Kind of a disappointing 1st experience at my local Taco Bell. They forgot all my sauces & my hubby's chicken strips looked (& apparently tasted) pretty awful. What I ordered: 1. Veggie Chalupa. This was pretty good except they didn't give me the taco sauce!! I had to use the Del Taco sauce packets I had stashed at home. 2. Veggie bowl with added pinto beans. Again, not bad, except they forgot my Avocado Ranch sauce!!! I paid $9.69 for this! (Again, had to use my home Del Taco sauce stash). I'd be willing to give this place a 2nd chance, but I guess I have to INSPECT the bag & check ALL THE SAUCES before I drive away. geez. read more

For the location of this Taco Bell, it is convenient for me since it's near. There's no customers dining here for the times I have been here. For ground beef taco, this is not the best choice. They got some enticing combo but the taste is one note (tacos or burritos). The chicken quesadilla is ok. They have gotten expensive like any place now. Close to one star and here's why. How good does an educated person expect Taco Bell to be? Well for a quick meal I do have a reasonable expectation. So I went there for a snack and decided to use the drive thought. A female answered the speaker and said she'd be right with me. A waited and a male asked me what I wanted. I placed an order and he began asking me questions in such a heavy accent I had no idea what he was saying. This was not bias on my part. He clearly spoke awful English. He tried asking me something about a combo and I repeated, "Just give me what I ordered." I reached the payment window and was told I had ordered a certain combo. I said that wasn't what I ordered. None of the order was what I ordered. The cashier said she'd take rest off the order and I paid the bill, took my order and parked. Wrong drink overflowed with ice (I had said "light ice"), tacos in broken shells and not the nachos I ordered, no hot sauce, overall bad experience. No one goes to Taco Bell for a gourmet experience, but ideally fast food should not take as long as a sit-down meal. This place is consistently slow and getting slower by the visit. I always order ahead in the app and the food is *never* ready when it says it will be. Today's visit added an extra 20 minutes onto the promised time. The order had 3 food items. Three. There seems to always be one person assembling food, and one person working the drive-thru (who knows what happens if you want to order at the register?). They are wildly understaffed. Today I watched the drive-thru worker do some sweeping while she waited for orders to be ready (while there were 3-4 of us waiting inside, and a line at the drive-thru). Unfortunately this location is very convenient but I do resent how they operate. I don't blame the staff, they're overworked. One time (more than a year ago) I got the wrong order completely. And another time, I had swapped in chicken (and paid extra for it) but got beef. These are minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things, but just be forewarned that this place is slow. This Taco Bell has extremely slow service... it always has, but yesterday was something else. I ordered a few items, nothing crazy, and it said it would be ready at 2:08 pm (it was 2:07 when I saw that). About 20 minutes later, my order STILL wasn't ready. There were only two workers, one dealing with drive-thru people, and the other one was working on orders. There were only 4 other people waiting for orders along with me, one of them being an Amazon delivery person who was on a tight schedule. I felt bad for her, because all she wanted was some food on her break, but instead she was left watching this worker move at the speed of a disabled sloth while constructing her order. When I FINALLY got my food, I heard the worker tell the Amazon woman she had a lot of orders to make, which I think is BS considering there were only 4 of us. We just got a box of tack party pack. There werent any hot sauce I. The box. So we went back and the server said he asked us through the speaker and when we didn't answer he said he didn't give us any. First we were told the total and not asked if we wanted any hot sauce. Usually there are some in the box so when I looked inside the box there were not 1 hot sauce. Jeez. Do I have to write up somwthi g like this. Very disappointed with this Taco Bell. When having a craving it is very convenient to stop through the drive thru but this is at least the 3rd time I feel let down. Small portions, slow service...even the nacho cheese cups are 1/3 full (2nd time for me!), what a waste of money. Bean burrito? Like a small drip of beans in a tortilla. I've never been to Taco Bell for the quality, so I wouldn't deduct for that for a place known for its cheap food and quick! It's not that .. staff is nice, order was done right (this is one of the better Taco Bell's in the South Bay) but damn the prices now! $63 for Taco Bell today, for four people and two ate "healthy". The bowls are a $1 less than Chipotle, and half the size. Why would I choose to come here then? It's not the quality, now nor the price. I had not eaten at TB for years but I saw a couple of people drinking these blue drinks so I had to try one. Can't remember the name of it, but it's the only blue drink they have. Also had a chalupa which I used to get all the time. Disappointed that the chalupa now has very little ground beef; it was mostly lettuce and tomato. [Review #781] 2023-068 Food Order: CHIPOTLE RANCH GRILLED CHICKEN BURRITO (chicken, chipotle sauce, avocado ranch sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fiesta strips, tortilla), 2 SPICY POTATO SOFT TACOS (potatoes, chipotle sauce, cheese, lettuce) I found a Taco Bell gift card that I won from a family Christmas white elephant game that I forgot about, & happened to be out running errands near a Taco Bell. It was past lunch rush so the restaurant was quiet inside with a couple of cars in queue at the drive-thru. The restaurant was moderate in size & bright because of the large window panes. The dining room appears to be neat & orderly, so I assume the tables & chairs are clean too. I wasn't sure how much was on the gift card, & just ordered a couple of tacos & a burrito. I was in & out in a couple of minutes, & back at the office in the same amount of time. My bag felt a bit lightweight for 3 items, though everything was still warm. I grabbed several packets of their hottest hot sauce: diablo. I tried a bite of the spicy potato soft, not even tickling any heat, & unloaded a diablo packet. Much better! The potatoes were not as crisp as I would like, but it had a mashed potato-like interior; not really filling, so you need at least 2. Then I moved onto the burrito. With so many ingredients (7 including 2 sauces), it was rather skimpy as you can see in the pic. I'm not expecting a Chipotle burrito, but at least fill most of the tortilla (even Del Taco's burritos are filled that they carry some heft). The heat level was the same as the taco so I dropped in 2 more packets to finish the rest of the burrito, then polished off the 2nd taco. It was just enough to tide me over work day. Menu has a little bit of everything with a "cravings value" menu at reasonable prices; they've partnered with Cinnabon to offer Delights (donuts) & Twists (chicharron-looking twists sprinkled with cinnamon sugar). Their drinks menu includes a selection of freezes (similar to an Icee) in a variety of flavors: wild cherry electric strawberry, blue raspberry electric strawberry, blue raspberry, wild cherry, Mountain Dew Baja Blast. It looks refreshing, but neon coloring is a turn-off for me (artificial coloring). Service was fast & efficient; it would be nice if the cashier smiled. I don't often do Yelp reviews on chain restaurants but I felt the need to write about this Taco Bell as was really impressed with the customer service here. My mom and I stopped by for breakfast one day and the manager friendly, courteous and helpful. I was having trouble with the Taco Bell app for the rewards but it was no issue at all because the manager helped me out. I even was given a coupon for a future visit. We got the $5 Taco Bell Breakfast box and it was pretty good too! I was also surprised with how they packed that burrito with sausage and eggs. It was actually quite impressive for a fast food burrito. I also thought their Cinnabon Delights Premium Roast Coffee was really good! It's nice to see good customer service and good food especially at a fast food place. Fast, friendly service is a plus! read more

Best Taco Bell location. We have a location less than 5 minutes away from our house. And to get to this location, we pass by at least 2 locations. Food is consistently the same and not made sloppy. Service is great. If they happen to make a mistake, they have no problem correcting their mistake. If you're waiting nearby the counter for your food, they'll let you know the status. So far this location has been pretty clean, well stocked and has friendly employees. read more

You get to choose a specialty item (chalupa supreme, cheesy gordita crunch, crunchwrap supreme), a classic item (crunchy taco, beefy 5 layer burrito, bean burrito, spicy potato soft taco, or a soft taco), a side item (nachos, cinnamon twists, cheesy Fiesta potatoes), and a fountain drink. So I normally get the chalupa, the beefy 5 layer burrito, cheesy Fiesta potatoes, and Baja blast drink! Once you order, you can just go through the drive-thru to pick up. They're usually pretty fast, but if there's a long line then you might be waiting for a while. I've never eaten inside, so i can't speak to the interior vibes.
