Went through drive thru for my 30 minute lunch last week. The person ahead of me took like 10 min to order. I was the only other person in line. Another car pulled up right when the person ahead of me finished. The girl who took takes orders gave me a dirty look, turned around, and skipped me. I was next in line and she took the car who just pulled up. This was my first and last time at this in and out. Ruined my appetite. I usually go to Mc Donald's down the street who has way better customer service. You guys just lost 50$ a week. I would have came here frequently. read more

This has to be the worst, ewe the hamburger was so gross and the fries were not very hot. Even the diet coke was flat. This In-N-Out is right off of the highway so convenient to stop by for a lunch. This is a smaller location with drive through and walk-up (no inside seating so eat-in car or sit on few concrete outdoor tables). There was no wait in placing our walk-up order (though the drive-thru line was almost reaching the street). It is consistent, and I really like the crisp, iceberg lettuce that they always use...regardless of time of year. We had a double/double animal style: juicy with plenty of dressing to make it a messy but enjoyable experience. Of course, one must get fries with your burger so we did, and they were given to us hot and crisp and salty....pretty delicious in the beginning, then tasting like cardboard once it gets cold. read more

Had my first incorrect order after eating at In N Out in 50 years, ordered a Triple Triple Animal Style with Chilies, delivered it and saw it was not what was ordered, very close however now what was ordered ( ai also tipped both points of contact, Ralph that took the order and Joshua that delivered the food and took my money". Saw the incorrect order and called the number on the receipt thinking it's for the store and realized it's for the corporate office. I spoke with Andrea and she said she would make it right, I went back and explained what happens and they supplied a new burger as ordered at no charge. This is the best In N Out Burger, no questions asked. The burger is constantly cooked to perfection!! An issue I often have with other In N Outs is the fact that they burn the edges of their buns. This location crisps the edges amazingly to make the perfect burger. It is noticeably saltier as well which makes it great too!! Not once have I ever had an issue with them getting my order wrong. As the title states, you should be in and out with your order. They do just that. I have not had to wait more than ten minutes for the drive through. While the location is small, it cannot be more obvious that every staff member uses every space to their advantage. Every staff member was on it, making sure everyone was on task and all orders were organized and out in a timely manner. In N Out... classic American no frills fast/fat food joint lol. Food is delicious and customer service is amazing! I've been coming to this location for years. I grew up around here, and this location is convenient, right at the Westminster exit on the 405 going North. I came here today to get a cheeseburger after coming back from my travels in Japan. For the first time, there was no worker outside taking orders... maybe b/c of the rain? Very odd... And when I drove up to the drive thru window, a girl told me an order of 2 double doubles, etc. Sounds pretty good to me... I probably would have just paid for it and ate it since I was hungry but that would have been rude. So I just placed my order there- a CHEESEBURGER WITH GRILLED ONIONS. The best! Rude and racist. She took one look at us and in the middle of asking "How was your day?" she stopped and looked us up and down. She grabbed the card from my hand and proceeded to use the card to flick off any dirty food from the counter. What's even worse is we even said "Oh that's not clean" and she proceeded to look us up and down. Then she threw in ketchup into the bag with both hands with force like she was angry at something. So glad this In N Out is doing well during the COVID-19 crisis. Drove thru the drive thru which both lanes at least had 5 cars in each lane. I was glad to see the guy taking the orders outside had a mask on to protect himself and others around. I ordered the #1 combo - double double with grilled onions, fries well done with no salt and a rootbeer with no ice. The double double was awesome with their spread, fries well done were nice & crispy on the outside and soft inside and my rootbeer was cold without the ice. Can never go wrong with In N Out. I've been craving in n out so bad, and luckily, this one was on the way back from taking my dog to the vet! My truck wouldn't fit in the drive thru but we parked and ordered to eat in the car. It hit the spot! I ended up getting an animal style grilled cheese, animal style fries, and a pup patty for my husky! Everything tasted so good. Their fries can be hit or miss for me, but at this location, they were done well and I devoured them. So much cheese, sauce, and grilled onions, and it all balanced well with the fries. They weren't too greasy, but they were super tasty. My husky devoured his pup patty in a few seconds. He loved it! A perfect treat for him after going to the vet, I will probably do the same thing after his next vet visit. This location also had a shorter line than I am used to, compared to the Buena Park location. It worked out well to not have to wait as long. The food was still very fresh tasting and loaded with ingredients per the usual in n out standards. read more

This review is of the chain itself - less so this specific location... I've lived in California since 2004. I would always see these ridiculous lines at in-n-out and wonder what the hype was. I have, in my past enjoyed a quick fast food burger and fry, but never enough to sit in line for my entire lunch break. The smell coming from the building, which many find irresistible, reminds me of a garbage can with festering food inside. It isn't an appetizing aroma in my opinion. The times I have visited an in-n-out I get the popular double double with cheese and grilled onions. It's a simple enough burger and doesn't taste terrible but it does not usually hit the spot... I am often left asking myself - "Why did I do that?" or "Why did I do that again?" - in the zeitgeist of good/appetizing burgers, it is very low in the ranking. Let's not get started on the fries. Even freshly cooked are dry, wrinkly and taste like deep fried card board. While the burger is passable enough, in the handful of times I've hit an in-n-out spot anywhere the fries are exactly the same and often end up in the trash. I don't get the allure and don't know why I even waste my time/money. Never again! Lesson learned. read more

Remember to check your food before you leave, I normally always check but today I was in a rush and left the drive-thru window before I could look inside my bag. The one day I forget to look becomes the second time they actually forget something I paid for. They even confirmed my order before I paid, but they forgot to include my fries in the bag :( I would've liked to trust this place more and say its always consistent but today they couldn't even do the bare minimum of actually giving me what I ordered. If this was a first time thing, or if this was a McDonald's I would've not cared so much. This is the second time I went home missing an item and I hate having my money wasted.
