In fact, the best of all the excellent In-N-Outs that I've had the pleasure to visit in my life: clean, attractively landscaped, same great quality food, and a truly reasonable drive-thru wait!! No, I'm being serious -- just a few minutes in a short line at lunch time on a Friday. Sure beats its rival next door. How can you not be happy with the top burger/fries/shake deal in California? Just came in and already had attitude from the woman at the register named Natalie for absolutely no reason. My girlfriend and I came in very polite and then Natalie got our order wrong and gave us attitude for it. She corrected the order with a loud sigh. She gave me our receipt in an aggressive and passive way and didn't look or smile at us. Came back 1 minute later to ask for a water cup and the other woman at the register named Eileen aggressively gave me the cup, slapping the cup and again no smile or even a look at me. I'm surprised this In n Out doesn't have 5 starts. My family (includes 2 year old toddler) go here about once every two weeks and eat inside the restaurant. The service is always so great - someone will usually walk by at least once and ask if we need anything, they're so sweet to my toddler, and so food is always super great! Once, my toddler spilled about a quarter of a strawberry milkshake and I felt so bad! I quickly grabbed a bunch of napkins to immediately clean it and the staff came immediately insisted I just let them do it. They even asked if I wanted another one (even though it was my fault!). This has to be the one of the worst In N Out ever. Don't even think about making modifications, they can never follow simple directions. You want extra lettuce, nope one sad piece of wet cabbage. You want grilled whole onion, forget you, here's a raw onion. This has happened multiple times and I'm officially going back to the one on Magnolia where they actually make it how you order it. Their burgers are sometimes very dry with little sauce on there. This In N Out just doesn't slap like the others. I went today and felt the young woman taking my order wasn't patient and she seemed like she didn't want to be there at all. She didn't have her name tag showing at all but the other young woman at the pick up window didn't have her name tag showing at all either. It's really a hit or miss here. I always ask for extra light fries and every single time- I just get regular fries. Which isn't too bad but it'd be nice to receive what you ordered. I usually go to this in n out near my house just because it's closer but the experience going though the drive thru was not so good. By the time I got to the 2nd window with my bf, the workers rushed everything with giving us our food. I had looked inside the bag and it was not our order. Although I've already visited this In&N&Out many times already, I have not yet considered writing a review to try and help them get even more popular. Because my school had given out free in n out cards for burgers, I decided to buy their delicious strawberry milkshakes that satisfied my taste buds. The service in In N Out was amazing, their staff recommended me to get fries, but it was way too much food for me, so I paid and got my food within just a few minutes although there was a train of cars going through their drive through. This experience was very fun as we tried to save a table to eat on while we were waiting for our food because all of the tables had been taken. I recommend eating at any In N Outs, but this is the only place that I would go to for burgers read more

This new location is great! Are there still long lines? Absolutely, it's an in-n-out after all. But I will say, the staff handled the large volume very well and we got our order within 7 minutes. I recommend going inside because the drive through line is longer but there's tons of parking here unlike the GG location. Plus if you go in, you can grab as many banana peppers as you like...and I like A LOT!! Super friendly employees, large space indoors, outdoor patio tables, good parking, and there's a planet fitness in the plaza if you feel guilty after eating this delicious fast food!! read more

Yayyyy a new location in the area at a FINALLY remodeled and redesigned shopping center that's been DEAD for what feels like a decade. I'm so happy that this opened here instead of some other fast food place, it's a good investment / business decision for sure. This location (as other newer INO locations) are definitely designed and built with the drive-through lane in mind as there's plenty of parking with a great drive-through lane that wraps around the entirety of the parking lot. Hopefully this location eases up on the traffic at the Magnolia/Trask location too. I haven't had the opportunity to eat inside yet (because it's literally down the street from my apt) but it looks like it has a lot of room inside and out too. In-N-Out Burger is one of my favorite place for the Hamburger. The service and the quality of food didn't change over the many years. However, on last Sunday, I experienced the first bad service from this place. I hope this doesn't happen again. I came to order two hamburgers and a fry. There were 2-3 customers awaiting ahead of me. After I ordered my food then I sat down and waited. 5 minutes later, there was one customer taking out several hamburgers and milk shakes. I think the machine was broken and the manager and other employees were trying to fix it. The whole process took about 10-15 minutes, I felt sorry for that customer awaiting for the milk shakes... Anyway, the machine was fixed at last and he got his Milk shakes and gone happily.Then I realized how long is it going take to bring my two hamburgers and a fry? I noticed there was one bag placed on the counter. The other employees were looking / glance at that bag and NEVER CALLED OUT THE ORDER NUMBER. After awaiting for 20 minutes, I came up to the counter and asked "how long do I need to wait for the order #49?" Then a young female employee looked at the bag finally, then give that bag to me. " I was sitting there for a while, why didn't you call out the order number?" She didn't say anything, but just kept showing me the order number ( receipt) and asked me " do you need a ketchup?" Well, she needs a bunch of ketchup for herself for update in order to continue providing the great service here at the In-N-Out Burger. read more
