2/18/2022 My Order: Cheeseburger with grilled chopped onions, a drink and Animal Style Fries. A new location that opened in 2019. Not in love with this location's In N Out burgers and fries. They all come out semi-cold, barely warm like it was left out for a couple of minutes. I got it to-go but I ate it a few minutes after leaving the drive-thru. And I was super hungry too! So disappointing when you're eating just to fill your hungry stomach. Too bad this In N Out location was not very good. Btw, the drive-thru entrance was weird too. The sign is not clear and the entrance is not right next to it. You gotta go through some In N Out Maze and even then you're not quite at the window. Thankfully, there are In N Out workers who take your order from the side walk of the drive-thru before you reach the window, but still, your order doesn't come out piping hot nor does your order arrive on time. In-N-Out Burger: What on earth happened here? This place used to be my absolute go-to for a juicy, perfectly grilled burger. Now, eating here feels like playing Russian roulette with my taste buds. Sometimes you get a patty that is just right, and other times you get something that looks and tastes like it lost a battle with the grill. I am convinced management here is on a permanent vacation because the quality is wildly inconsistent. Are they training new staff every day or just spinning a wheel to decide if today's burgers are burnt or not? It is a mystery. And the wait times? Oh, do not get me started. It is like they are trying to set a new world record for the slowest fast food service. Other In-N-Out locations have lines that move quickly, but here, it is like they are competing in the "Longest Line" Olympics and always winning gold. I have seen snails move faster. Honestly, this place should be renamed to "Get Out," because that is exactly what I am doing next time I think about coming here. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location unless you enjoy the thrill of gambling with your meal and waiting forever. I am taking my burger cravings elsewhere. read more

Ambiance: NA, normally drive-thru Cleanliness: NA, normally drive-thru. I have gone in before to order for pick up and it seemed very clean Food: Delicious. Seems like in this economy, with inflation, everything has been going up. It is hard to find good food for less than $20 to feed a family of 3! Even if the prices have gone up a bit recently, it doesn't hurt your pocket going here! Drinks: Normally shakes and soda. They finally have cherry coke here! Cost: Hamburger $3.60. Double Double animal style, add chopped chili, cut in half $5.90. Fry, light well $2.30. Regular strawberry shake $3 Wait Times: Very quick, never had to wait that long! Food comes out piping hot! Parking: This is in the same plaza as Rodeo39, so there are a lot of parking spots. It does get very busy especially on the weekends. This was my first time going to the In-N-Out in Staton. I can't say enough good things. I saw a car in the drive-thru, but it was 10:18 am. I know In-N-Out opens at 10:30 am, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was already open. I appreciated the fact that they opened early, too because I've gone to other locations where I l got there a few minutes before 10:30 am. The window was closed until it was 10:30 am on the dot. I just needed to buy a gift card for my friend. The card was very festive and decked out for the holidays. I was in-n-out in a couple of minutes. read more

Came here before heading to my weekly work visit to pick up a double double to eat on the way. They open at 10;30am but I was there close to 10:00am and people were already lining up picking up food. Took a little longer than expected with only 3 other cars in front of me. Drive thru is pretty funky here. Especially when they dont have their person taking orders. The line does get long. Really long. But the burgers are worth it. Plain DD with grilled onions and ketchup only please. Located off Beach blvd in Stanton. I get in&out about once a year. I tried their Flying Dutchman (Pirates much?!) with added tomatoes. It is basically protein style with just meat and cheese. Next time, I want to add a whole grilled onion with it. My friend got their root beer float and said it was excellent! I didn't know this was on the secret menu. This location is well organized with a giant parking lot that makes the drive-thru line up less traumatic. Look. I love In-N-Out. I'm a stan. Everywhere except the one closest to SFO is always amazing. No exception here. Arrived at 11:30 and the entire parking lot was full for the entire mall area. I&O was actually not that busy yet! So that was good. Got my #46 back within minutes and my goodness, so tasty. So, so, so tasty. I had to eliminate "medium rare" from my special menu list but "medium well" was an option. I also did my fries well done for that crisp. Yada yada yada. Deliciousness etc. This east coaster always treasures the In-N-Out west coast experience and this particular location is No Exception to a smiling good time. (Great service! Getting into the drive thru here can be tricky but it's easy to spot once you pull into the plaza. There's only one main entrance to get into this plaza which is shared with Rodeo 39 and Raising Cane's. The wait here can sometimes get a little slow but you'll eventually get your food. However, the food is great. You can't ever go wrong with their burgers. They always give us extra spread and ketchup too. Our only other complaint is the inconsistency of their fries. Sometimes their regular fries taste undercooked and their well done fries taste like their regular fries. read more

The service here is great and security staff is always near by, but the quality of the burger is very inconstant. Somedays, you get a great tasting quality burger, on others it's terrible. The In-N-Out on Westminster is just like this one, but the one on Harbor off the 405 and the one in Huntington Beach on Beach Blvd is very consistent, so I'll be going to those locations instead, and recommend you do too. read more

First of all, kudos to the workers taking our orders in the hot sun. So I waited quite awhile in the drive thru, which is normal. When I got to the 2nd window, I paid for my food and got my receipt back along with my food. As I was driving away, I grabbed the burger to take a bite and realized there were no onions in there. I looked at the receipt number on the box and compared it to my receipt and they were different numbers. So I made a u-turn, parked my car, and I walked inside to tell them that they gave me the wrong order. As I was talking to the cashier, the girl that handed me my food originally comes straight up to me, grabs the food out of my hands, and yells out "this is it" to her coworkers, without even saying anything to me. I didn't even get an acknowledgement or a sorry immediately. Then I had to wait longer for them to make my food. I didn't get her name, but she was wearing glasses. I hope she sees this, so it does not happen to any other customer. I really hope they did not give that order to whoever's order that was, but it seemed like they might have-which would be extremely unsanitary. The order also said that the person had an onion allergy, so I really hope that person never got my order. Lastly, it takes 1 second to check the receipt and make sure that the order numbers match. This situation could have easily prevented with 1 check. I know it gets busy and chaotic, but it could have been easily prevented. This wasted my time, and put a person who had an allergy in potential danger. read more

First time visiting this location, driving through order. First, I ordered at the drive through line, the guy told me to pay at the window. Then at the window the guy asked if I paid? I was confused bc I always pay at the window after ordering. Then the guy asked to take my phone inside to pay with my Apple pay. Took him awhile then he brought out my phone then the food. Without giving me my drink but I'm still being charged. Then he just went on working on other things. I didn't realize I didn't get my drink at the moment, after I drove away I realized but I was too lazy to go back to get the drink and to deal with the hassle. Secondly, the burgers were dried, salty, barely any lettuce inside. The fries were soggy and salty. Drink? No drink to comment. Since I live near this in n out, I go once a week. They are honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes they give juicy burgers and soft fries(I order light fries) but sometimes they give fries that are NOT soft and hard to be honest. The customer service is fairly good, always very welcoming. The ambiance is alright as well, nothing special. read more

I was craving so much for the animal fries so I told to husband to get it indoor so we can sit and chill for a bit .
