I've been to this location a few times. The flavor and quality of the food are always consistent. They also have stellar customer service. In under ten minutes, my order was ready. My usual order consists of a cheeseburger with extra lettuce, whole raw onion, and chopped chilies. If I am feeling hungrier than usual, I add fries. I love getting my fries well done. I like the slight crunch they have. This location is also very clean and spacious. They also have sanitizer near the entrance, which is perfect. I'm looking forward to the next visit! read more

I LOVE I&O but compare to other locations... sadly whoever was cooking or prepping my hamburger led me down... The patty was much smaller compare to other locations I eat and extra lettuce I ordered was not extra inside the buns at all... it was very small... I think I eat I&O a lot like weekly at least 2 times a week but I don't think I'll be returning to this location... Trying out different locations throughout the years gave me the sense of what a standard I&O hamburger looks like but sadly and again this location didn't meet the par and I must ask why. Excellent burger and fries, excellent service and always busy whenever you are. We live in Fontana and were at Temecula Hospital and decided to eat here. We wanted to eat inside and there was a long line, there were about 15-20 firemen ahead. As we got in line, one of the firemen said we can go ahead of the line in-front of them all and they all acknowledged! Oh what a beautiful feeling! Respect and salute to them all! We've driven through here multiple times and they've always fulfilled our order 100%. We remarked how accurate & reliable they were. Unfortunately, not today! Our grandson wanted a burger with fries and a strawberry milkshake so grandpa made the trip to the drive-thru. We also wanted burgers with fries. It wasn't busy so the order was taken right away. The gal there handed my hubby a big bag, thanked him, and said "Here's your burgers and fries." He gets home and they totally forgot the fries! So disappointed! We know it's not pricey at all but it's the principle of the matter. You pay for something you expect to receive it. Called the 1-800 number and spoke with a very nice and courteous representative, who apologized. I explained to her what had happened and read the info off of the receipt. She took down my information and will be sending us gift cards as compensation and will notify this location of what had transpired. One star off for the missing fries. Wow! I was surprised to find out about a clean In-N-Out location. The servers were so polite and full of energy, even if it was close to midnight. By far, this is my favorite branch. Oh, how that "double double animal style" with fries hits the spot when I get a craving for a fast food burger. No one does it fresher or better than In-N-Out! Granted, that double line winding around this store is more common than I'd like, but it really is a testament for how darn good the food is! I find it usually easier and faster to run inside and order. We always take our food home to eat, but this location is very clean/spacious, staff is friendly and service is fast! For the uninitiated, ordering "Animal Style" off their not-so-secret menu (the way to go imo) means sweet caramelized chopped onions instead of a raw slice, extra pickles, patties fried with mustard directly on the griddle and extra yummy spread. If you're limiting carbs, order "protein style" to get the burger wrapped in leaf lettuce instead of a bun. Fun fact: with their commitment to fresh ingredients, In-N-Out has a policy of never opening up a location that's not within a day's drive of one of their own meat processing plants...bad news for east coasters but great news for those of us lucky enough to live on the west coast!! read more

This is one of the only In-N-Out's I've gone to where they are SET UP to specifically handle take out orders. Perfect for a swift Covid-19 pickup! They have a large area capable of handling a number of cars lining up for the drive-thru as it does snake around on black-top (without blocking traffic anywhere else) at least 3 times. On my visit, there were 2-3 mobile workers prepared to put in your order electronically ahead of time, so that by the time you make it to the window to pay, it's ready for you. I guess they were prepared to organize this location for take out as it is near the highway and in Temecula, a corridor along the I-15 frequented by travelers. The Double Double ordered here Animal Style was also perfection. They even crisp the bun on the inside so that it just begins to brown. They were even conscientious enough to ask if you would be eating in your car so that they know to package the burger in an open card board box versus having it packed away in a paper bag. Anyone who's from Cali or has lived here for some time will let you know, In-N-Out is kind of a big deal around here. After eating in n out for my entire life, I've got to say perhaps it's become more of a loyalty brand like Apple vs Samsung. In this case it would be In-N-Out vs Whataburger and you know what, they're both good in their own way. It just comes down to taste preference. Now, something a lot of people that try In-N-Out for the first time that are like, "ok I don't see what the big deal is", is probably due to the fact that no one bothers to tell anyone else about the "secret" menu that every local knows about... I find this to be a whole new level of snobbery that is kind of childish but I digress. New people, find the so called secret menu on line try it all and see what sticks. You may find you do in fact like In-N-Out better. As for myself, I like the double double ketchup mustard instead of spread w/grilled onions, chopped chilis, animal style fries and a coke. All in all, these burgers are above ok and fall somewhere in the pretty good range. Service is as good as it gets depending on how long the line is. So do your research, know what you want and be prepared to wait forever at this location, just depends on the time of day.
