Typical in n out burger location, if you are aiming for the drive thru, go to the parking lot for the Walmart so you can just pull right into the drive thru line, otherwise if you pull into the in n out parking lot, you have to turn around to get into the drive thru line. Typical menu and generally pretty busy. If the line is to the end of the drive thru, takes around 10-15 minutes to get through. I came during lunch time and there was an employee taking orders near the end of the line to help with the time. All employees are wearing masks during the pandemic. I love getting a cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake. read more

It's decent. Good for a cheap meal (my husband and I each got a burger and fries, he got a large Coke, and I think we paid around $13.00). "Animal style" is yummy, and I like the "protein style" option which allows you to get the burger as a lettuce wrap, however they are not very generous with the lettuce, and it's pretty messy (If you're looking for one Olympus burger does a great lettuce wrap). The hamburger sizes are pretty small. I thought I liked the fries, but I apparently don't or we just got a really bad batch yesterday. I do remember them having this sort of odd texture that I can't quite figure out. They aren't really fluffy on the inside. They are very thin, which I generally like, but they weren't crispy at all. We went home and broiled them which improved the texture somewhat, but they remained pretty lackluster. Also their ketchup is straight sugar-tomato sauce. Really gross. They give you a sort of paper placemat to for your lap if you are eating in your car, so that's pretty nice. I feel like every time we drive by they have about ten cars in the drive-thru. We went yesterday around 5:15pm, but there were still about 4 or 5 cars in line. It took about ten minutes to receive our food. That's not terrible, but not very impressive when you're ordering FAST food. All in all I think it's a good place if you need to feed a lot of people for a small cost. I can see why it's so popular here in Utah. It is better than the chains like McDonalds or Burger King (not hard to beat those at all!), but there are many better burger places in the area, and they don't have such a long wait either. read more

On one hand, it embodies everything I hate about the American consumer. And on the other hand, I love the convenience. Not much to say about this location versus any of the other locations, except that when you turn in from Union Park Ave, it's an immediate left into the parking lot, and of there's a line of cars, you may just be better off circling around by going over the bridge and into the WalMart parking lot. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, both animal style. My friend ordered a grilled cheese which is basically a burger without the beef patty, and that looked delicious too. Quality is king and no place really shows that better than In-N-Out where you're going to get the same experience at any location you go to. This specific location is in a harder to reach area based off of a hodgepodge of lights and a lot of traffic. But, like their reputation, once you're there you're going to get something that is always good. The workers at this location always seem to be a little more chipper and happy than some at the other locations around the valley, but that's something that I will always appreciate. In-N-Out in general is slower than other burger joints, but everything is made fresh to order and they always make the fries fresh right after you order them. If you're not familiar with it, every In-N-Out has a secret menu that you can order from. I highly suggest going with items off of that just to give your experience a little twist than the normal order. They've also FINALLY started to accept American Express adding yet another convenience. read more

As a native Californian, it's nice to know that the California vibe is accessible here in Utah. What is there to say? Fast service, friendly service. The people who frequent this place might be questionable, but I don't frequent this place for the people, but for the consistently well done burgers. I know, there's nothing particularly amazing about the burgers, but I will say the meat is always juicy, the buns are always just right, never dry. I know, the fries are overrated and over hyped and I will agree. It's just okay, but imagine that animal sauce on Mickey D fries? Heaven! Yeah I went there. Additionally, I feel the reason why their burgers are so consistent is due to the same choices they provide. They don't try to be pretentious and be "gourmet" or "fancy" or "avant garde" with their burgers. It's just the basics done well. What I love about this place are the unexpected surprises, aka their shakes. The classic, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavors are the perfect ending to their burgers. I admit that I absolutely love in-n-out and will continue to eat here regardless of this review. However, I am very disappointed with the consistency of this location. We eat here probably every 2-3 weeks and I can count on one hand how often they correctly make our order. The most frustrating part is when I get home and realize my "gluten free order" has a bun attached to it and cannot be consumed due to a true allergy. Not everyone is gluten free by choice. I've called and they promise to mail coupons but those never actually arrive. Luckily the workers are always so pleasant and sweet, which is probably why it took me so long to write this review. Total ran me about $6 and change. I will note that the fries were salted quite decently; I appreciated that because the fries at all other locations are rather bland and unsalted. I love in and out. The service here was quick and good. They have us lots of spread sauce when we asked and I think that's a plus. Not many places are willing to give out a lot of sauce sometimes so I appreciated that. I got a cheese burger with fries ! A group of us went to In-N-Out today for lunch and it was a subpar experience. In-N-Out is a top 5 burger joint for me and I was a bit dissapointed and here's why. I went with the double-double combo and paired it with a neapolitan shake. The shake was delicious, fries are so so per usual, but the bun on the burger ruined it for me. It was flaky and fell apart. It was like that bread you throw to the birds. I don't recall In-N-Out skimping on bun quality but they certainly did today. My co-worker also commented on the bun and said they had stopped by recently and noticed that, too. Other than that, the service was great and tables were clean! Just beware of the flaky, crumbly, buns. Maybe go with the lettuce wrap protein style instead? read more

Fresh ingredients, friendly employees and fast service- can't go wrong with that. I don't have any complaints and each location I visit I get the same great customer service and I admire their consistency. The lines are always always long whether it be during lunch hour or late evenings but I like the fact that they have an employee outside taking your order while you wait in drive thru so by the time you reach the window, your order is almost complete. I came here as an East Coaster trying In-N-Out for the 2nd time (The first time was in Vegas about 5 years ago and I was star-spangled hammered so I don't trust my food opinion). The service was amazing and the people who I spoke with were super nice and my food came fast at lunch time on this busy July 4th. I got a regular burger with fries and a diet coke for about $5. My order came correct so that was awesome. I'm just not a fan of the actual food. I think everyone should give In-N-Out a try; I just really didn't love the food. The burger-I ate, but wasn't really wow'ed. I'm just not a fan, but if I had to eat here-I would. I probably just won't go out of my way because it doesn't really appeal to my taste buds. read more

The employees are always friendly, and the water in the sink in the bathroom is always warm (I love that about In-N-Out. It's the little things...) Last time I went, I ordered a burger, fries, and a chocolate shake. The burger was great, the veggies were fresh, the fries were nice and crisp, and the shake was thick and chocolatey. I've tried. Really, I have. A solid half dozen visits. I just don't get it. In-N-Out is a disappointment. First and foremost, there is no bacon. None. Nada. Zilch. Bupkis. No bacon in the house whatsoever. This is just sick and wrong. Second, their fries are an embarrassment. No contrast in texture. Good fries should have a crunchy exterior and a soft, luscious interior. In-N-Out fries have the same lame texture from start to finish. And there is no fry sauce. That alone disqualifies them. Third, the burger is OK tasting, but nothing spectacular. And the bun is sugary and boring, reminiscent of McDonald's. Not a good thing. Fourth, the secret menu / ordering "Animal Style" is just annoying. Fifth, the friendly staff have a "Stepford" feel that I find disingenuous. With Olympus, Crown, B & D, JCW's, and Apollo in the vicinity, I see no reason to ever return to In-N-Out. Bye Bye. read more
