They tried making the process as easy as possible and there is no haggle back and forth at all. It's great to know that the price online is the real price. We're so happy with our vehicle. It is in perfect condition, even smells like new, and the price was unbeatable. It just felt really good to go in there and not have to deal with all the car dealership haggling and back and forth! I encourage anyone in the market to buy a car to check here first because their selection, service and prices are hard to beat.

If you don't like anything in the lot you can order from a nationwide database with the security that every vehicle was taken care of. They will bring it to you. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

We arrived and the car was already running thinking they were ready for us to test drive. I opened the drivers door and the power running board didn't work. Sales said it was"frozen" whatever that meant. No offer to fix it before purchase. Following the test drive I shut off the car and the salesman came out to move it and it would not start. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

We worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit our family's needs and price range. It was so past my scope of what I dared to hope for in a car buying experience; Shawn genuinely cared about what our family needed and offered us a loaner for as long as necessary, and kept us updated on vehicles that came in that could fit our needs. We ended up with an economical vehicle in our family, and the next time we need one we know where we are going. I never imagined a car buying experience could be so easy... especially while recovering from an accident. We are sticking with the "little guys" - what a HUGE difference and amazing experience

Update- in getting ready to get my plates, noticed that things were off. Watch out for the finance guys, with the exception of Matt. We were sold an additional warranty package after it was explained that Chevy know has a limited warranty blah blah blah. We were also sold gap insurance, me being an agent I stated I could add that to my policy. Finance guy then went onto confirm coverage and how insurance pays on their gap. Hmm guys he isn't licensed to confirm coverage, nonono!! Then to find out my taxes were figured at 5 2 instead of 5.5. After reaching out and Matt helping me, we were able to cancel the extended warranty and gap, and dealership issued a check for the missing amount of my taxes, have yet to receive this. Things didn't sit well so reach out to Andy Wednesday, explained things just didn't sit well. He was supposed to contact me before the end of the day, hmm nope and today is Friday. I did call on Thursday 2x's and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Not ok

Beware of "Payment Packing" at Gregg Young Chevrolet (and how I saved $6,000)…read more Sharing a recent experience at Gregg Young Chevrolet that almost cost me over $6,000. I'm posting this so you can protect yourselves. When I purchased a 2026 Silverado, the finance office "snuck" a third-party warranty (EG Assurance/Ethos) into my contract for $5,420. They never mentioned the price or told me an Official Chevrolet factory warranty existed for $3,000 less. They simply manipulated the numbers to hit the monthly payment I asked for, a deceptive tactic called "Payment Packing." The Lesson: Always review your itemized contract! I found the $5,420 charge and confronted the Sales Manager. Because I went back within 24 hours, they were forced to redo my contract. My monthly payment dropped from $503 down to $401. That's $102 a month I would have been paying for a marked-up third-party product. Important Advice for your next purchase: Demand Manufacturer Warranties: Do not just accept a "Premium" plan. Ask for the Official Chevrolet Protection Plan (or Ford/GMC). Dealers push 3rd-party brands because they make more profit, but the factory plan is better and cheaper. Buy the Warranty "On the Side": You don't have to finance the warranty into your car loan! I am now purchasing an official manufacturer warranty separately from a high-volume dealer. Not only is it nearly $3,000 cheaper, but it also provides 2 EXTRA years of coverage and 30,000 MORE miles than the third-party plan the dealer snuck in. By paying for it separately (or rolling it into a low-rate refinance), I'm also avoiding 5 years of interest on a marked-up price. Know the Law: In Nebraska, you have a 30-day "free-look" period to cancel service contracts for a 100% refund. If a dealer sneaks one in, go back and demand it be removed. Don't let them work the numbers to "fit your payment" while hiding the true cost. Stay sharp!

Think Twice Before Buying Here…read more I trusted New Horizons Auto Center based on their image. That was a mistake. After my experience and research, it's clear this dealership is building its reputation on unsafe, defective vehicles and zero accountability. I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma here during the weekend. Right after buying it, I noticed something felt wrong. Two days later, I took the truck to an official Toyota inspection, and they told me the vehicle was extremely unsafe to drive -- for me, my family, and for others on the road. The repair costs were estimated to be higher than the entire value of the truck due to serious structural issues that had clearly been hidden. When I returned to the dealership seeking a solution -- whether a partial refund, a fair exchange, or any support -- their only answer was: "Find a lawyer." No help. No responsibility. No concern for my safety or that of others. The Real Problems You Should Know: They hide information about major vehicle problems. They sell cars without proper inspections or regard for safety. They protect themselves under an "As-Is No Warranty" agreement. They have no post-sale support -- once you sign, you're alone. Multiple reviews mention Vehicle Quality Concerns, Lack of Transparency, and even Questionable Review Practices. I've bought cars before at other dealerships, and the difference is huge -- other places actually help you when something serious comes up. New Horizons Auto Center doesn't. If you value your money, your time, and your family's safety, avoid this place. It is thousands of times safer to buy from a private seller than from a dealership that refuses to stand behind what they sell. A dealership's real reputation is not built by five-star fake reviews but by how they handle real problems. Here, they fail. If management cares about their name, they should start by protecting their customers, not abandoning them. Please read the negative reviews carefully -- they all tell the same real story.
