We love In-N-Out. We don't eat a lot of fast food, but we love to eat here when we do. Consistently good quality and taste, friendly, and they do their best to keep the restaurant clean considering how much volume the have inside and at the drive thru. Even when we go thru the drive in, it may have a log line but they keep it moving. I really like the fact that before you pay they read your order back to you to make sure they have the right items. The food is good- one of the best, freshest tasting fast food burgers around imo. Also a pretty good deal since In N Out hasn't raised their prices as much as other lower quality burger chains. However, this particular location is VERY SLOW. I have been to a number of In N Out burger locations and this is by far the slowest. Be prepared to wait in line at the drive through for 30 minutes as they very slowly work through the line of cars. I don't understand why this particular location is so much slower than every other location I've been to but after trying it few times and always waiting a ridiculously long time, I've decided I'm officially done coming here. read more

I came on a Sunday evening and there was a long line of cars as expected, it was probably a 15-20 minute wait. The like went by pretty quickly and there's a person that takes your order before you get up near the front to pay in the drive thru. I asked for grilled onions and pickles on the cheeseburger with a side of peppers, unfortunately, they forgot those. Ok so i came from out of town to visit family for the holidays. Came to in-n-out to see what the hype is all about and this is what I got. I'm sure this isn't every in and out I'm going to say it was Raul- the cook. At first I tried to put it off as, "it's just a medium rare burger" but nope! This was raw. Not only did they give me a raw burger, but they also called 5-6 orders before mine, and all I ordered was 2 burgers and 2 fries. When I let them know, it wasn't to get money back or another burger, it was to let them know, and he immediately tried to pay it off with a "free burger for next time" All I have to say about this experience is, you're probably better off going somewhere else. I asked for a water cup with my order and the worker told me they were no longer able to give out water cups because a group of kids earlier got water cups and filled it with soda instead. I asked her if we could have a regular drink cup for water and she said if we wanted water we would have to pay for a regular drink. it's ILLEGAL for restaurants to refuse to serve free water. very disappointed with my visit and the workers mean tone. read more

I can't say enough about how nostalgic I feel every time I pull around the corner and from a distance see hat famous reverse check mart and with the aid from the wind, you inhale that delicious smell that only In-N-out can provide, just wait till you take the first bite! Simple and easy to order menu, if you do feel adventurous google their secret menu which you will not find in he restaurants, their prices and most important the flavor does not differ from CA to UT. I normally always order number 1 with well done fries and half vanilla half strawberry shake, I gotta say, in my perspective is the perfect patty, if when you're in the west coast you must make in-n-out part of your agenda, your tastebuds will thank you the whole way home. read more

Haven't been to Inn N Out in 6+ years and this location (went to visit my grandparents and stopped here) happened to be near so I stopped by for a cheeseburger. A plain simple cheeseburger, with an order of fries and a Neapolitan shake. Some of the best fast food I've ever had. Maybe it's because I was so tired, but this burger made me feel better and gave me some energy. I came back for lunch- got the same thing but animal style fries. Animal style fries have a lot more flavor but are just the same level of great- what you'd expect from in n out (keep spelling it inn n out- last time I checked there's no hotel). To summarize, Inn n Out was a wonderful place. If I'm back in Utah or in another state with Inn N Outs I'll be back. read more

There's a reason they're called "in 'n out"...because they focus on burgers. Great made to order burgers with fresh, crispy vegetables, and hot soft burger buns. Burgers are fairly inexpensive for what you're offered but the best part is you don't walk away feeling gross from lots of grease. Staff is great and very accommodating. Dining area is very clean and spaced apart to enjoy your meal. Very well lit keeping it safe to navigate. Access to the building is easy and safe. read more

I don't know why I always lie to myself and think this place is better than it is. I'm going to need a short break - it's not really worth the drive for me. The regular cheeseburger (one beef patty, one slice of cheese) doesn't do it for me, it's way too small. I never feel full after eating it. So, I always get the double-double (two beef patties, two slices of cheese). For the most part, the burger tastes nice, but if I leave in the huge slice of onion, it overwhelms the taste of everything else. I need to try the burger without onion, but I always forget and tell myself that I should eat the onion because I should eat a damn vegetable every once in a while. I've stopped having the burgers for a few months now because I ended up with stomach pain after eating here for the last two times. The fries... this is the main thing I lie to myself about liking. The fries are just not all that. I feel like they're over-hyped. Oftentimes, they're a bit too crisp (there's some slightly burnt aftertaste). I get them animal-style (fries topped with a slice of cheese, In-N-Out spread (dressed up thousand island), and grilled onions). What bothers me not only are the fries not that great, but getting them animal style costs more than double just getting the fries plain. The In-N-Out spread is free, you can ask for any many as you want, just like ketchup. The animal style fries and cheese fries are the same price, that's another downside - it's not as if adding the sauce and onions makes the fries more expensive, it's more like the plain cheese fries feel even more overpriced. The fries and animal style fries are inherently bad, they're just meh. The animal style build covers up the lackluster fries. The one item that's been consistently good is their strawberry shake. It's quite thick! It's also loaded with sugar. Overall, I visit In-N-Out occasionally because I think it's good because of the beautiful Instagram pictures I see, but whenever I actually eat the food, I always wish I had chosen another burger joint. In-N-Out if a California chain. They are SUPER cheap so if you're looking for a bargain stop here. There burgers are good nothing to write home about. The fries are so-so IMO. It's one of those places you either love or hate. I like to go every so often but if I'm looking for a quality burger this isn't the place for me. This is not the In-N-Out most people are used to. I had to ask then to remake my burger because I had barely any veggies, the patties were super dry and tiny also. They gladly remade the burger. The new one had veggies, but still had tiny patties. Disappointed in this location, probably won't be returning. read more

What's not to love about In-N-Out? I'm originally from California where In-N-Out was created, so I was happy to see it out in Utah! I got a cheeseburger with grilled whole onion and chili peppers as well as a vanilla milkshake, and as usual, both were very tasty. The vegetables in the cheeseburger were all very fresh, which really does make a difference to the taste! The meat was cooked just right, and the bun was chewy and soft. Yum! My milkshake had just the right consistency, thick and creamy. I took some of my friend's fries, and they were crispy but also potato-y. Best of all, In-N-Out is cheap! Both of my items came out to be under $6. Plenty of seating when we came around 3:30PM after a day of being on the snowy slopes, and just the perfect meal. I would highly recommend it! read more

I usually walk away from In-N-Out pretty satisfied. Feels like a fresher burger than most that doesn't make me regret my life decisions an hour or two later. Today was a little off. Our order taker didn't have the normal over-the-top friendly attitude that makes me feel like we could be friends. I noticed other employees were over-the-top and it made me a little jealous. I always order the double-single (give me all the beef without overdoing the cheese) and the patties and fixings were great, with the exception of the bun and I got the unlucky heel of the tomato (no one should ever serve that). Maybe their burgers aren't flying out the door as fast as they used to and they have a back log of buns they are trying to work through, because it just didn't seem as fresh and sturdy. Flaky and kind of fell apart. The burger market is getting stiffer and stiffer. A good quality bun is pretty key for those that want to stay on top. read more

Talk about disaster relief! I had to come all the way to Utah to get an a In N Out burger after Hurricane Irma!! And I'm sure glad I did. There used to be one near the Jacksonville area I don't know what happened to it I guess it just didn't make it. The first one opened in 1948 and the burgers are made fresh never frozen.The buns are made without preservatives and they leaf their lettuce every day. Their fries are peeled daily from fresh potatos. By far, it was one of the best burgers I've eaten in quite a while, and the chocolate milkshake was fabulous! I'm so glad I flew all the way here just to get this burger after such a terrible Hurricane. If I could I would bring everyone an In n Out burger that's a victim of the hurricane, because they're fabulous. read more
