I recently came during their dinner rush and the drive thru was at a standstill, so I decided to park my car in a neighboring lot (line of cars were blocking the entrance). I was first in line walking up to the counter. It still took 25 minutes for me to get my food, but I'm not kidding when I say the drive thru would have been a 45 minute wait at the very least. They seemed understaffed. I appreciated that they had a restroom to use while I waited and it required a code to get in. I was very impressed with how clean it was. I thought I went early enough in the afternoon that I could've gone quickly enough through the relatively short line of cars- boy was I wrong! It turned into half an hour of waiting for 4 cars in front of me. (And two cars behind me in the other lane of bldg got their food before me.) What bothers me about young workers sometimes is their attitude that we are doing them a favor by visiting their place of work. They don't listen and ask the same questions their colleague had just asked. (Asked 3xs about ketchup) Girls were jabbering away to each other about vacations. Whole family is obsessed with Inn N Out. This is our favorite location even with the new one in stanton. For some reason our whole family likes the way our food comes out at this location. Considering being a long time customer I've only had a few bad experiences, but nothing too drastic. For example: It's hard eating at the patios due to the car exhausts. Minimal parking is usually troublesome. Two nights ago there was only one customer ahead of us and suddenly the walk up line got pretty busy. This is the closest In n Out to my house and, like the others, just as good at making me a yummy cheeseburger. The cheeseburger is still ~ $2.50 and the rest of the food is it as cheap. Service is pretty nice and they're quick at making even the most complicated order. It's great that they open late but during the late night hours this area gets pretty sketchy and it's kinda unavoidable since they have only outside seating ~ 4 small tables. In-n- Out, it's a California icon. This location is an old school drive up style. There is no inside seating. And only 3 tables outside. So you will be taking your food to go. Parking is extremely limited and it's hard to pull on when the drive through line extends into the street. Park down the street by Motel 6 and walk. read more
