My chicken tender looked weird The breading came off easily, and it stretched when I tried to take a bite out of it and I couldn't chew it well Gave us a good laugh, but never again

    Plain and simple (with ketchup).

So sparsely spread, that's one thing that characterizes the chain, think about it, how many Arby's are there in your area compared to McDonald's or other fast food options? This one lies across the street from the comic shop so it's a periodic treat, but I've never once set foot inside. Drive-thru all the way and never once have they failed me (sometimes I wish I had that Jedi power to choke a fool like Darth). Not yet at least. From way back the only thing I've ever ordered is the basic roast beef sandwich. I never liked the cheese or onion bun on that other sandwich, and recently it occurred to me that one Double is better than two standard because it's less carbs and more meat for only $1.50 (or, $4.19 up to $5.79). I never liked 'Horsey Sauce' and the BBQ sauce is so watery and anemic it's just sad. So what then? Ketchup to the rescue, and only Ketchup will do. Occasionally, but it's been years, I'll try the seasoned curly fries, but one long-time favorite is the fried mozzarella sticks with the marinara dipping sauce. Surprisingly, their sticks outshine some otherwise respectable local Italian restaurants. Naturally, those restaurants have superior marinara sauce but it is sufficient for the task. All-in-all, this location is clean outwardly, and the drive-thru is always fast and accurate.

Six dollars for fish sticks and while the receipt says tartar sauce I had to ask it and it was super spicy? Not right

And the winner for "biggest waste of money" from my budget this week goes to.....ARBY's!! I only wish I took a picture of the pathetic little fish pieces that come out to $2 EACH Please, don't waste your money on the "Hush waste puppy breaded fish sticks" !! Shockingly small. I walked to the table in disappointment when I should have turned around and said "I want my money back!" Just super lame. I'm not a fast food fan. The picture got me. Never again Bring back the $1 slam sandwiches Thanks for listening to my disappointment lol

The interior decor can be described in one word: Dude! There are a handful of tables inside and a bar where beer on tap is served. As a first-timer, the young woman at the register was friendly and helpful in helping me make decisions after being overwhelmed by their large menu. So many choices! I decided on the Acapulco Gold: BBQ chicken breast pieces, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and dressing. It usually comes with onions too, but I asked that ingredient be left out. She guided me to try it on garlic bread, which was a wise choice (thank you), and her finger measurements helped me decide on how big a sandwich I should get. I made it a combo, which came with a bag of chips and a fountain drink. The sandwich was messy but, as is often the case with messy food, it was incredibly delicious! All the flavors melded well together. Every ingredient tasted so fresh, especially the bread. This is THE place to come if you are craving a sandwich! Note: street parking or pay in a nearby lot

Our server, Savannah, was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions, offered excellent recommendations, and guided us through the menu as we ordered. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. 2. Menu - A The menu was easy to read and well organized. At first, the sandwich prices seemed a little high, but once we saw the size of the sandwiches, it was clear they were a great value. You definitely get your money's worth. 3. Italian Market - A While waiting for our food, we looked around the store and were impressed by the large selection of authentic Italian products. From canned tomatoes to a wide variety of imported pastas and other Italian specialties, there were plenty of quality items available at reasonable prices. If you enjoy cooking Italian food at home, this is a great place to shop. 4. Food - A+ We ordered the Italian Beef Sandwich with both hot and sweet peppers. The sandwich was outstanding, loaded with flavorful Italian beef, and the peppers were delicious. One warning--the hot peppers are very hot! Next time, we'll probably order it with all sweet peppers. We also ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich on focaccia bread, and it was amazing. The chicken was tender, the sauce had excellent flavor, and the focaccia was fresh and complemented the sandwich perfectly. Both sandwiches were generous in size and packed with flavor. Overall First Impression Tommy Salami's exceeded our expectations. Between the exceptional customer service, easy-to-read menu, authentic Italian market, and delicious food, it was an outstanding first experience. We'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Overall Grade: A+ Food for Thought: If you've never tried a cannoli, this is the place to do it. We decided to give the chocolate-covered cannoli a try, and they were absolutely delicious. They made the perfect ending to a fantastic meal!

Two in our party of 6 ordered this, one hot, one cold. Basil pesto, done right, is a fave of mine, and this one was very fresh and flavorful. Loved the roll, requested it be toasted and add a slather of mayo as well. The shredded chicken filling turned out juicy, not dry. The two of us were very impressed. The others had their own ideas. A Philly cheese steak, an Italian classic, a Beef and mushroom, a Chicken Parmesan. Minor grumbling over the two beef sandwiches, the Philly did not have enough cheese (I agreed), the Beef & Mushroom was a bit short on mushrooms. I tasted most of them and as for the Chicken Parm, I simply did not care for the marinara. Bottom line, I definitely will return for anything with pesto. Prices are very reasonable. We each chose the 8" size (medium). They were quite filling, with most of our party bringing one half home. The fries were amazing, a big hit as well. Both kinds, regular shoestring style and thicker beer battered with some skin, were seasoned nicely and deliciously fresh. If I had to choose, the beer batter style was the better. Carbonated drinks are serve-yourself, so yes, refills. There are a respectable number of tables and booths for seating inside, but none outside. After all these years, glad I tried them. We shall return!
