The screens, windows, floors, table tops are all filthy. Dust from other peoples filings, nail pieces from cut off nails all over the place. Kevin starts to work on my nails with unsterilized tools thats when I got the up the nerve to tell him your place is dirty, your tools are dirty and I can't get my nails done here out of fear of infection. Made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady doing my manicure was rushed the whole time sped out the second she was done doing my manicure, went to run errands washed my hands 1 time and my nails started to peel. Called to explain that my nails were peeling and they told me they didn't have time to fix my nails I asked for a refund they said they couldn't issue a refund but could fix them another day as if I were on their time. Update: it's been ONE WEEK since I got my gels from here (the complaint before was how shredded my cuticles were...and still are. Trying to heal) now the frustration comes from the fact that this manicure looks a good month old! The out growth (that isn't really out growth...just looks like it at a glance), but it looks horrible. Now the polish is peeling back already! I've had fells a few times before and they've never peeled this quickly! I usually get a good 3-4weeks! I've had this set for one week today! Update #2: I am not terribly rough on my hands and last Night my gel nails oh Fishel he started to peel off. That's one week and one day after I received them. Totally don't understand. And extremely bummed that I wasted $50 for a week of lackluster nails. read more

So 23 days later, my nails are still looking good (of course grown out) but this time they lasted 3 weeks without even breaking or chipping off! I HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE & I DON'T PLAN ON EVER LEAVING!! The nail tech Vicky here is hands down the best person I have found to do my nails! I have been coming here for a bit over a year ever since my friend Andrea, who also goes to Vicky along with few of my other friends, introduced me to her amazing work!! She takes her time and is very detailed which is why I feel my nails last as long as they do! I used to go to her for gel and she would make them last easily 3-4 weeks without chipping and/or losing its shine, etc. I got into acrylics w/ gel during last summer and I fell in love with those too until I realized it was killing my nails so I went back to gel. BUT NOW, I do SNS and solely SNS! Its kind of like an acrylic powder but it doesn't damage my nails like acrylics because of the tips, and the powder provides more strength to my nails than the gels did without any damage! My nails haven't chipped or broken once so I grew them out & now I coffin them like I did to my acrylics. Not to mention, my nails used to be terrible because I used to bite them, but I will post a few pictures to show how much they've improved! I do my pedicures here as well but its mostly because it is convenient. I do find the nail polish does chip a bit fast but it is regular polish so I can't complain. Small side notes; -Call to make an appt. is you want someone specific! -The parking lot is a bit crammed at times but there are shopping centers you can park in surrounding the small one this shop is located in, or you can park on the street. -You can pay by card but ONLY CASH TIPS (which sucks cause I never carry cash), but there is a working ATM inside. -& lastly, pricing. For the great quality work Vicky does I do not mind paying what I do for my nails. GEL: $30, SNS: $35, Acrylic: $40, Acrylic w/ Gel: $45 (GIVE OR TAKE), & Pedicure I think is about $15-20. -oh, & they have free WIFI! read more

Like hideous, My friend told be about SNS It looked super natural and I loved her nails so that's why I tried Inail & Spa Rose gently took off my acrylic horrible free form and was super gentle. I'm a hairdresser so my nails are always in water and fragile. Rose cut down my nail to make them look healthy yet still left some length. SNS can be Matte or Gloss. Tried this place for the first time and would highly recommend it. It's a fairly new salon (maybe 9 months old) and with decent parking. My friend and I splurged and got the deluxe spa pedi -- ladies, it's totally worth it if you want to treat yourself to some pampering. For $30, the pedi is upgraded to include callus removal, a firming foot mask, a delicious smelling leg scrub and relaxing foot massage with lotion. And we can testify that our feet are amazingly smooth and silky! I was fortunate to get a great a great nail tech named Diane. She was very professional and attentive to detail. She paints beautiful nail art, so if you're like me and are addicted to the big toenail flower design -- be sure to ask for her. My friend and I have tried several places around town and we know a good pedi when we get one -- and we'll be back fo sho! My mani looked terrible and I hated it. Kept mentioning it to the manicurist but she was really doing her best so I just let it be. Later on went home and my sister asked me if I did "my own nails in a hurry!" That's how bad they looked. Uneven polish, cuticles not cleaned properly, just horrible. So the next morning I went in to give them a chance to fix it. I nicely asked and the owner said they "can't take me. They are busy and to come back at another time!" When I said I can't come back and asked if they could just touch Up the polish he replied "not now, We are busy. What do you want me to do?" Are you serious??? The woman who did my nails was rude and rushed and kept hounding about the callus remover. I got a gel mani and spa pedi that took 2+ hours. Dirty towels piling up around the place and no care about cleanliness or comfort since my spa pedi water was ice cold. My gel is already chipping and I can still see my nails from under my toe polish- it's been 24 hours. Apparently if I told the male cashier that I didn't like the service I would have received 10% off- HA! Definitely not worth my time and I will never be going back read more

Might as well pay more so it will last longer. I was very happy with it! First off, they have a huge selection of gel nail polishes. I didn't catch the name of the brand they use, but it looked like they had two types. My technician did a very thorough job and after two weeks there still were no chips! I asked for a flower on both ring fingers and she designed one for me. My one complaint is that the chemical smell of the salon was very strong. I have to say I'm very disappointed with Kevin's attitude and a little on his work. I had asked him kindly to fix the gel coat he put on because it had all the little bumps after it was dry so he added another layer of clear gel. He looked like he was a little Irritated because I asked him to fix the little bumps . After the second set of gel I noticed he didn't do it correctly and now there are streaks on the gel on 3 fingers. I didn't notice it till I walked out so I came right back and I noticed he was talking shit to his coworker in-front of another customer. Wow so rude! After walking into 2 places and calling 1 other and being sent away and told they were to busy.** My last attempt I called iNails. A gentleman answered and told me they didn't have time so I hung up. Then 30 seconds later HE CALL BACK and he told me to come now. I don't know the area well so I passed it 2 times. The parking lot is small but I easily found parking. I forgot the girls name who did my nail but she is sweet and kind. I like my nails short and haven't gotten a full switch in over 5 years. She was very knowledgeable and advised me to try the SNS. AND WOW!! I love them! She was very talented and made them look amazing. Next time I'm down there. I will be stopping by to get my nails done. The place is super clean. Clean bathroom. I have had my nails done by Kevin since he worked at a different salon and I've followed them to their new salon. My pedicures are always perfectly done by Sandy and by Diane. They are also very friendly and kind. I appreciate that they engage in conversations with me and are not like other salons where clients feel like their technicians might be talking about them. I tried going to a brand-new, fancy salon in my area and I was so disappointed by their shoddy work and overpriced menu. Kevin is far more experienced and talented. Didn't remove my ingrown all the way and caused a huge ingrown that super deep! It's killing me I can hardly wear closed toe shoes , and even just barefoot the pain in intolerable. I'm a regular there and they know of the ingrown issue I have and this is now the twice time this has happened to me . Maybe if they would stop rushing and trying to get through the pedicure and trying to up-sale you than maybe it would be a pretty damn good pedi. First impression: Shop is clean, we were greeted upon entrance by a woman. Pretty busy as almost all of the technicians were occupied with customers -- good sign. It didn't take long for us to have someone tend to us. My friend had Kevin, I eventually had Nikki tend to my service needs. I had an old set of gel overlay nails and wanted to get them removed + manicure. Nikki recommended a gel nail French manicure for my low maintenance need and the woman beside me raved that it is great if you can't make it in every two weeks to get your nails done. I also ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and cleaned up by Nikki and she did an EXCELLENT job (she must have noticed they were looking a little raggedy because she asked if I wanted them done while doing my nails, lol).
