Sadly it kills me to write this review.. they got our to go order wrong... 99 percent of the time I would brush it off but the circumstances I can not. My wife took a big bite of here burger and the next think I know she is choking and spit a huge chunk of it out on the floor... we did NOT order hot peppers on nor there were any markings on the wrapper saying peppers. Kind of pissed about this because my wife was the unlucky one to grab the burger... it could be one of my kids that ate it. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at an In-N-Out location. Not sure why it's so difficult to install a changing table so guests can change their child. Love this place the only thing i ask it please pay attention when someone asks for no cheese I shouldn't have to say I'm allergic if i asked for no cheese but i guess that's what i have to do because its 10/10 times i have to park and ask for a redo because they put cheese on it and I can't eat it and no i'm not lactose being allergic and lactose intolerant are two different things if you are lactose intolerant you can still consume dairy just get an upset stomach, allergic to milk means the body cannot break down the proteins in milk causing rashes swelling, blistering and throat closing. So please pay attention I only have to deal with this every time i eat out, believe me it sucks i go to any restaurant and order no cheese or no ranch or dairy products 8/10 they give me what i asked them not to bring and while everyone else is eating i gotta wait for my redo. I got social anxiety which is why i'm making this, in n out and habit are the only two fast food places i'll eat if this happened anywhere else I'd just stop going. I wrote this 3 weeks ago and today 2/16/25 the same issue the guy didn't even listen to our order and put whatever he felt was right and they forgot a burger guess whose burger...? Mine! I am so blown away by this location. My friend and I just left the drive through and i had to leave a review. We came in at 12AM and there were only 4 employees but they were all so efficient in getting orders out. Our cashier was Julianne and she was such a sweetheart and so understanding of our large order. She seriously needs to be promoted to a manager position, she genuinely had one of the best attitudes I've seen working fast food and it was astounding considering it's midnight. In-N-Out has probably the best hamburgers in California. They are never frozen and made fresh to order. You can order them as a hamburger or cheese burger. They are famous for their "double double" which is 2 hamburgers and 2 pieces of cheese but you can order however many as you like. If you want 6 hamburgers with fried and fresh onions, that is no problem. For those who don't want bread they have a protein burger which is wrapped in lettuce. You can also get your fries double cooked if you want as their fries are cut fresh also. Some people say they have a limited menu but when everything is fresh and cooked properly that is all you need. Whenever we are looking for a burger this is where we go. read more

However, 10 months ago I came here in the evening ordered a vanilla milkshake, and it came so watery and a pipe when I opened it it was so watery the liquid fell on my pants. I made a comment about that eight months ago and guess what or nine months ago and now they still haven't fixed her milkshake horrible customer service because it is repeated again. I asked the girl at the window. Why is it so and she say some thing like about converting her milkshake at night? Is that an excuse? I do not recommend this place if you're going in for the whole treatment of burgers, fries and milkshake it does not work instead of new milkshake. I got a runny runny, super runny milkshake, and that is the truth. My first comment no one ever addressed it nobody from the store management or franchisee or whatever so I do not recommend this place because they never fix the problem and if you want burgers with me and milkshake and fries, don't buy the combo it will not work for you because you won't be satisfied. It's hard to get a bad In-N-Out burger, but what makes them stand it for me is when the meat is hot with melty cheese with the lettuce and tomato noticeably cold. This tells me it was made really fresh. Boom. Nailed it here! Service is friendly and they keep the dive thru moving. It's super convenient to the freeway and main Hwy 79. Always busy always perfect. Last night we had our first issue with an order. A pick up to bring home to the kids. They forgot to pack the fries. Got close to home no fries. Daughter was bumming.
