At one time we lived in California and absolutely loved In N out burgers. Nothing has changed. The food was just as delicious as all the time as before. So appreciated that we have our own to go to here close to home in Murfreesburo. We had the most polite staff. I kid you not we opened the door and people were so nice and saying welcome to In N Out. It was such a great experience. We thought for sure we weren't going to be able to dine in but we found a little two seated table and snagged it. Very clean tables and the cleaning crew stayed on the floor. Constantly sweeping and wiping any table that came available. It was almost like a ballet of synchronicity. Grateful you're here. Second 5 star review for an eatery in TN & I'm not even a big beef eater. Better than I remembered. Real fresh, crisp, flavorful produce that tates delish. Haven't experienced an eatery in middle TN with that level of goodness for lettuce and tomatoes since... ? Cheese source from this region is better than west/southwest region & noticeable, yum. Service was great because they pulled their all-star seasoned employees from out of state for the grand opening. I hope the company can maintain the hiring & managing standard that makes "In-N-Out" what it is with the middle TN/southern employment market pool they're working with. Today we ordered 2 double doubles animal style, 2 orders of fries (one animal style) and one cherry Coke. Everything was hot, fresh and extremely flavorful. The drive through had 2 lines of cars and plenty of friendly workers quickly managing the 2 lines, keeping everything on track. There was another reviewer who posted about 4 hours ago that the drive through must have been closed. There are signs if you pull in directly from Medical Center PKWY that say that lane is closed. Because of the large number of cars using the drive through, you enter from the street behind the restaurant where there is room to form 2 lines. We will definitely be back and will continue ordering animal style! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I have eaten at the Antioch location twice and now the Murfreesboro location. Best fast food burger anywhere in the country. Service was friendly and fast. I've been very strategic about the times I've come to In-N-Out in all three locations 11 AM both times in Antioch and 3:15 PM in Murfreesboro. I walked up to the counter each time with no wait and had my food in my hands in approximately 10 minutes, always fresh, always delicious. Well done In N Out. What a complete waste of resources! After finally trying In-N-Out, all I can think is that people line up around the block just to see how bad it really is. The burger was nothing special. I would say I have had much better burgers at Sonic and Dairy Queen. But the fries were some of the worst I have ever had. The texture was like they were stale or maybe cooked a week ago and just kept under a heat lamp. Overall, the taste was just spicy with no real hamburger taste. If this is what they serve in California, where they recently escaped from, I say give me a good 'ol SOUTHERN style burger. As it is , I don't expect In-N-Out to be in business much longer once the newness has worn off and people realize how truly horrendous the "food" is. Just go to Culver's across the street, Sonic, Dairy Queen, or others for a better meal. You will thank me for my advice! read more

Just went a few days ago to one of the Nashville locations. As someone who spends lots of time in CA, this one is slightly different than the originals but it definitely delivers. Wait time was about 35 minutes from the line outside to receiving my meal. Got animal style double double and fries. Crazy packed with people but good vibes. read more

We went to In-N-Out last night. The burgers were fantastic and the price, $34 for 3 double burger combos, was fantastic. The only issue is that the fries didn't taste right. They tasted drier than most fries. As good as the burgers and prices are, we will not going back soon. read more

Went today for the first time 2/1/26, perhaps it was a bad day?? Our buns were dry and seemed old and stale because the tops were cracked like they had been sitting out. Our fries were cold, and overall, it was absolutely not worth the hype. The lady at the table next to us also commented on the fact that her food was cold. Location was staffed very well and everyone was super polite and helpful, just food was a disappointment. I was worried the fries might not travel well with the crowds, but they were perfectly cooked and crispy. Washed it all down with a rich chocolate shake. This location has everything: a big parking lot, clean dining room, and even outdoor seating. The lines were long, as expected, but they moved quickly. If you want to skip the massive drive-thru queue, definitely head inside to order; it seems much faster. Waited until the crowds thinned out at M'boro In-N-Out. Finally went and wait time was 30 minutes in overflow parking and 35 minutes in drive thru. Hamburger and fries were cold, fries are tasteless. I've eaten at their restaurants before and know the food can be awesome. I'll wait until the new wears off and hope the food will be hot the next time. Just an FYI please don't allow the gloveless staff to put uncovered straws in the drinks...that is extremely unhygienic. read more
