I don't know what seasoning they use, but it's addicting lol That seasoning with the nacho cheese dip is such a killer combination! It's so good! The nacho fries with cheese is one of my favorite things at Taco Bell. I also like the potato soft tacos. I get them without the white crema like sauce. They are perfect for me that way. I order the cheesy bean and rice burrito the same way- no crema/ sour cream/ white sauce. Just beans, rice and nacho cheese. It's great!! I had to try the enchirito and it wasn't good. I did not like that. Tasted like tortilla with Taco Bell hot sauce. That's not an enchilada people lol That was actually gross. Cinnabon delights you can't go wrong with. They are yummy! Cashier offered us samples and was very friendly. Ample parking available and inside of restaurant has changed since the last time I was here. Almost an open concept feel. Average noise and lots of menu options available for beverages. I ordered the Mexican chocolate churro chiller, which was delicious. But tasted nothing like a Mexican chocolate. So we did a mobile order for the first time at this location, they seem to have updated their screens and ordering system in the drive thru. Wait time was probably about 10ish minutes behind a few cars. Not sure if their AI ordering system hinders the flow of traffic or not. We received three sealed bags, which I understand they do for mobile orders, but don't you make the food when we get there and check in? So basically like anyone else rolling through the drive thru. Basically we were missing a 5 piece nuggets from our order, you gave us only 2 when we ordered 3 deluxe meals so boo and we don't even live near that location either. I would give 5 stars if the food and Dr Pepper didn't taste expired and horrible the staff is really nice and the drive through girl was very friendly and I love her positive attitude but oh man when I got home and tried my Dr Pepper it tasted absolutely foul like straight syrup and dirty. Horrible service and extremely intrusive. At about 3pm Sunday, June 30th, 2024, I ordered the box meal and paid with my card. A few minutes later, one of the employees placed the box on the counter and shouted to the entire restaurant a butchered version of my LAST NAME, to come get my order. Bad memories from school. I winced and walked up to the counter and asked why she was using my last name. She said she just reads what's on the screen. Either this enployee neede glasses/doesnt know her letters or the pparently, the cashier is manually typing customers' last names into the order que. WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS? We have order numbers on our receipts. Who wants a kid shouting a butchered form of their last name in a restaurant? I asked to speak to the manager. A young woman approached the counter with a blank, wide-eyed stare. I asked why they're using my last name for the order. She said, "We just use the name you give us." I said that I didn't give anyone my name, and that was a mispronunciation of my last name. Then she said, "We only use names if you pay from the kiosk." (There is no kiosk in the restaurant) I said again I paid with my card at the register, and she said AGAIN that she just uses the name given when we order. I asked her to look at the order que and read me back the name that was used. She looked at it and told me the butchered form of my last name again. I told her AGAIN that I didn't tell anyone my last name and it doesn't make sense that it is wrong on the screen if it came from my card, where it is correct. I said I don't understand why you're telling me it's my fault. She just looked blankly at me. I told her, "At this point, it's just a suggestion: People don't like their last names mispronounced loudly in restaurants. We have order numbers on our reciepts. Why can't you just use those? Why are you using our last names?" She responded, "That's just how we do it." I said nothing and took my meal away. I don't understand how a young MANAGER can fail to empathize with hearing your last name shouted incorrectly at you. I am very disappointed that Taco Bell operates this way now, I know fast food work sucks, but I was polite and feel publicly humiliated, both by the process and the complete lack of concern from the manager. Good news is, nobody in the restaurant is even going to remember. The worst part was reliving taunts from school and seeing the thousand-yard-stare on the faces of employees with their entire lives ahead of them. read more

Weekday night staff are terrible, don't seem to care about quality control. The highest of my expectations are to at least get the items in the meal that were ordered. Which those expectations were never met on-top of various food quality related issues. June 30th Free $5 Chalupa Cravings Box Promotion~ I was looking forward all week to trying the Chalupa Cravings Box, but when Taco Tuesday June 30th, around dinner timr came, the Taco Bell website was down and the Taco Bell app kept crashing and I couldn't get through which I was going to use to access the Chalupa Cravings Box Promo to place my order. Luckily, I got through the Winchester Taco Bell's customer phone line and when I explained the problem they were eager to help. I spoke with Brianna and she had me give my order over the phone and leave my name with her with instructions to head on over to their drive thru at the location. After visiting other various Taco Bell's within a 30 mile radius, at all of the other restaurants, the Doritos taco shells were extremely stale except the one in Temecula on Ynez and Winchester! Their food is always super fresh and the Doritos nacho cheese shells are always nice and crispy and fresh. I highly recommend this location after visiting various other Taco Bell's from here to Hemet, which were super disappointing because the shells were ALL stale! Great job Temecula!! read more

My friend and I had been driving for a bit coming from a late night trip and we just wanted 2 drinks. We get to this Taco Bell and get in the drive through at 12:30am Saturday (before closing at 1am so the times said) and we do not make it up to the place to order till around 1:15am just for them to tell us they are closed and only taking delivery orders.
