    Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with noodles
    Mikayla P.

We ordered about 8 minutes before arriving through their website and ordering was super straightforward. When we got there during lunchtime, it wasn't busy at all and our food was ready! There is plenty of seating and we chose to eat outside. I loved how the chicken had char marks (I almost wished it was charred a little more, but that's a personal preference.) the rice was well cooked and had plenty and the veggies were also cooked really well. I appreciated the amount of teriyaki sauce they put on the chicken wasn't too much, but they also included sides of teriyaki in case we needed more. Overall it was a simple and solid lunch option and we had some leftovers after.

We decided to stop by for dinner on a weekend evening. It wasn't busy at all inside and we were able to quickly place our orders. The restaurant has some seating inside. The food came out relatively quickly. I do wish they offered some more eco friendly serving bowls for dine in orders. I opted for the chicken katsu and my partner got the spicy orange chicken with noodles. I wasn't the biggest fan of the spicy orange chicken. It just tasted like it was smothered in sriracha and was on the dry side. The noodles were good, although they could use a little more flavor. Thankfully, the tables have some sauces that you can add. The chicken katsu was perfectly crispy. I wasn't a big fan of their katsu sauce. It was more acidic than other katsu sauces i've tried. I instead used teriyaki sauce. Overall, the service was good, but the food could be better.

My daughter and I went to pick up lunch for myself and for my wife. The presentation was wonderful. The food looked fresh and it tasted just right. The young lady on the counter was very graceful and courteous, and greeted us when we came through the door and a big smile to go along with it. We made our order and we sat down and waited in the main room for it to be prepared. I had the Orange chicken teriyaki. It was delivered to the table by a nice young man who brought it quickly and smiled and repeated the order to verify that we were getting what we ordered. Confirming my order was a nice touch. The food was delicious and we were all and enjoying it, and I had mine with the noodles which I really loved. The presentation of the bowl was gorgeous.

After a long drive up from SoCal we were hungry! We needed an option for our 1.5 years old, and tired of fast food. We stopped here on the way to Santa Rosa. I got the spicy teriyaki chicken with brown rice and I got the regular teriyaki chicken sub noodles for my toddler. I spent my time feeding him and he's a picky eater. He ate noods and 3 pieces of chicken. And dipped everything in their extra teriyaki sauce container. The chicken was nicely grilled and seasoned well. It was really tasty. Made to order, so be prepare to wait like 10 minutes ish. My spicy chicken was tasty and actually spicy too. Not too spicy but just the right amount. I love the veggies. It was just steamed (no salt no butter) which is right up my alley when eating with Teri chicken. There were other protein options too like steak, tofu and salmon. The place was really smoky inside. The smoke smell was too strong and I waited for my food outside. The owners (separately husband and wife) came up to me and asked how my meal was and they seemed like they really cared. That was nice! If we're in the area driving up again, we'll stop by to grab some food here.

This new spot recently opened near my work, so I had to check it out. I ordered the salmon teriyaki with chow mein to go (chow mein is an extra $1), and it also came with a side of stir-fried vegetables. The salmon and chow mein were both really good. I do wish the chow mein had a few vegetables mixed in though -- it was just noodles. The teriyaki sauce was on the sweeter side, which isn't my personal preference since I usually go for more salty or savory flavors, but others might enjoy it. The veggie side was also delicious--nicely cooked and seasoned. The total came out to around $19 with tax, which felt a bit pricey for a lunch spot. Service was great, though! While it's not quite a "must-try" for me when it comes to teriyaki, it was still an overall solid experience.

This is a new spot of asian fusion restaurant located at Hamilton Marketplace. Dine in, outdoor seating, to-go & delivery available. Place is new, nice and clean. Excellent customer service from the two staff at the counter. Food is so hot, fresh, and delicious, amazed that it is still warm even after 4 hours. I highly recommend the steak with fried rice Will come back again.

First time coming here and the manager explained how to order. It was made fresh and very tasty. Very good customer service and the place was great to sit down and enjoy your meal. Will definitely be coming back !!!!

Teriyaki madness just opened up about a week ago I thought, as I was driving by today for lunch and decided to give it a try. You have choices of white rice, brown rice noodles, and a few other things different types of chicken and some sides. The food was warm and tasty and made fresh. The staff was. There was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely suggest you giving this place to try.

I had the opportunity to attend the preview today and try one of their bowls. They have a lot of different options of proteins to choose from. They offer: chicken, steak, tofu, salmon, and chicken katsu. For the base you can choose: white or brown rice, fried rice or noodles. I ordered the noodles with steak and veggies. I like that you can get their sauce on the side. The quantities are big enough for two meals. I also got some chicken potstickers which were delicious. The owners were onsite and excited to serve their community of Novato. I am planning to bring my family for dinner so they can also try it.

Lucked up on this gem walking by in search of a salad. The neighbor eatery's were closed so I decided to go in and try it out. The employees at the counter we extremely nice and inviting. I think they were amused by my excited of having a new local place to eat. I choose to order the salmon teriyaki bowl with fried rice, and vegetables. No complaints other than my rice could have been fried a little bit more. It was cooked fresh, with good flavor. And didn't come rushing out in 5 mins, which I appreciate. I truly wish I could remember the young man's name who took my order and handed my food when it was done. Great customer service, and handled care. After the experience, I just had this place was a breath of fresh air and I didn't have to spend $100 for it.

I am so glad that Teriyaki Madness opened in Novato! Me and my guy are sitting at the outside tables eating our delicious chicken breast teriyaki bowls. The people could not have been nicer at the counter. They knew I was new and were helping me with the reward system. One of the girls delivered my bowls outside where we were sitting. The chicken is real chicken, not processed. The vegetables are so crisp and you get your choice of brown rice, white rice, fried rice, or noodles. Everything was hot and super fresh. It's a very healthy restaurant! Next time I will be trying some of their appetizers. What a great place this is and I am so glad it is open in Novato!

    Burnt Chicken

I was really disappointed with my experience. The teriyaki chicken was clearly burnt, which completely ruined the flavor. I found myself picking at the chicken just to see if there was anything I could actually eat. it's frustrating because that's such a basic quality issue that should be caught before serving. Customers shouldn't be served food in that condition

This is easily the best Thai food in Petaluma! I had the Pad Krapow with ground pork and ordered it extra spicy. The menu states the spice levels are Thai spice levels, but I disagree. The extra spicy is about a medium level spice for a Thai person and most people can easily handle it! The Krapow was delicious - one of the best I've had in a long time! The pork was tender and juicy, and the sauce was perfectly balanced between sweet, savory, and herbaceous, though I would have personally preferred more basil, and of course more chopped red chilies! I didn't see it at the time, but you can also get a fried egg on top, which is absolutely essential for Krapow! I'll definitely try that next time! The service was also incredibly friendly! When the wait would have possibly gone longer than the 15-20 that she quoted, she made sure to let us know and why. We felt as if we personally mattered and were not just covers needing to be sat. She offered to get us drinks and gave us menus to peruse while we waited. The kitchen was going at full throttle. Togo orders were flying out the door and more were lining up.
