was almost non-existent inside and we were helped almost immediately. I should note that I've been here a few times over the years, usually dining in. Our usual secret menu go-to(s) then the short wait. Eating in the car is definitely getting old but one trick is to order a lid so two people can have a box. Got that? The mild disappointment came from the slightly (just slightly) undercooked fries. They tasted good, just not as good as they could have with 45-60 more seconds in the fat. My Double-Double was cooked to my specifications but the third strike came when the lady discovered they didn't apply the extra toast treatment to her buns. Overall, 3.25. read more

We went here late like around 10:30 maybe. It was pretty busy as usual. We ordered and actually got our food pretty quickly despite it being so busy. The food was the usual in n out. Consistently good and always fresh. I realized as we sat there the place was packed full of high schoolers. They weren't rowdy or anything but just saying lol. I thought it was a little late for kids to be out on their own but I'm old fashioned I guess. Anyway the drive through line was actually short too, but every other time I've tried to come here, the drive through line went around and through the parking lot. So it's a crap shoot to get a short line for the drive thru. Good luck! read more

Regardless of them being "old" cards they still need to be honored as per the restrictions on the back. I'm extremely sad because we enjoy this place, but the decent thing to do is honor our cards that are legitimate cards. If you are refusing to honor them, at least put a sign up that states you are no longer honoring them as per the terms in the back of the cards. Will have to find a new spot. Any general manager could have easily honored both cards to keep loyal customers. Not a good business practice.
