I'm a huge Raising Cane's fan and to have one closer to me was ideal but honestly I will probably not come back to this location. Now when they were constructing this location I already knew this was going to be a pain to enter this location. It is located on a super busy street with really only one way to enter and one way to exit. I was lucky when I went it wasn't to busy and It was a pretty smooth and fast transaction. The worker who took my order was really nice and when I paid she was also nice. No complaints on that end. Now for the food. If you know the chicken you either love or hate it and I love it. The sauce and the bread are some of my favorite items. I always get the sandwich, it always hits the spot. The problem here was the salt. They were so overly salted! it tasted like they just poured the whole container of salt on our fries. It not only affected mine but my wife's and my sons fries. We couldn't even finish the fries. It was honestly a huge disappointment. There is another location further from where I live but I have never had a problem at that location so seems like that is the location I will keep going to.

Following the rave from my girlfriend, I have finally and reluctantly tried the infamous Raising Cane's. It was good: toast was buttery, a little too soft for my liking but tasted good. The fries were salted evenly and tasty and the tenders were juicy, wish they were crispier but the flavor was there. I'm not a big condiment person so I can't speak on the Cane's sauce that everyone talks about but it was a nice experience and the staff was more than friendly. Simple food, Thank you.

Stopped by to this recently has the grand opening in my area. We loved to show the support to any restaurant that open in our neighborhood. Well, this was my first time to eat Cane's chickens. I ordered two combo one was a chicken sandwich and other chicken fingers combo. It was crowded at this place , but was slowly led down when I got there. Good was good and different, service was fast and friendly. Btw they have drive-thru which is plus for this restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Cane's in Norwalk, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this location has quickly become a local favorite, thanks to its excellent offerings and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly their delicious, fresh chicken. Each piece is cooked to perfection, maintaining a juicy and tender interior while boasting a satisfying crispy exterior. It's evident that quality ingredients are a priority here, and the taste definitely reflects that commitment. In addition to the mouthwatering chicken, Cane's offers reasonable prices, making it an attractive spot for both individuals and families looking to enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank. They have managed to strike a perfect balance between affordability and quality, which is always a winning combination. The service was impressively fast, ensuring that even during busy times, customers are not left waiting for long. The staff was friendly and efficient, contributing to an overall pleasant dining experience. Parking is ample, which is a significant plus, especially during peak hours. The outdoor seating is a delightful option for those who prefer to enjoy their meals in the fresh air. Although indoor seating is available, I found the outdoor area particularly pleasant. Overall, Cane's in Norwalk is a fantastic new addition to the area, and I highly recommend stopping by to indulge in their delicious offerings. Whether you're a longtime fan or a newcomer to Cane's, you're sure to leave satisfied.

Came here on 12/12/24 @9pm. Food was hot and done how I ordered it. Drive thru service was fast and quick with ordering and receiving food. Huge parking and a lot of tables inside.

I waited so long to get my food and for someone to charge me, very disappointed with customer service and service I received. If your going use left lane not right side No one acknowledges you on the side.

This was my first visit to this location and it became my new favorite. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, the lot is quite small so it seems most of the parking is taken up by the employees but other than that everything was great. The staff was friendly and the food came out very fast, I really appreciated the fact that the staff saw I was with my two little ones and brought the food over to my table

We ordered a caniac combo, open to a box combo. I would've appreciated my other two chicken tenders.

The removed my review of one star... food tasted good but the tender sizes were too small compared to other locations and worker was rude..

Bag with name as "WonderWoman".. the guy didn't ask for a name, we didn't notice, but it was nice of him to put that for us.

I am writing this review while sitting in the restaurant after waiting more than 45 minutes for a…read moresingle whole chicken. When I arrived, I was informed that the kitchen was completing a large order and that no whole chickens would be available until that order was finished. I understand the importance of fulfilling large orders, but there was no one else waiting in the restaurant, and I was the only customer present. It is difficult to justify making an in-store customer wait nearly an hour for one whole chicken when fulfilling that request would have had little to no impact on completing the larger order. What is most frustrating is the lack of common sense and customer service. Had the staff simply prepared the one whole chicken I ordered while continuing to work on the larger order, I likely would have been served and gone on my way without issue. Instead, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time with no apparent effort to accommodate a paying customer who was physically in the restaurant. This experience highlights a problem that many businesses overlook: customers remember how they are treated. Even if the food is excellent, poor customer service leaves a lasting impression. Unfortunately, instead of leaving satisfied, I am leaving this review because of how poorly this situation was handled. Management should consider providing additional training and empowering staff to make reasonable customer-service decisions. A little flexibility and common sense could have turned this into a positive experience rather than a negative one.

We ordered a giant family platter plus a bunch of crispy chicken tacos for the office as a pickup order, and everything was ready super fast which was perfect since we were all starving. The chicken tasted so fresh and honestly had that clean, almost organic flavor that you don't always get from rotisserie spots. Super juicy, well-seasoned, and just really satisfying. The crispy chicken tacos took me by surprise! They were also a hit, perfect crunch and packed with flavor. Also have to shout out the salsas, they were SO good and tied everything together. Overall, such a solid spot for feeding a group, and the pickup process was quick and seamless. Definitely ordering again!

There are some outdoor tables but it's a small building where you order and pick up. The lady helping us out was really nice and explained everything to us when we asked questions. I opted to get an order of the lechon with rice. 12.99 for the order which is an awesome price for the amount you get! First bite and wow it was absolutely crunchy and savory. It was absolutely delicious! Along with the sauce used, I would order this everytime I come out here! Other than that, my mom got the sisig and the chicken and said they were both good in her opinion. A local gem!…read more Ordered a pound each of the Fried Pork Belly (Kawali) and Roasted Pork Belly (Cebuchon). Total summed up to a little over $50.00. Wasted no time sampling the food as soon as it was served. There is only outdoor seating, so we had to chase some flies away while tasting everything. Each order had crispy skin and came with a side of sauce that was sweet and slightly sour. My favorite was definitely the Cebuchon. Such tender, savory meat! After driving +40 minutes, the skin still had a nice exterior. I do like how minimal their menu is - you can tell they are pork-oriented. I can definitely see myself visiting again or even ordering a catering tray for the holidays.
