The workers here are kind, however, I waited in line for 30 minutes just to not receive the food I ordered. My drink was correct, but my burger was not. I wanted the bacon smasher, which comes on Texas toast, with no pickles and no ketchup. Instead, I got a random burger with ketchup, with a normal bun. My husbands favorite place. Just loves there burgers and there pretty fast at this sonic. He orders his normal all the time , double cheeseburger with extra mayo and onions no pickles and his onion rings ! I get grilled chicken wrap lettuce tomatoes and a ice cold water. This is the only fast food restaurant that never ever gets our food order wrong ! That's wonderful because when your hungry you don't want to get home and your order is wrong. There service is always quick and the staff is always so nice and polite. Not the best option or the healthiest to eat but the fastest to eat. You must look for the sonic sign or it's very easy to drive right past this location if your not familiar with this area ! It's set back a bit off the road. So watch for it. read more

Awful. Waited 20 plus minutes in the line tonight. Got to the window and right off the cashier yelled at us not to swipe the debit card. When we got our order we explained politely to Jaquita that she had given us a strawberry lemonade and not strawberry sweet tea. She yelled at us that she poured it out of the tea container and that it was tea. It wasn't. We did get our other drink that was sweet tea (regular). When I asked for her name she snapped Jaquita and then said "what's your name" and slammed the glass window. Awful service. Didn't get the right order, if I could give her zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with sonic. For the record, I have been to sonic countless times and for the most part it's all been good, but today was my lucky day!!! I placed my order and added two large ice tea's. When the woman handed me the ice tea's I could see the color was way too light and I took off the lid and took a sip, it tasted just like it looked, (watered down, no tea flavor, nothing even close to tea. I ask the lady who was giving me my order to check and see if the tea machine was out of tea and she said that was the way it was made. I explained I had bought tea from there before and it was not like that and she basically said it was that way because whoever made it, they made it like that. since I was buying the tea for someone else I would just get my money back and buy it somewhere else. She said the only way she could give me back the money for the two drinks was for her to reimburse the entire order and repay without the two drinks. Because the system was set up that way. (Whatever, people don't seem to have the ability to figure out how to subtract anymore) I said if that's how it was she could go ahead and wipeout the order and reorder without the drinks. This made her mad and she then informed me it would take 7 to 10 business days for that money to go back on my debit card???? Which meant I would literally be paying twice for the same order minus the two drinks. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she informed me she was the manager, I told her I wanted her name since she was the manager and she informed me, she didn't have to tell me her name. So, there you have it. For two drinks, (ALL This.) Plus she didn't give me my receipt she just lost a customer. I need to do business with people who have the simple ability to add and subtract, but most of all recognize real customer service and what it means to take care of your patrons. You take care of us and we come back, and we love to come back to places where people do you right instead of argue over two ice tea's. I honestly think if she really was the manager, she needs more training. All this information was forwarded to the corporate office. Waiting on a response. Extremely slow staff. I was certain I would find a lone employee manning every position once I got to the window. After all, it had already been nearly an hour. I had already called the corporate number(+1 866-657-6642) to complain. I suggested they hire additional staff. Much to my surprise, when I got to the window, there were at least six people doing absolutely nothing productive. I asked why it took so long, and after talking to two employees for a few minutes, the manager walks into the store and comes to the window. She had no more explanation than her employees did. She ended up telling me she'd call her GM, then slammed the window shut. During this, I watched at least a dozen cars drive away without ordering or receiving food. While I was talking to the manager, I mentioned that she had a line backed up to the road and nobody had yet taken the order of the person behind me still at the intercom waiting on someone to acknowledge them. She ignored me completely. As I drove off, the same car was still at the intercom menu. Now, maybe the twitchy mannerisms, the tendency to hang out in the parking lot rather than supervising, or the many open sores on the manager's face that she picked at while talking to me aren't indicative of anything. Maybe they are. Either way, the owners of this location would do best to shut down, fire the whole staff, and start back over from scratch with more of a mind towards hiring quality leadership. I don't know what happened to this location. It has gone downhill and today was the worst. I placed a mobile order, as directed, I pulled into a stall as directed and checked in. In the meantime, two employees walked in and out, one even glanced our way more than once. The male employee brought out a patio order, went back inside and he sat on a step ladder. Waited 20 minutes, went into my email to find out information, like the store phone number. I called and asked why we were waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I was told they were understaffed and not taking out stall orders. There was zero signage or indications that stalls were not working. I asked why they don't have any signage advising customers. The answer was that they weren't allowed to put up signs. I was basically told oh well. I asked if I still had to go through drive through, she said yes. Currently in the dt, no one came over on the speaker, it has now been 35 minutes waiting. Update, i didn't get my drinks until 45 total minutes later. As we were leaving, people were still pulling into the stalls. I informed the customer service operator I was speaking to that no one was letting them know the stalls were out of service. read more

Stellar work folks, with only 5 repeats of my 4 item order, you have really gone that extra distance to take pride and care in your work. No Onions- Doesn't take a Rocket Surgeon. Especially when it says it in the ticket. Apparently "Lite Ice" is a difficult thing. Not "lemon ice" Not "cherry lime" Not "A cup still half full of ice once drink is gone" I take my kids through drive throughs and use it as a teaching moment. Visited on 2/26/22, I'm not sure what was going on but it seems like nobody was having their orders taken in the stalls and in drive thru. We sat in drive through from 25+ minutes with barely any movements. When getting close to the order menu, it seemed like it was broken since no one in front of us was able to order.
