Not sure about this current generation of food eaters we have but I tried this burger place because of so many co workers raving! So Ordered a plain Burger with cheese and their "special sauce" and fries with cheese. NO MAYO OFFERED IN THIS PLACE! that's just un AMERICAN It took almost 20 min to get a plain Burger and I watched as they put slices of cheese over their fries and melted it in a microwave! Wow. Bread had no taste, Meat had no taste so what is the draw of this place? Rally's and Checkers Burger at least have a grilled taste! Service was ok, polite and quick, but the wait well just wasn't worth it. I ended up asking for it too go because I thought it would hurry my order along! Did you know they open at 10:30? As I was driving by craving a burger I noticed cars in the drive through at 10:30! They don't serve breakfast for I pulled in and went inside. Happy to find they were open and ready to make me my favorite double double protein burger! That is a double meat with a lettuce wrap. The interior was spotless. Covid protocols in place. Excellent customer service. Make sure you ask for what you need salt, pepper, ketchup. No self serve anymore. The fries were not very good this morning, but burger was great! read more

As a vegetarian, I do not frequent fast food restaurants. But in n outs grilled cheese gives me the perfect opportunity to indulge in fast food. This is my go-to stop from Phoenix to San diego. I love In N Out, and this one is just as delicious as every other one I have been to! I wish it wasn't ALWAYS so busy, but it is jam packed 24/7. Which is a testament to how good In N Out is, but still. The drive thru line takes forever (at least the food is always fresh though) so I usually go inside to get my food because it seems to be faster that way. I'll definitely keep eating here! It's so so good. If you aren't familiar with the secret menu, give the animal style burger and fries a try next time you go and I doubt you'll be disappointed. YUM! read more

There is always a long line at In N Out Burger, but it moves really fast. I had this once in California and surprised to find out that there's one in Yuma, Arizona. The special sauce is what made the burger so delicious. The service is excellent as they noticed I've been waiting for a bit and asked for my number to speed up the process. I really loved stopping in here and having a fresh burger and fries. I also love that as I was paying they gave me a tray for my lap. The wait seemed a little bit long but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind. When I got my food from the window I was pleased to see the open box that could sit in my lap so I can eat without having to search through the bag. This In-N-Out is located along the strip of (crowded) fast food chains that every person doing doing the AZ to CA roadtrip stops at. Honestly though, it feels just like any other In-N-out IMO... Yes, it's crowded (but so are most In-N-Outs), but they move fast. Burgers and fries taste good (and again, just like any other In-N-Out). I really have no complaints about this location. read more

I have never visited a In-N-Out and I decided to go through the drive-thru today. Employees were very courteous, every time they handed me my bags they would constantly ask if I needed ketchup. The employees made sure I was completely happy with my order. The fries were very fresh but had very light salt on them (I know now to ask for more lol). I ordered two burgers and they were very flavorful. Also,the burgers had a great amount of toppings. I would recommend this place to anyone before they choose the common fast food restaurants such as Mcdonalds. Burger king, and Carl's Jr. If you are just going to order from your car, at least allow yourself to take the extra drive here. You will appreciate it. read more

We love stopping at this In-N-Out because Yuma is just about halfway between San Diego and the northern parts of metro Phoenix. On our first couple trips we had trouble finding this In-N-Out and got lost driving around the Yuma Palms Regional Center parking lot. We now know to avoid the mall's main entrance altogether and stay on 16th Street until we hit the restaurant itself. Part of the appeal of In-N-Out is the consistency between locations. The Double Double at the In-N-Out in Yuma tastes exactly the same as at our locations at home in San Diego. Great place to stop, good food and nice people. And my kids love the stickers. read more

This place doesn't have a baby changing table in either bathroom. As a parent on a road trip, this was very disappointing. When I paid for my food, I had a $100 bill I received from Christmas. The cashier held the bill up and announced it to the whole staff who then cheered for the big bill. This has to be one of my favorite places to eat if I want a fast, cheap and delicious meal. So as always here is the low-down. Location: It is located in the yuma palms(the mall) and is easy to spot once you take the 16th street exit from highway 8. It is located just a 1/4 miles to the east from the exit. :) Drive thru or Dine in? I usually like to dine in as I enjoy watching them cook and prepare my food with almost Borg like efficiency. But if you choose to do the Drive thru be careful because it is a very sharp turn to get into the drive thru lane. What to get? You have to try the double-double animal style(if you like grilled onions). This is your traditional two patties w/ two pieces of cheese. On top of that is pickles, grilled onions and extra spread. Yum!!! (man I need to get one now...) Also their shakes are extremely thick and yummy as I think they use 105% milk fat. :-P It isn't healthy but they serve it in a small cup. Try it with multiply flavors. The wife and I like strawberry and chocolate mixed. Service: Perfect! I have order 100's of double doubles in my life time and I can only remember them messing up my order once(when they first opened the store here in yuma)!!!! The people there seem to enjoy their job and it shows. Must be the fact they are paid 9+ dollars an hour!!! Oh and they are open late, 1:30am. :-D To be short and sweet. In-Out was the hamburger I looked forward to eating when going to California. I like many others were excited, that Yuma, AZ finally would have an IN_+-OUT. But over time it has continued to go down hill. This week I had the worst burger I've ever had. The patty was very thin and burnt around the edges., which made the rest dry.
