The whole situation was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was what I observed while waiting. Employees were wearing gloves while preparing food, but I saw them touching other items, touching their clothing, and handling trash bags without changing their gloves before continuing with food-related tasks. That was extremely concerning from a cleanliness and food-handling standpoint. Between the excessive wait, poor organization, lack of available management, difficulty getting a simple refund, and what I personally observed regarding glove use and food handling, this was a terrible experience from beginning to end.
