This should have been the first and last warning sign. As of today I'll never return again. I go in to have a SIMPLE change over of one tire onto another rim. Total time for this process maybe 15min. I was QUOTED at the start $55 (which I thought was already too expensive but figured whatever let's just get it done. HERE COMES THE ROBBERY. Tire comes off. The woman who runs the place MAGICALLY decides to say oh well bec we're dismounting the tire from one rim then putting it onto another rim that we also have to remove a tire from (she literally watched the tire roll into her shop out of my trunk so not sure what "logic" her brain was using to use this as rationalization to increase the price AFTER THE FACT, but I digress) and removing the TPS monitoring system (this is literally one screw that takes 30 seconds to remove from one rim to the next, which she/they ALSO KNEW would need to be changed from one rim to the next but CONVENIENTLY WAITED, until all tires were off) she then says ah well it's another $15 for that and the extra dismount from one tire to the next (which you obviously already knew when you quoted the first price which was already overpriced.) For reference - I called other shops AFTER THE FACT, price for the job??? $25!!!!!! I should have done first but I trusted this place (when I shouldn't have because they already over charged me the last time on a set of 4 new tires but I guess fool me once shame on you fool my twice shame on me.) The gentlemen that work there are wonderful, professional, friendly. She's lucky to have them tbh as staff she's a RUDE, unprofessional and frankly poor businesswoman. You just lost $100s-$1000s of future business because your short sighted greed got the best of you. Which is sad for you. I own 4 cars. I've lived in South Florida my entire life on Hillsboro Beach.
