Absolutely in love with this place only because of their customer service. First off, I came in looking for a full miracle on my feet and they accommodated me as if I had an appointment. Jason was my technician and when I mean he took his time, even tho I was a walk-in, he took his time. From this experience, I came back the following day asking for my nails to be done. Still no appointment and what happened? They hooked me up. Pricing is moderate. Basically you can expect to pay $45 and up for a full set with gel and possibly around $60 for a full set and gel BUT EVERYTHING LASSSTSS! Still holding onto my pedicure and it was done about two weeks prior to me writing this review! Will always come back here! --- I love them for honoring the time they open! Literally at 9am you can expect for someone to be there and get you started. They are patient, gentle and just overall a great place to spend your money and get things done correctly. My nail was hurting in my index, lifting with the acrylic and I was so timid but Hannah took her time, made it less painful and worked around it instead of paying just the $10 I let her keep the whole $20. I've been looking for a nail place to call my home for awhile. I've been to 5 nail salons around the area and unfortunately we weren't a match. It was either service, the quality of their work or their product chipping after 2-3 days. Mind you, I do gel. A friend of mine recommended iNails (Kevin and Diane). This place needs a zero star if I can give. When you walking in and walk out, they never say Hi and never say by and thank you. The owner wife is sooo rude, that as soon as you go in, she start talking behind of you and other people. And the job that she does is disaster. She even don't know how to do a regular pedicure. I used to come here to get my pedi every month. After todays experience and how I was treated I will not be coming back here. I got talked into getting a deluxe pedicure as always and got gel color. Halfway through my pedicure I started feeling pain on the bottom of my left foot... I ignored it. The lady took her time with my feet and gave me a good massage. Hours later after I had showered I was checking out my feet and noticed cuts in both my feet. I called to let them know and the man at the front asked me to come in. Upon arrival I was asked to sit and wait for the lady who did my toes to finish up another client so she can check me out. I explained to her both my feet were cut up and I was in pain. She then called another woman and they kept going back in for in their own language. They blamed me for the cuts on my feet and had put cuticle oil all over before calling the man in front to come take a look... he said they could only offer me 20% off my pedicure... CRAZY! Said it's not fair they spent 45 mins on me and I have gel color so I said it's not fair I paid for a service and ended up getting cut up. I stood my ground and asked for refund and to take the color off. THEY GET SO MAD AND RUDE WHEN YOU TELL THEM THEY MESSED UP! Horrible customer service. After the last removed my gel color all angry she threw my purse and tip at me stating "I DON'T NEED IT". Also salon is filthy with nail clippings and dust and they do not sanitize tools read more

That's not the only problem with this nail salon they also don't know how to follow the CDC guidelines and wear a mask as well as not knowing what 6' distances is. I'm very glad that I decided to leave when they told me I had to wait an additional 20 minutes they save me from getting sick. DON'T USE THE SALON. I have been trying not to do a review on this place for over a year mainly because Sandy the nail tech knows how to get the shape of my nails just right but other than that they're expensive they always change their prices and the place is COMPLETELY UNWELCOMING they actually get upset if THEY do a bad job and I LIGHTLY ASK FOR IT TO BE FIXED but they charge you for every little thing this kind of polish this lENGTH this that I SENT my husband HERE getting something HE NEEDED THEY GAVE HIM SOMETHING he didn't need . He came home with the same callous on his toe no softer or anything, but they convinced him to wrap his feet in plastic for I don't know what?? His feet are soft anyway except for the callous on his big toe that I softened at home myself with a $1 Emory board when I was in here the people in here not very friendly nobody greets you . even Sandy who I think is great if I walk in here and she's not doing my nails even she will act like she does not know who I am ..... this is so unsettling but I will say she does a great job they have different people that do the pedicure there's one young lady if she has to do your pedicure she's really upset even though that's part of her job . She did a good job I requested her and she was really bothered. Kevin did my nails and it was my first time here. I saw a lot of good reviews on him but he was not very engaging and seemed to rush. The entire time i was telling myself i was going to tip him because I wanted this place to be my new nail spot but the more i saw him rush through the service the more i kept telling myself "this isn't tip worthy service" He had a few other people come in who knew him and greeted them nicely, so maybe he was trying to get to them, I don't know but it just didn't leave me feeling welcomed. Most of them are nice but you don't always get the service needed and the older lady I believe Kelvin's wife is always rude. She did my nails before and I had to take them off literally the next day. I thought she was just having a bad day. The other week I was there and apparently everyone had appointments and she was the only person who could do my nails. This is my go-to spot for a pedi. They do a really good job and are very friendly, the staff has never given off that vibe where it feels like they are talking crap about you. I hate places like that. Every so often I like to treat myself to their deluxe pedicure which includes a callus treatment, mud mask, sugar scrub and paraffin wax dip, all very relaxing on your feet! Really friendly salon. Sandy did my SNS and she was really knowledgeable. I told her how my last place made my nails really thin and she paid extra attention to not filing my natural nail too much. This salon also always takes the time to soak off your previous SNS as opposed to other places file them off putting your nails under more damage. They're open for outdoor services during covid. I used to come here regularly a couple years ago and then started going somewhere closer to home. I returned to iNails after visiting my usual place in Glendale and seeing how they were not taking covid safety seriously at all. Needless to say I'm glad I returned! They've always done such a good job on my nails and I felt totally safe here. Everything is sanitized, everyone wears masks including clients, plexiglass partitions between clients and technicians, etc. they regularly update their color collections too to keep up with whatever is trending at the moment. If you try and just chance it by showing up, you may have to wait for a super long time! 2. Dont do gel anymore - do SNS (dipping powder) which is better for your nails but just as strong!
