We arrived right when they opened at 3 PM on a Saturday. The hostess was sweet and quickly showed us to our table. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the paintings on the walls--they were beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. If you want to learn some history behind the restaurant ask Tiffany for the story behind the paintings :) We started with a couple of drinks, and they were delicious. I ordered a Bloody Maria (basically a Bloody Mary made with tequila), and it was really good. For an appetizer, we got the Grilled Corn Ribs, and wow--they were so tasty. We couldn't stop talking about how good they were. For our entrées, we ordered the Double Stacked Cheeseburger and the Cavatelli pasta. I really enjoyed the pasta. The flavor was delicious, and while the noodles were a bit thicker than I expected, it was still a great dish. My partner wasn't the biggest fan of the burger because of the Southwestern pimento cheese, but the fries were excellent! I tried the burger myself and honestly thought it was still pretty good. It was also my partners birthday so they brought a cute little dessert! Overall, we had a great experience. Our waiter, Jose, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. We'd definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

My gosh, talk about delicious! Between my husband and me and my parents, we have tried the Club, the Cali, and the Chimichurri Steak sandwiches. All winners! If you need or are curious about their gluten-free focaccia bread, do NOT hesitate to order it! It's SOOOOO good! I almost prefer it over the regular focaccia bread; hard to say, though, because they are both delicious. We recently tried their Ahi Tuna bowl as well, and that was pretty good! Can't beat their sandwiches, honestly, but it was a nice, refreshing change of pace. The drinks they have are also wonderful. Not your typical Coke or Pepsi products. Another refreshing change of pace! Great flavors to choose from, and you have to try their Dragon Fruit Agua Fresca! Delicious! It's perfectly sweetened without being too much! All in all, this place is a winner! Eat here, you won't regret it!

The patio dining is beautiful, and the prices are reasonable, which has kept us coming back. That said, our most recent visit on Sunday after church was extremely disappointing. We came with a cousin expecting the same great experience we've had before, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We were quoted a 20-30 minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour. Once seated, we ordered right away, but it took more than another hour for our food to arrive. When the food finally came out, the portion sizes seemed noticeably smaller. My husband's order was incorrect, and he didn't receive his meal until after the rest of us had already finished eating. We were also missing a side we had ordered. On top of that, we didn't receive our drinks for at least 30 minutes, and were told the bartender was "flustered." Overall, we left feeling really disappointed and dissatisfied, especially since we've had such positive experiences here in the past. At this point, we'd honestly rather grab something quick from Canyon Lake Market than go through another experience like this.

My server checked on me several times and made sure my drink was refilled, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good dining experience with friendly and attentive service. I just hope the kitchen can improve on cooking steaks to the requested temperature, because everything else was enjoyable.

There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for the herb crusted chicken and strawberry lemonade.

He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".

I tried to order an alcoholic drink and got declined for "looking young". I'm well beyond the age of 21 and I showed them my ID. Why would anyone ever bring a fake ID to drink at a Bushfire Kitchen in Menifee? Christ. However, I'm mostly annoyed at how avoidant the staff was about it. I waited for my drink, followed up, then they sheepishly explained to me that they "just can't give me the drink because I seem a bit young". That's fine. Just stop avoiding it. It's also not lost on me that a big factor of that is probably because of my ethnicity. On top of that, I had to inquire if they had an ID scanner and they said no. I had to ask for the receipt myself of them refunding it (allegedly) so at least I could make sure that I was given my money back for the drink they declined me. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
