We having coming here regular for +15 years as locals. This is the first time they really messed up our order. The one animal cheeseburger came without lettuce, the one cheeseburger with light tomato came with 2 slices of tomato, the other animal cheeseburger came with only one slice of tomato. and the 2 lightly Well Done fries came out just lightly done. We didn't bother getting the burgers redone because the wait at the counter was more than twice as long as the drive-thru. But the lightly done fries were raw & inedible so we asked for them to be replaced. That took forever and when I asked where it is, they said it was done for us but they gave it to somebody else. This was a farewell dinner our daughter who wanted In N Out before she moves to NYC tomorrow. With this kind of service, she'll be better served by Shake Shack burgers in NYC. read more

While waiting in the long drive-thru line at this location, another car attempted to cut ahead of everyone. We signaled to the driver to let him know the line was behind us, but he ignored us and cut in front, all in full view of the worker standing out front taking orders at the drive through. This occurred at 7:51 PM on September 11, 2024, at the UTC In-N-Out. We got out of our car to inform the worker that the person in front of us had cut the line. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situation, the worker took the cutter's order without telling him to go to the back of the line. This was extremely frustrating, not only for us, but for everyone else who had been waiting behind us. When we later asked the worker why she took his order anyway, she claimed she didn't see him cut, despite it happening right next to her. Why was this worker not paying attention? I see people attempting to cut in line all the time. It's a known issue here. When we suggested she ask the other drivers if they had witnessed the incident, she responded that since she had already taken his order, there was nothing she could do. This was infuriating because we informed her of the situation before she even began taking his order (when we notified her about the cutter, she was still assisting the car infront of that cutter). As a result, our experience was completely ruined, especially since we were in a rush to the airport. Allowing someone to cut in line, especially after being notified by multiple people, is unacceptable. Not only did it feel unfair, but it also wasted our time. It felt like our concerns were completely dismissed, and it left a very sour impression of this location. I won't be coming back after this experience. read more

Worst In n Out location I've consistently been to. It's crazy how many times multiple orders can be inaccurate after being reassured from management & corporate multiple times. It gets really sad spending money at an establishment multiple times a week that does nothing other than the same fundamental mistakes while making the same type of food. It's truly mind blowing to say the least, ask for no spread on a burger you get extra to where it's soaked, ask for no veggies hey you get no veggies on the other burger but not on yours. Not sure how employees can't read printed out receipts & really not sure how managers continue to hire incompetent cooks that continue for months to have the same issue. It's my first time coming in during lunch and it was buzzing but I'd come again during lunch every body was working like a machine cleared the lines out great service from cashier to employees asking us if everything was good or if we needed something Everett (hope I spelled his name right I only got a glimpse at his name tag but I've never had in and out workers asking if we needed anything, if he could get us something. I love INO Burger since day 1... 40 years ago to the point I even worked at a store during Jr College.. The best burger hands down..(besides my Dad's at home)... Today was just another day, waiting in that long drive thru line, ordered my Flying Dutchman... lite fries.. Vanilla shake (added a small pink lemonade and mixed it) my wife got her dbl meat add chilies, I had a few on the side as I squeeze the juice and seeds on my burger (a Original Tommy's Concept)... But today my Flying Dutchman looked different from the other 5,000 times I ordered it.. I still ate it, still delicious but it was missing one key ingredient and the presentation was backwards.. (I also ask for my tomatoes on the side.. as the Flying Dutchman is No Bun.. and I use the tomatoes on top and bottom of the patties... A traditional Flying Dutchman has always been 2 Pattie's on top & bottom, with grilled onions and two pieces of cheese in between... not mine(see pic).. maybe the grill hadn't made one before, maybe the directions were misunderstood by another crew member.. but I was sadly disappointed... but still the best burger ( minus my Dads) he cooks thick Kobe beef, mild cheddar, drag it through the garden(toppings) but avocado makes the difference... But it's a cheaper better burger than five guys and macdonalds. This location gets BUSY. Go outside of the lunch hour for the shortest wait. This location definitely tastes better than the other locations I have encountered. I am now an In-N-Out fan it appears! It didn't taste rushed here, and the fries were not cold, which has been a consistent theme when we eat at other locations. The shakes are really good, and I always get the special sauce on the side because sometimes other locations put too much on.
