Change of plans on a rainy day so i stopped in. Sitting area was small however the server immediately greeted and cleaned a table for me. A couple other families were enjoying their meals. I ordered the short rib ramen spicy and chicken gyoza Parmesan dumplings. The dumplings in the dipping sauce were really good although I liked the Parmesan I found my self just wanting the dumplings. Now the short rib ramen came next. It looked just as amazing as the pictures. It was pretty good but honestly it kinda fell flat. It was mid, I wouldn't order it again as it was just o.k.. The place is stuck in a strip mall around a bunch of restaurants. Dark seating a little unorganized. The staff was great I never got a water refill but they were very helpful. Foo I got the shrimp dumpling appetizer so good wow!! Flavor explosion. And I got the chicken ramen. A little light on broth flavor but it was so good otherwise. We walked in and were able to be seated right away at 6pm on a Friday night, which was nice. Our server was very friendly and talked through the menu options with us as first timers. We tried the pan friend chicken gyoza, spicy chicken ramen and beef rice bowl. Everything we had was delicious and full of flavor. The spicy chicken wasn't too spicy. While in town for a cruise me and my family wanted lunch and stopped by IN Ramen for an afternoon lunch and its very nice out so went inside to eat and it wasn't to busy. I ordered the katzu chicken rice bowls and my beautiful wife ordered the beef short rib ramen which she said was delicious and my chicken rice bowl was awesome as well and I can't forget the pork belly bao buns which was fantastic! Little ramen spot in the Dania point shopping complex. Very easy to find with ample parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating like many of the venues in the area. Aside the fact that my daughter found a piece of cardboard in her Ramen, everything else was fantastic. Management quickly turned that small hiccup by apologizing and offering another complimentary item in return. We have been to this location numerous times and have never had a problem prior to that incident. Also, I think it's time for an upgrade; menus were dirty and falling apart. I am not a germaphobic but I dislike touching a dirty and greasy menu. We love their ramen and other items such as the cheesy chicken gyoza, seaweed salad, and crepe cakes. We stopped by In Ramen because it was near the hotel we were staying at in Dania Pointe. We ordered it to go to enjoy back at our hotel. This area is cute and quaint plus easy to walk around within. They portioned the broth and add ins separately, so we were able to mix everything upon our return. The broth was rich and flavorful and piping hot even after the walk in the cool winter air. The portions were large and the flavors hit the spot. In Ramen's website and menu promise a hip ramen eatery. But except for the attractive mural, we felt the vibe of In Ramen was that of a takeout place. Entering from the back entrance, we passed a lot of clutter including stacked trays of small plastic cups of condiments. While waiting for our order, we saw on display tall stacks of takeout containers piled high next to bamboo steamers. The tables, chairs and stools were beat up and we felt that everything could have been cleaner. We enjoyed our order of Chashu Don/Pork Belly Rice Bowl ($21) - steaming hot rice with a sprinkle of a sesame seed spice blend topped with rough cut cucumber pieces (no dressing), small serving of seaweed salad, half cold boiled egg (barely had any color or soy flavor for a ramen egg), and a small scoop of chopped avocado (no dressing). The dish was crowned with large thick slices (3) of seared pork belly (not too fatty) with a tasty sweet soy glaze - the pork belly would have been better if served hot. read more

This restaurant was Ramen with a twist! Being from the DC area, we saw several items on the menu that we have never tried before, including the beef short rib, Ramen and Parmesan, crusted dumplings! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The ambience was chill. Saw other people on dates and some families too. Lots of tables and plenty of drinks to choose from. They even have a bar! The food was overall pretty good! We started off with bao buns which I thought were OK because of the sweetness of the barbecue, but my boyfriend really enjoyed them! The Parmesan crusted dumplings were a little bit on the salty side of the cheese, but the dumplings were pretty good. The beef Ramen and the meat fell off the bone 4/5. It comes with cilantro, so if you're sensitive to it, ask for them to have it removed. The chicken dumpling Ramen, my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed. I'm in the mood for Ramen and I'm in the area. I'm a sucker for RAMEN lol! It's flavorful, doesn't leave you feeling uncomfortably full, comes in so many amazing variations and is fairly hard to screw up! So when I realized that "In ramen" was hiding in plain sight at Dania pointe it was a no brainer to give them a try one night while in the area for a movie! We dined within their last hour of closing so it was not super busy which was a plus for us. We found a table and were greeted right away. We ordered two alcoholic drinks, My Husband had the Sake and tried the mojito. Both were decent , not necessarily Top shelf quality blends but good. The staff was friendly. Both of the Ramen dishes were delicious. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the server forgot to put in my appetizer order for bao buns and by the time he realized it the kitchen was closed. On a nice row of restaurants in Dania Pointe Lays In Ramen! They have an entrance in the front and in the back but u always recommend going through the front as it's less sketchy. The restaurant itself it tiny with not a ton of seating inside, tons outside! The servers are great and very attentive. We ordered the Katsu Don and Pork Belly Don along with a Thai Tea with boba. The wait was not long and the two servers we had were great! I admit it's very pricey and your portions aren't a lot for what you pay but the flavor makes up for it! TLDR: has potential, but wouldn't say it competes on any level with Kubo or Ichimora. Given those places aren't far, I wouldn't come back here. The ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. It's very quick service, uncomfortable seats/seating, the service is fine (not exactly personable, transactional). The back of house guy is clanking trays and bowls around and throwing away scraps right in front of your table...just rough ambiance. Definitely not good for a romantic date. The food arrived to our table lukewarm, which was a real bummer. The sauces they have out just seem dirty, very unappealing to see the spices sticking to the spoon like someone had dipped it into their broth before you. Plastic bowl, makes it feel cheap and inauthentic. They do give you a lot of pork, which is a plus. The pork is charred, decent flavor. The Tonkatsu broth was decent, but not near the quality of Ichimora... This place has good flavors if you're in the area and have a craving. I wouldn't rank it with the elite ramen spots in the area and I wouldn't go out of my way for it. read more
