The food was exactly what you'd expect--in the best way possible. Fresh, hot, and made to order. I went with a Double-Double, animal style fries and an onion wrapped Flying Dutchman and everything came out perfect. The burger was juicy, the ingredients tasted fresh, the fries were hot right out of the fryer and the onion wrapped beef patties were savory. Customer service really stood out at this location. The employees were friendly, polite, and stayed positive even during a busy rush. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. Food is consistently delish. Can never go wrong with In N Out. This spot is poppin! Best time to go (drive thru) is right after the lunch rush. Surprised it's not as busy. The service is good overall, there are some great staple workers. They'll be times where they miss the extra items requested but we're are all human. This is a staple location. The customer service at this bustling burger mill yesterday was outstanding. I walked into this In-N-Out resolved on buying a Neapolitan shake & hoping against hope that I would not have to wait eons for it. Most In-N-Outs buzz with customers now, & the ambience here was no exception. I got in line, & I noticed the line thinned out quickly due to the promptness & tactfulness of the cashier. Once I made the front of the line, I noticed the cashier smiling courteously at the preceding customers as they took their receipt. Then she directed her attention to me with the same most professional & highly polished demeanor. Her name-tag read: Serena. She is one of the few employees I've seen at In-N-Out who can maintain the upbeat persona required at In-N-Out without seeming fake or trying way too hard. Serena asked for my order with the same genteel smile on her face. I ordered a Neapolitan shake. Serena congenially chimed that she would have the shake ready quickly. A good cashier/staff at a fast food place will find a way to identify smaller orders and get them out expediently. Serena did just that. I waited less than a minute, & Serena went out of her way to hand me the shake directly rather than have me wait to hear it called out on the PA system. An employee who exhibits tact, intelligence, & a sound work ethic deserves promotion &/or recognition. In-N-Out might do well to consider how to recognize Serena's management potential. read more

Went to this location on a Thursday Night, drive thru was not so busy. The person taking my order was nice and the service here was pretty quick. Ordering and getting the food took 10 mins. I got the double double with fries which was about $10. The burger was really good and juicy, It tasted amazing with the whole grilled onions. The fries were good and even better when their special sauce, "spread". Great Price, Service was Quick, Very clean from the outside. The worst customer service I ever had. Idk who the lead/manager was but no one acknowledged that I was in line, ignored me for 15-20m until another group came in. Borderline thought I was being ignore because I'm Asian. I'm assuming Vanessa Go was the lead? She took my order. They all looked at me and went back to doing something else. It's not that hard to say, "hello we'll be right with you and that we're backed up". I would've understood, but no communication whatsoever from the entire establishment. Always a warm welcome into the drive-thru or in-person ordering counter at this Stanton burger joint, and the quality and freshness of the burgers and veggies are no exception when it comes to this location of this popular franchise. Due to adjacent neighborhood there may be some questionable characters lingering but doesn't hurt to buy them some food to help the drugs wear off. The lines can be long, but there is a long dedicated driveway and the adjacent parking lot is managed well to work well with nearby businesses. The ambiance is bright and service speed is prompt. My go-to is a mustard fry bun with a whole grilled onion and grilled chopped onions, and chopped chilies with spread on the side. Milkshakes are okay but fries are to avoid. I love IN-N-OUT the BEST burgers HANDS DOWN. I have been to this location a few times and other in n out locations as well. I went here with my boyfriend today and he got the double-double, grilled onions, and animal style fries along with a side of 7-up. I got a hamburger with fries but I didn't get a beverage and if I did I would get 7up. The burger was delicious, pack with flavor, and the buns are soft and smooth. The fries I tried one of them was soft and other was hard. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking but it can be difficult to find because rodeo 39 is crowded. This can be a good for lunch, dinner, or any occasion in general. I just ate what might be considered a normal 4.5 star burger for others but this "animal" was an easy 500 star cow for me. Dogs in restaurants are becoming very common place. There are so many obviously non service animals, especially small dogs, that restaurants are permitting in, including In-N-Out. Today I came for lunch. Next to my booth there were two ladies who were doing their own private baby photo shoot and taking up two tables. The baby was cute and everything seemed okay, until they laid their dog on the table. Honestly, that is so wrong and not okay to do. These ladies were very inconsiderate and oblivious. Just think of the customer who is going to use the table afterwards, which I did. They inquired if a dog had used the booth/table as obviously he/she left some "traces" behind. The employees had seen the ladies and the dog and did not say anything to them. I am surprised that the restaurant is okay with this. It is really not sanitary. Makes me to not want to eat inside the restaurant again. I will need to advise all my friends and family to beware and bring something to sanitize their table before eating at this Stanton In-N-Out. Ive been to A LOT of in -n-outs, my fiance is from Glendora. This location must have leadership issues. They cant get it together. The people taking your order almost certainly get it wrong. The people at the window seem to be lost. They have you wait up front when getting your order wrong so they can fool the clock, but meanwhile since there is no designated spot to wait, you stay double parked playing games with cars angry at you for blocking the parking lot.
