I came here two nights ago and forgot my wallet, yesterday I received a message from Jose Soto asking if I had lost my wallet, not realizing that I had lost it, I didn't replied to his text, frankly I was afraid, who was this person? Is he trying to hack my phone? I didn't even open the text, so today when I needed to pay for something, I turned my house upside down and no wallet, then I remembered that message but I didn't want to contact this "stranger" so I went online to see where I had last used my Visa card and I called In and Out's corp number, Gloria called my local store and yes Jose Soto the store Manager had it!!! I thank God for honest people all my stuff, including cash was all in there I've always loved In and Out for the freshness of the food! This is the only In-n-Out you have to go in(side) before you can go Out due to there being no drive through. In spite of this, this is still one of the best one's. Besides the great service, people, and food; missing the drive through adds a certain character and charm regular in-n-outs do not have. This is my local In-N-Out, been coming here since it opened. It's always been very clean and the employees are always friendly. However today I experienced "ABOVE" the normal customer service at any of the locations I've eaten at. As my Mom and I were eating (Alfred-employee) approached our table and asked us "how everything tasted?" We of course replied, "everything was great!" Alfred then asked us "if we'd like a refill on our ketchup?" We were basically empty on what we had, and said "sure that would be great", he was so kind and brought it to us. If the food wasn't so good, I would NEVER come here. The restaurant is ALWAYS packed, and the cashiers always seem stressed (its rare that the have more than just one cashier at any given time). The are not efficient at getting orders out. I understand everything is made fresh, but from paying the cashier to getting your food usually takes over 10 mins. The parking lot is small, and there is no drive thru. This use to be the worst in n out to go to.If i really wanted a nice cheeseburger from in n out i would have to drive all the way to the one off harbor in Fullerton to get a good in n out burger.I dont know if management has changed since i moved back to Fullerton or what .But i went twice in one week and i believe that someone from there headquarters is at the in n out monitoring how they are making the food because the quality of my burger was very tasteful and made well even my fries i was so surprised and happy at the same time.Only reason i cant give it 5 stars just yet because idk if the quality of the food will change in the next month or so due to my passed experiences here.I look forward to grabbing a burger and animals style fries from here again soon. read more

I love the food here but refuse to come to this location but install a drive-thru and I'll be there! (I deducted a star for this) I always order the combo #2: cheeseburger, no onions and extra lettuce. I request for my fries to be well-done. You could definitely taste the quality of the ingredients with just one bite. The meat isn't overwhelming and the lettuce is perfectly crisp. They have a "secret sauce" which isn't so secret if you have friends who have worked there. Even their pink lemonade is good! The workers definitely deserve their pay. They get the order correct 95% of the time which is 90% more than any other large fast food chain and they do it with a smile! read more

In-N-Out doesn't matter where you go have great hamburgers and great service even this one in Fullerton California off of Chapman their service is always a great to get your order on a timely matter, and the restaurant is clean. The only thing Chapman doesn't have is a drive-thru and the parking is a pain in the neck but after getting your burger it's worth. read more

This review is specifically for this location, which doesn't have ANY actual drive-through or any kind of parking or traffic supervision, so I almost got into an accident waiting for my turn to park in a full lot at 9 pm on a weeknight, while trying to decide whether to act as a witness for some other people who backed up into another car right in front of me. They were blocked into one parking space by another vehicle that was otherwise legally parked in what seemed like a regular parking space. I couldn't tell in the dark whether one of them was in a non-space... The whole scene made me very anxious and upset, and I didn't even say anything, but I'm still annoyed today, so here I'm warning you. read more

I had to park at the Mc Donalds once and walk across the street. Most days it's okay. It is quite close to CSUF and Fullerton Community so kinda figures. I come here all the time. Great food. Nice employees. EXCEPT this time the girl that took my order (Gabriela) was a bit rude, which is what sparked me to write this review. She would barely make eye contact while taking my order even though I was the only person in line. The best way to describe how she presented herself is that she acted like I wasn't worth her time or attention. I will, of course, continue to come here since its one of my favorite food places.
