A great place to stop for a brake and enjoy a good American burger. It's usually very crowded during late weekend hours. It's the go-to hang out for local youth specially teens-so if you want to feel awkward and irrelevant and love sociology, anthropology and evolution this is your place on weekends. Everyone says they have the best burgers ever. I would have to disagree. Their burgers are good, but there just isn't enough meat on them. I got confronted by a male employee named Connor for accidentally using the wrong door. I saw other people going through it so I followed. He proceeded to come up to the register next to me and say how disrespectful it was to just walk in and for the lady working the register to not help me. I did not know considering there were 5 more people in front of me that walked in. He decided to pick me out and make sure I knew that I was in the wrong. I understand Restaurants can get hectic but never did I expect to be treated like that for a simple mistake. In n Out typically doesn't treat their customers this way for some reason I was targeted. Love in-n-out - though I think the burgers taste different in California.

The burger I ordered was quite pink on the inside, which was deterring. Growing up, I was always taught that ground beef should ALWAYS be cooked thoroughly, as not cooking it all the way can cause food poisoning and e-coli. I did end up getting pretty sick after eating half of the burger. Wish I would have seen how pink it was before I had eaten that much of it. Anyway, I don't plan to eat there again after that, since it's not the first time I've had a pink burger from this location. read more

In-N-Out runs a SOLID operation and always has. I love how efficient they are in delivering a tasty product to the masses. I always go with a quadruple double burger and sometimes do it protein style (no bun). I love the fries. I sometimes haven't enjoyed when they give me the super small crispy fries that look more like the size of long rice. If that doesn't happen I am a happy camper. Love this place! read more

I got a 3 by 3 animal style burger which was pretty good, but the animal style shoestring fries were terrible, nasty sauce, the cheese dried up very quickly and the fries themselves were insanely dry. I don't plan on getting fries here again, that's for sure. read more

This in-n-out is the best location I've been to, which is saying a lot as a California native. Been coming here very frequently since moving to UT a couple years back and have yet to be disappointed. The most reliable fast food place in town without a doubt. The buns here are always perfectly salted and toasted. BOYCOTT THE OREM LOCATION!! THEIR SERVICE JS TERRIBLE!! I love In-N-Outs food but I would highly recommend staying away from the Orem location. My reason for saying that is how rude the store manager, Rachel was. I have a registered support animal and she came out and rudely told me that I must remove him from the restaurant without listening to what I had to say. He is very well behaved and was just sleeping by my feet under the table. I went to get a refill and had him with me when I was approached by an associate who informed me that the manager requested that I remove him. I proceeded to tell the associate that he was a service animal at which point the manager rudely interrupted and very unkindly told me to leave the inside of the restaurant with my service animal. I am utterly shocked at how poorly the situation was handled and also how rude a manager from the company was. I always was under the impression that In-N-Out was a very customer service oriented company, that image was severely tarnished today. I will continue to visit other locations perhaps after I take a break, but I will boycott Orem until she is gone. read more

Pretty much no complaints. Their customer service is great, and their burgers are definitely near the top of my list. I even love their weird warm but somehow still frozen shakes! The one thing I will never order there is the fries. They're bad! They always taste stale which I know they're not because you watch them being made, and I always find myself just wanting fries from any other fast food joint. Yeah, In N Out's fries are probably a thousand times healthier, but they still taste bad which means I'm not getting them. I recommend getting a double double with grilled onions and no sauce. Ingredients are really fresh and he juice from the tomato and patty give it plenty of flavor. I have never had a negative experience here, it has always been positive and left a smile on my face. Customer service is marvelous. The employees are always smiling and friendly, and they truly do their best to get orders out promptly. It always seems to be busy, which is a good sign for business. My Dad always says, "You can tell how good a restaurant is by how full their parking lot and drive-thru is." You may have to wait a bit for your meal, but it's worth it.
