Drive thru review. I came on a Thursday morning. There was little to no line compared to other neighboring locations. Workers are great from start to finish. You feel the genuine smiles and warmth all the way through. I got great vibes from this place because of them. The food - I feel like you already know how it is - it can be a hit or miss. For me, this time around, the burger was 10/10 - it was oooey goooey delicious ! The fries were a 6/10, the bottom half was overcooked and only some tasted fresh.... I got animal style fries and it just lacked a little for me. The pink lemonade- 10/10 - it's always good! & the Neapolitan shake was a 10/10 - they even filled it up to the rim! It tasted so fresh! Make sure you triple check your order, was given 2 incorrect orders and I still came out with the wrong order, order given incorrect and when I informed them it was incorrect I could see ,and here the attitude. Not coming back if I can't even give a correction without receiving backlash for an problem that I didn't create. 3 team members all orders wrong, and then told it was because I modified it no my order was taken incorrectly twice. read more

My boyfriend stopped here three nights ago after a long day of work at around midnight he ordered animal style fries, a double double with a side of grilled onions and he ordered me a double double protein style with a side of regular fries when he brought the food home. He noticed that there was no animal fries and he was charged for them. He was really upset, and I had to share my fries with him. Usually, I don't really have problems at In-N-Out besides if they forget my chilies inside of my burger or mustard since my boyfriend ordered he did not ask for those things in there which is OK and sometimes with my double double protein style the burger meat will be pink so I tried to ask for it to be well done and even then it's still not completely brown But always taste good regardless sometimes my stomach gets irritated the next day probably because I go crazy with the chilies I don't know, but anyways, he paid for an animal fry and never received it and he is a bit of a shy person and hates to return things, but not me! Love this location as it's closest to big bear camp, had lots of parking, right across from a really new and low priced Costco, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Spacious and giant bathrooms. Burgers seemed extra good for some reason. Will definitely be back. read more

This location is really convenient and easy to get to, being that it's in a relatively quiet part of town with low traffic. We went inside for an early dinner around 4:30 on a Saturday and there was no line. Food tasted perfect. We sat on the patio but there was plenty of room inside, too. This location is in a big plaza with plenty of parking! They also have lots of seatings inside and also outside. One thing stood out for me is this location is super clean compared to other In n Outs. We are here on a late Sunday afternoon and it's not crowded at all. They make their burgers just the way it should be and they came out huge! Their fries are made to perfection! My bf like them extra crispy and they tasted extra crispy! Located on Greenspot Rd. Plenty of parking if you decide to order and eat there, but we live the drive thru. There's two lines to elevate the long line. Don't get stuck waiting behind someone where the sign says there's two lines. Our favorite is the double double animal style combo meal. One of our kids lives the animals style fries as well. The wait isn't too long because their service is fast. The meal is reasonably priced. My whole family lives their burgers! Will we come back? Most definitely! read more

We went here late like around 10:30 maybe. It was pretty busy as usual. We ordered and actually got our food pretty quickly despite it being so busy. The food was the usual in n out. Consistently good and always fresh. I realized as we sat there the place was packed full of high schoolers. They weren't rowdy or anything but just saying lol. I thought it was a little late for kids to be out on their own but I'm old fashioned I guess. Anyway the drive through line was actually short too, but every other time I've tried to come here, the drive through line went around and through the parking lot. A couple of more times to this in-N-Out driving from North Las Vegas to Redlands, and we paid for and grabbed our usual Cheeseburger, Hamburger, Diane's Double Double, and three orders of Fries on each occasion, and quickly scarfed them down after arrival at our Redlands home. But I also included a few twists, like ordering one or more burgers with or without a tomato and raw onion, and once opting for an order of Fries Animal Style. Each time we were pleased with the freshness of all ingredients, and the addicting quality of the Fries. The drive-thru line has always been about 10 cars long when I entered it, but the wait for food has usually been amazingly no longer than five minutes from order placement from a masked staffer on the parking lot to receipt of a bagged order from another masked employee at the drive-thru window. Sometimes they're hot, sometimes they're not. In-N-Out can be extraordinary, giveth limited options, especially when all secret menu instructions are applied. Sometimes though, there are enough minor quips to lower the excitement level a little (2-stars deducted). The drive-thru line looked like a hot mess, sprawled across the parking lot in what appeared to be driver-decided organization rather than corporate planning. It looked so slow and we were so hungry it really made more sense to park and go in to order. This proved to be the best decision. Empty, you know how it is during the Era of Covid-19... the line was almost non-existent inside and we were helped almost immediately. I should note that I've been here a few times over the years, usually dining in. Our usual secret menu go-to(s) then the short wait. Eating in the car is definitely getting old but one trick is to order a lid so two people can have a box. Got that? The mild disappointment came from the slightly (just slightly) undercooked fries. They tasted good, just not as good as they could have with 45-60 more seconds in the fat. My Double-Double was cooked to my specifications but the third strike came when the lady discovered they didn't apply the extra toast treatment to her buns. Overall, 3.25. read more
