Our office ordered sandwiches from here for lunch last week. First, the sandwiches were decent. Bread and lettuce were all fresh, put they did not put enough meat in the sandwiches. Walked in at 12:45pm on a Monday. There were a whopping 5 employees working. 8 customers were at tables still waiting for their food. JJ is supposed to make your sandwiches superfast. No customers at the counter to order, but JJ couldn't fulfill the orders of people waiting. Good location, they can definitely get overwhelmed sometimes but most of the time I come in they are friendly and quick. The restroom sometimes is not the cleanest. They do have a habit of not adding extra when asked (example extra jimmy peepers will come with barely any) but this is pretty minor. Well 3 of us came in here last Saturday morning around 10am. We all ordered separately and our food came out relatively fast. As we started eating, our friend Brian realized that they had made him the wrong sandwich. Now , Drew and Nick happened to be the gentleman that were working that day. Before we could even get up and mention to them that the order was completely wrong, they had already realized their mistake and corrected it even before being mentioned. Now that! I really appreciate as it showed that they took accountability and corrected the mistake so that shows honesty and attention. Terrible service. I ordered my usual and requested to have just the bacon toasted which I've done before at other jimmy John's locations and subway and Jersey mikes does this as well. I was told after ordering that the worker didn't want to do that and it would have to be a whole sub. So I said okay. I then waited for 15 minutes while i watched this same woman make subs for 5 people who ordered after me. Also i walked right up and ordered when there was no line. She purposefully put off making my sandwich and she was extremely petty and unprofessional. The fact I placed my order at 12:57 and it was 1:15 when I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. I will say the cashier was extremely nice and professional but the whole experience today was trash. Again there wasn't any line when I ordered. A coworker of mine wanted jimmy johns (I've never had it, I normally go to jersey mikes) and this was definitely a disappointment. I ordered the "beach club" and the pictures on line looked amazing, with loads of lettuce and avocado spread. When I got it I immediately noticed the old shriveled up lettuce that was used and then I thought they forgot to put avocado on it. This was a typical Jimmy John's experience...but maybe a little bit better than the average. The vegetables were incredibly fresh. The bread, as usual, was on point, and the service was very good as well. Essentially what I'm saying is that I've had some really bad jimmy John's experiences, but this particular location seems to be ran well (management? employees? Idk). Horrible service. Dude working two nights ago had a delivery come up for delivery and lied to me. I walk up a 3-5 minutes after close to pick up the order and the kid walks up to me and asks me if I have an order for pickup, as there is one order waiting to be picked up. I tell him the name and then he looks at me in the face and says that the order came in after they closed and that 4 other drivers already tried to pick it up. Grant it it's only a couple minutes past closing time. There wouldn't have been enough time for the drivers all to show up and the orders come in before the restaurant closes. I'll never waste my time at this place and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe don't blatantly lie when you don't want to make an order. Came about an hour before closing and they were super friendly! I placed an order on the app and forgot that I had chosen wheat bread as my previous order and they were kind to switch it out for me for the delicious white bread. They were so generous I was blown away. They even gave me some bread to take with me because they were going to throw it out anyways. As a loyal customer, I have to say this is one of the slowest Jimmy John's locations I've ever visited. I have been here twice now because it is on route to the beach, but man are they slow. The first time I came in, I ordered at the counter, two regular sandwiches and one little John. It took almost 25 minutes for us to get our sandwiches. For a fast food location that is simply unacceptable. The second time, I decided to order online to be able to have my sandwiches ready at a certain time and not have to wait so long to get them, but again, when I showed up (which was about 5-10 mins AFTER the time I indicated for pick up) the sandwiches weren't even being prepared! When I asked the gal at the front she looked very confused and overwhelmed. I asked her about my order and she frantically went over the guy making the sandwiches then he pointed out that my order was behind 4 other orders! Unbelievable and unacceptable for an online order expected at a certain time. On this occasion I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my sandwiches. Once we got to the beach, the little John was very poorly made, only one small piece of Turkey and the rest was lettuce and bread, these sandwiches were clearly rushed. Such a disappointment all around. Management really needs to either better train their staff to manage high volumes of orders or work out better system processes because this location is STRUGGLING! read more

I guess it's a blessing in disguise for JJ, because I had sworn off Jimmy John's after trying it awhile ago. As a vegetarian, their veggie option is not my favorite, and also because it wasn't made well (so much cheese, very little avocado, no flavor). BUT TODAY I really needed to go to the bathroom and it seems like this was the o my one that had one...so I braced myself and ordered a veggie #6. I said less cheese, and didn't know before, but I added sprouts, grey poupon, and oregano balsamic. I probably should have added these at the other location.
