I was craving one of Sno-White Drive In's shakes today. I ordered the Black Cherry Shake and it was so sweet and refreshing! I also had their Grilled Chicken Sandwich and large fries. These are the old school crinkle fries that I love! The Chicken Sandwich had lots of good flavors and it was moist and not dried out. I'm really happy I stopped by. This was my first and definitely my last time coming to Snow White Drive-Thru. I waited over eight minutes in the drive-thru before anyone even came out. When someone finally did, there was no greeting at all -- no "hello" or "how are you." The first thing she said was, "What do you want?" which was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting, I noticed another customer standing there waiting for their order too, and it didn't even look like a big one. Meanwhile, I was just there for a simple sundae. When they finally took my card, they held onto it for a couple of minutes before giving it back, which made me even more uncomfortable. Then, after waiting another ten minutes, I got my so-called "chocolate" sundae with three random sticks shoved inside (one shown in the photo). It didn't even taste like chocolate -- it was disgusting. I still had to pay for it, which was honestly ridiculous after that kind of service. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a first-time visit. I won't be returning, and I highly recommend others not to waste their time or money here. Food is exactly what you expect. Tried the burger and the fish sandwich. Generous portions. They messed up my shake flavor and realized it when they were giving it to me, and immediately remade it. I got the pina colada shake which basically tasted like vanilla but was still good (could use more coconut and pineapple flavor). Service is fast and folks working here are young but very friendly. Wife had me.go in and order to bring out to the car, but I asked her to come in as the dining area was clean cool and comfortable. Ordered burger combos and fountain drinks. Don't bother coming. Staff are awkward when ordering and then it can have NO ONE in line or inside and they still won't get your order correct. My husband and I passed by for a bacon cheese burger 1.50 up charge for cheese and then 3$ up charge for bacon and on top the sign says a meal is 12$ even with my up charges I paid 21$ for my meal so signs aren't updated. On pricing. Tried to call but no answer so we definitely won't be coming back I'd rather go and wait at Backwood burgers and have to actually get down. read more

We first tried Snow White as they reopened, I didn't leave a yelp then because I realized it was their first week opening. while the food was good. Some of our order was messed up, but I just chalked it up too them being overwhelmed. I decided yesterday I would give snow white a try again. I came through the drive-through, I was not ready to order yet. The gentleman that open the window was incredibly rude! I was trying to ask him a question ; he slammed the drive-through window shut in the middle of me asking the question, at this point I decided I was not going to give them a second chance, as it was probably just as horrible as the first go around. If customer service is this bad usually everything is bad. I've chalked it up too. They are just not a good place extremely overpriced With bad customer service. Very disappointing first time experience. This is by far the WORST service I have gotten from anywhere in awhile. This is VERY unacceptable. After waiting in line for more than ten minutes for one car to get a very small bag to go in the drive through, my order was messed up. A women came outside before the car ahead of me left & walked up & said "do you know at you want" not a hello, how's it going, nothing. The first women at the window took my payment, wasn't the nicest. Then another older women came to the window and said "Im working on it right now". I said "well how long it's literally to ice creams" she proceed to say she was having difficulties with the hot fudge being to "cold & stiff." I told her I wanted a refund and she had said she already made one was just having trouble with the second one. I said fine give me my money back for one & i'll take the one you made. She refunded me for one then gave me the other one she had made. Mind you I also waited about 8-10 minutes AGAIN just for ONE ice cream sundae. I payed total of $18 ish and some change for both then got a refund of $9 for one.. The women hands me the one ice cream sundae and I leave, get home & I realize there's a huge chunk of something in the ice cream, it's a huge huge chunk of fudge. Who serves to a customer that, she could've said I can't get the fudge to break up & come apart at all, but instead she puts. brick of fudge in the ice cream sundae. This is absolute ridiculous. There's a Sno-White in Seacliff CA (Santa Cruz County) that I have been going to since I was a kid in the 80s but the quality has gone down over the years...but I still go for the nostalgia... I'll keep this short because it's more of an update. As of August, 2025 burgers here are fine, inside staff are friendly. The dining room tables are clean but don't look down. The floors got the dirty mop treatment and the bathrooms, no key, are dirty. I think the owner needs to get a cleaning service because two-three kids can't do it all. Nope. We've been a few times since they have reopened, I'm definitely more impressed today than I have been in the past. JC and Mia are working the counters and they're both very polite and helpful with our orders. There is a gentleman here working but I didn't get his name but get was very attentive to the tables and cleaning after people left! Now to the food, I had a BLT which was a little heavy for me but everything you'd want in a BLT, packed with bacon, perfectly crisp bacon and just the right amount of lettuce! The KO burger was delicious according to my spouse, and the mushrooms and jalapeno poppers were a 10/10! We will be back soon!!!! I finally dined at Sno white Drive In, located in Oakdale Ca. I ordered a Chicago dog, fries, and a small drink. I give the fries a 10+ I wont lie they were really good. perfectly cooked and flavorful. The drink was incredibly over priced for a small. However the Chicago dog gets a 5 because It dose not live up to its name. The relish is just normal hot dog relish bought at the supermarket. not to mention, It was an ungodly amount. It had no pickle spear, no sports peppers, and It's supposed to be topped with celery salt which It wasn't. (A real Chicago style dog comes standard with a Natural casing Vienna beef hot dog, served on a poppy bun, mustard, onion, Neon green relish, pickle spear, sports peppers, and celery salt.) When I was finished eating I was absolutely disgusted by the trash can that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. read more

Food tastes good. Service is one star. Used the drive thru, thinking that would be quicker. I know it's not a McDonald's but I was thinking it would take 5-10 minutes. I showed up as the second person in line, waited 8 minutes and then it was my turn. I ordered, was asked to pull forward to wait and then sat. I sat for 28 minutes to get my order. No one behind me got food in that time but I also could see through the inside and it was not busy inside either. 36 minutes is a pretty insane waiting time in my opinion. Food is good but maybe order door dash so you don't have to wait around all day. read more
