The burgers are so good here, even my son doesn't even ask for In n Out anymore. The fries could be crispier though. I always get the mini burger, my husband gets the super duper burger, and my son gets a mini burger and adds bacon. The shakes are also delicious. They have a special flavor that changes on a regular basis. Today's flavor was cookie butter. It was a bit on the sweet side, but I still finished it. Last month they had peppermint and it's been one of my faves so far. Service is prompt and friendly. You can order with a staff member or order from a screen. There are two gender neutral bathrooms. Parking is out front in spacious lot. The dining area is spacious and there are lots of table configurations to choose from. Hi. What happened to your garlic cheese fries??? They are greasy and the fries were luke warm. I strongly believe that is not how to make garlic fries. Looks like you use a garlic infused oil and drizzle it on the fries then toss cheese on top and melt it until it becomes one big clump. That's not appetizing or visually appealing. Garlic fries should be made by putting freshly cooked hot fries in a bowl then tossed with the garlic and cheese. I just got to the bottom of my garlic fries and in the bottom is a pool of garlic oil. Yuck! read more

This is one of my favorite burger joints. Anytime I'm in Novato. This is my go to. I absolutely love their burgers, fries, and milkshakes. They have the best homemade pickles too. The service is always friendly and inside is always nice and clean . I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality & tasty burger. I seriously think they have the best milkshakes. I'm an overnight fan basically. After I came here the first time just a couple weeks ago via my Yelp invitation I'm back. I absolutely crave their chocolate soft serve it is top-notch Strauss creamery quality ! And the burger this time I just got a single which is called a mini. I didn't even bother putting anything else on it no cheese or bacon and the juiciness and the flavour of the burger alone stands on its own. I was super duper excited to try Super Duper Burger and stopped in for a Yelp Elite event on a Friday night. There were a few folks there, but eating in and waiting for to go orders, thought the space was largely empty. I appreciated the kiosks available to order without queueing for a person to take your order, but opted to go the latter route to see how the service was. The woman at the counter took my order and was very pleasant. I got a super burger and an order of garlic fries. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and as I only live about five minutes away, I brought it home to eat there. That's where it all becomes a bummer... The burger was yummy and the veggies tasted really fresh, however by the time I was half way through it, the bun had essentially dissolved and turned to mush. I didn't end up finishing the burger, as the texture was really unappetizing. The fries smelled fantastic and I appreciated the visible pieces of garlic, parmesan, and parsley. The texture of the two or three on top was great, but when I poured the bag out to share, nearly half of them had turned into a single, soggy mass, and there was oil visible pooled on the bottom of the bag they came in. We ate probably half a dozen fries (the top ones) and threw the rest away. Regrettably, I will not be back. read more

Oh my goodness, my absolute favorite place for a bomb burger is right here with their delicious french fries mine came with garlic yum was amazing and the cheeseburger is now my absolute favorite. My husband is kind enough to stop here in Novato to pick me up a nice burger on his way home, I don't care for those flame broiled things, I like one cooked on a grill with all the goodies anytime I see a super Duper burger let me tell you what I know. I will be getting one cheeseburger with garlic fries, and last time I was lucky enough to get the pistachio milkshake which was absolutely amazing. I never knew how much I would love a pistachio milkshake, it was utterly divine. The service was on point and at every level quick service always with a smile and incredibly helpful the space itself is clean and bright. I have a difficult time driving past any superburger because I know I'm guaranteed the best burger I've had in many years. It's not even possible for me to like it anymore than I do and I've shared it with everybody and anybody who loves a good burger. This is the second time we've visited and overall this place is alright. Our group was quite large and we ordered 10+ items, and when they arrived none of the items were labeled, making it hard to identify as many of the items looked similar. I myself got the super salad with grilled chicken and the lemon vinaigrette and i thought it was delicious! i also tried the lemon berry shortcake shake. the flavour was good, but the shake wasn't very thick. we tried the mini burger and we felt like the meat was a little burnt and overall there wasn't anything special and about it. the garlic fries and good but we felt our fries were a little floppy and not super fresh. one of us got the chocolate ice cream with cookie crumbs. the ice cream was just okay and the cookie crumbs were a little stale. Aight, this spot's been around forever, and I've been in and out over the years--but hadn't swung by recently. Thursday night, no ideas, bored of the usual rotation, so we rolled into Super. Whole family walked out impressed. My mini food critics even called it the best family dinner ever, and trust me, they don't hand that out like participation trophies. We ordered every burger bloody, and they nailed it. Respect. I grabbed a breakfast sando out of pure curiosity (and because I needed more protein + carbs). Added avocado. Next time I'm throwing bacon on it--feels like the final Infinity Stone of the sandwich. Flavor? On point. Char? Perfect. Beef quality? Obvious the second you cut into that medium-rare. And yes--this wipes the floor with fast food. It even beats In-N-Out, which still blows my mind with how absurdly overhyped it is. Not as tech-forward as Habit, not as sloppy as In-N-Out. Habit comes in a distant second anyway. And shoutout to the pickles at Super--elite stuff. Every location has its own vibe, but this review is for this one specifically. I even dropped a solid tip, which I usually hesitate to do with these pre-pay setups where you tip before anyone even hands you a napkin. But these guys earned it. My first bite of the burger I was plesantly surprised. The burger was soooo juicy and tender. Almost reminded me of the burger from Dyer's on Beale in Tennessee. Only negative thing was that I wish it had little more flavor.. Of all the fixings on the burger it was missing little bit of that extra flavor. But burger was soo dang juicy and yummy I was still happy. Burger is messy as heck too.. . Cheesy jalepeno fries, tasted pretty good but I guess I was expecting the cheese to be melted. Super Duper Burgers is a Bay Area burger chain that provides solid burgers that is organic and delicious. For years, I have been frequenting the Novato location because it holds a special place in my heart. After moving from SoCal, I was searching for a place that felt unique to the Bay but still was comforting and reminded me of places I enjoyed at home. I remember the first trip to Super Duper Burgers was quite amazing since the ingredients were fresh and everything made to order, but the end result was satisfying and delicious. Over the years, it does seem like inflation has taken a toll on the size/price. But the quality of the food is still great and I still get full off their "Mini" Burger. The meat is still juicy with the right amount of char. I like to make sure I get "everything on it" so with the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion and add jalpanos and grilled onions. Definitely a fan of their special sauce which is creamy mayo based with a little bit of tangy sweetness. Sometimes I think I should be good and get their chicken sandwich instead, but always end up wishing I got the burger after :D At this location, they do have two self-service kiosks but there is also a worker who can help take your order. Compared to other burger joints, the order may take awhile, but honestly the wait is worth it! They also have organic ketchup and mustard as well as pickles! However, you may have to fight off a few birds. Service: When you walk in, you have the option to use the self kiosk or the Cashier. We chose the Cashier because we had questions! She was super nice, no pun intended and answered our questions! Food: The food is good. I had a chicken sandwich which was a chicken sandwich on a toasted ciabatta bun. It was great, although the bun was a bit too toasted. A little burnt and cut my mouth a bit, but I'll survive. They should just turn the toaster down a notch or two. I also ordered the garlic fries, which were delicious and tasted more like truffle fries... 10/10. My hubby had a super duper burger... code for a double patty burger. I live in another city, have been at your establishment only a couple of times and have always eaten onsite. Today I am traveling and decided to place an order to go. While I was waiting for my food I realized I would like a cup for water. Upon receiving my food I asked the gentleman if I could have a cup of water he mumbled something I did not understand clearly because of the ambiance. When he gave me the cup he proceeded to rudely say next time it'll be $0.25. I offered to pay, I had no knowledge that cups had to be paid for otherwise I would have paid. The gentleman was rude about it, made me feel he was judging that I did not have $0.25 to pay for water. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, I wish he would have taken my money because the way he said it made it seem like it was extremely ungraceful that I had not paid. read more

Wow place is fantastic. It is really impressive how quickly they can get through the orders. On busy days you expect it to take longer, but it never really does. The food is delicious and perfect every time we go. The Staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It can be a little noisy at times, but they did a great job at spreading people out so you aren't bumping into each other. They also have a great outdoor patio, which is a bit quieter. read more

I usually get the mini burger which is plenty. The patty is cooked well and the veggies are always fresh. I love their special sauce which they put in the burgers. Their chicken sandwich on ciabatta is also another great option. You can taste the quality in their food. I love their regular and garlic fries. I ordered via door dash and our food arrived in about 30 mins. Didn't have any issues with our orders and got everything we requested and paid for. We got 2 super burgers, garlic fries and regular fries. The fries did get a bit soggy but that was expected. I would order the garlic fries over the regular fries. They were very garlicky and flavorful. The super burgers each came with two patties, all were cooked perfectly, nice and juicy. Although the prices are slightly more expensive on DoorDash, I still think it was still pretty good deal for what we paid for. I went to Super Duper Burgers again, and I'm not sure why I gave the place a not good rating before. Maybe my burger appreciation has grown. The burger was delicious and a little bit drippy, the servers were friendly, the place is really clean and had a nice open layout. Oh, and the self serve pickles!! A bacon cheeseburger, order of fries, and vanilla milkshake came to about $25 which I guess is standard these days. We don't live close by anymore so we wouldn't go out of our way to go here, but it was a great burger and husband and I were pleased. Last week, my company order lunch for 10 of us, employees. One of the employees order the veggie burger and she got a beef patty, on top of that the meat was raw in the middle as well as two other beef burgers. I don't know you, but my burger has to be cooked through otherwise I won't eat it. So, I didn't eat it. Today, I bought a salad and was disappointed again. The pieces of cucumber and onion were so big that I had to put the onions on a side. I have to say that I love your place and hope that I just have been unlucky. I'll keep coming, I know you will be more careful in the future. Correction, on this review, Pedro answered my review fast and in a very polite manner. He explained that their burgers are usually cooked medium, which means they were perfectly cooked. My preference is well done and I will have to ask for it.
