Canes is a go to! Always know what to expect and we enjoy it. This canes isnt too busy compared to the other location down the street. I think they've been kind and pretty attentive when I've gone. Always double check for your sauces or extra items. There's times where my food isnt hot / has been sitting once im in the drive thru. I live nearby luckily I can airfry it lol but for the most part if you dine in it's fresh. read more

I'm a huge Raising Cane's fan and to have one closer to me was ideal but honestly I will probably not come back to this location. Now when they were constructing this location I already knew this was going to be a pain to enter this location. It is located on a super busy street with really only one way to enter and one way to exit. I was lucky when I went it wasn't to busy and It was a pretty smooth and fast transaction. The worker who took my order was really nice and when I paid she was also nice. No complaints on that end. Now for the food. If you know the chicken you either love or hate it and I love it. The sauce and the bread are some of my favorite items. I always get the sandwich, it always hits the spot. The problem here was the salt. They were so overly salted! it tasted like they just poured the whole container of salt on our fries. It not only affected mine but my wife's and my sons fries. We couldn't even finish the fries. It was honestly a huge disappointment. There is another location further from where I live but I have never had a problem at that location so seems like that is the location I will keep going to. read more

Following the rave from my girlfriend, I have finally and reluctantly tried the infamous Raising Cane's. It was good: toast was buttery, a little too soft for my liking but tasted good. The fries were salted evenly and tasty and the tenders were juicy, wish they were crispier but the flavor was there. I ordered two combo one was a chicken sandwich and other chicken fingers combo. It was crowded at this place , but was slowly led down when I got there. First time at a Raising Cane's so wanted to check out this time the chicken n sauce to see if we liked it. Chicken was well cooked (juicy in the inside n crunchy on the outside). Ample size chicken fingers. Suggestion..... maybe add a smaller (like 12) tailgate menu item. The smallest is 25 and over 45 bucks. Note that they do offer individual fingers on menu at 2+ a pop. Sauce was ok but nothing special. Service.... Great. Drive thru guy very helpful. Food came out pretty fast but getting out to Imperial could be a little challenging. Would come back! read more

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, the lot is quite small so it seems most of the parking is taken up by the employees but other than that everything was great. Besides Adriana who was constantly cleaning and asking us if everything was okay the place needs a whole new re staff. 2nd time here the first time it was okay but today it was horrible. FOUND A HAIR in our food, lost our appetite, and didn't even get offered a refund and as we were walking out and talking to another worker about the disservice here the register girl was laughing. Food was awful! Norwalk had high hopes since you recently opened but your food quality is awful! Chicken fingers were more like crumbs of just the breading. Was missing the Chicken! Disappointed with this location. You order a combo and the drink is full of ice. The chicken strips are about half the size of other locations. And when you pick up your order the girl at the window gives you attitude. Good indicator why this place is only 3 stars. I'd rather go to a different location or fast food place.
