I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations, and while the service is usually good, this specific spot is consistently amazing! I came in during the peak lunch rush this past Monday, and I was blown away. Despite how busy it was, the entire team was working incredibly fast while remaining personable and kind. This isn't my usual Jersey Mike's but I was in the area so I chose this location. I ordered my sandwich to go. They didn't start making it until I arrived. Thought the point of ordering on the app was to have it ahead of time. Sandwich was made wrong, bread tasted dry and old and they put probably half the amount of meat and veggies that should have been on the sandwich. I like this location! During lunch, parking can get tricky and the line could be a bit long. Good thing there's app ordering! I would suggest you order on your app and swing by to pick up to avoid the line. My go to is the Club Sandwich with the crispy bacon. I'll do the Mike's way and add mustard. I'll also ask for the pickle chili sauce on the side. Love that flavor combo! If you have a rewards account, it's awesome! Get points for your delicious sandwiches. I always get their Italian sub on rosemary. I really like this location for Jersey Mike's because there is outdoor seating! And the tables are kept clean..the property manager here has a designated staff to clean out door tables shared by other restaurants. Jersey Mike's is one of favorite places for subs. The meat is freshly sliced. And having it The Mike's way just add more sandwich goodness because of the red wine vinegar and olive oil that adds another level of flavor. It's a chain. I work not that far from this location. I called 35 minutes ahead to get my order on time because my lunch is only 30 minutes It's about a 10 minute drive from my work mind you already called 35 minutes ahead so I'd be able to get there in time to eat lunch I came almost 45 minutes later to get my order and it still wasn't done yet and they told me it was gonna be another 10 to 15 minutes for my food. I think this is ridiculous for a sandwich to take over an hour to make, especially when I called ahead of time to make sure that it was ready by the time I got there and they weren't even making it yet I would definitely not go to this place. It's my Birthday today, and I had just read a list of food chain places online that give free items on your special day that DONT require the use of their app, so I came here. It was one free regular sandwich and 22 oz drink. Well I didn't feel very special when after showing them my ID with birthdate, they said they don't give free sandwiches. I visited this particular Jersey Mike's location (McArthur and Main) which is near the OC airport. Jersey Mike's Subs is an old school east coast sandwich shop, the first one being around since 1956. They offer sandwiches prepared on torpedo style rolls. I placed an order for the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and went with chicken instead of beef. Big Kahuna Cheese Steak ($9.25 for regular size) - It came with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, cheese and strips of chicken in the inside. All of which were prepared freshly from the large skillet in the back. The jalapenos had a very light kick to them. Nothing really stood out about this sandwich other than there being a lot of bread and a good amount of chicken and veggies. The bread was plain taste wise but held up the messy insides. Service was friendly and efficient here. The regular sandwich size option filled me up. Overall the sandwich was average for the taste and price. read more

I've never tried Jersey Mike's, despite the plethora of locations all over SoCal. I swung by for lunch around 11:50am, and there were only a couple people in line ahead of me. The whole process from ordering to paying was pretty fast, thankfully. I ordered the Original Italian, which has provolone, ham, proscuittini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. I also got it Mike's Way, which means it came with onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, and spices. The Mini size was a good amount for a smaller lunch. Maybe I've just been spoiled by the fast casual sandwich places like Mendocino Farm's (higher price point), but I thought that the sandwich here was expensive for what it was. It was basically just a bunch of cold cuts with veggies on bread and it was almost $7 I think? I'm not in any rush to come back to Jersey Mike's for a quick lunch, but I could come back sometime. read more

I come here once a week. The staff are friendly and quick. The manager, Julio always smiles and says hello to me. He has my order memorized, #13 Italian Sub Mike's Way with pepperoncinis, pickles, and mayo. It's a nice center with tables outside and its a great place to take a relaxing lunch break. Honestly I love JM and this location is usually pretty busy. It was dead inside, and apparently so were the employees, because after I asked for a California club, I was given the meat of the Cc, but the person assembling the rest did so a s a regular. On top of that the employee who cut the bread did so in a manner that gave me the smaller piece of bread, by a LONG shot, and cutting it end to end he did so at such an extreme angle it looks like a math equation graphed out on the experience o had there from 0-5. When I pointed out the awful cut I was given the response "it's okay we're all tired". Yeah no, I worked for In-N-Out for 2 years and never once delivered such an awful product with an excuse like that. Management heed this warning, this comfortably in mediocrity breeds like a yeast infection. Just finished eating it. The small half had nearly 0 ingredients on it. Be aware of your bill. My food was 11.95. I opted no tips. So expected tax only added on. Cashier didnt ask if I wanted receipt, I asked for it as I used a gift card and wanted to see my balance. Went back to my work and checked receipt.these 2 line items added after subtotal: Taxable. 2.29 (19%) and tax .18( that's actual tax too low, should have been .92) So I guess they sneak in tips/fees as total tax is 20% not Orange County tax of 7.75%. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a mini sandwich and they rung me up for a regular. When I told them they charged me for the wrong item instead of giving me the $3 they overcharged me for they threw a cup at me for a drink. If I wanted to order a meal I would have. Even if I got a mini sandwich meal it would still be less than what they charged me. Extremely displeased with the service and for way overcharging me. Jersey Mike's used to be one of my favorite sandwich places in the college days. You can't beat the fresh taste especially with cold cuts being cut freshly to order. When I came by, I ordered both a cold and hot sub. An Italian sub, and the Philly cheesesteak sub. It was very busy so I stepped aside after placing the order and did not wash to make the sandwich. When I came back to work, unfortunately I noticed that the store got my order in correct by using white bread instead of whole wheat. Everything else was what I ordered and the flavor was great but I have to duct a point for giving me white bread which I usually avoid strongly but didn't have time to go back nor did I want to cause any trouble. read more

I come to this jersey mikes at least once a week. All of the guys that work there are awesome, friendly and do a great job with customer service and making the food. However, there is ONE employee that clearly doesn't like her job. She has a horrible attitude every single time I come here. She doesn't care about how she makes the sandwiches and throws the ingredients around while making it. A handful of times she hasn't even asked if I wanted my sandwich mikes way, or when I had already asked the other person on the line to, where she just acts like she doesn't hear and wraps the sandwich up. She wears a mask always and is shorter with dark hair. There are 2 women that work there so please don't get the two mixed up. It was probably my second time getting these subs and I must say it's quite good and filling. I got the turkey club (bacon lettuce tomatoes turkey) and tuna all on wheat bread. It comes in three option choices mini (5.50), reg (7.75), or large (8.25), but the regular is just the right amount and prices vary which each different kind of subs you want.
