iNails and Spa is an AMAZING place to have your nails done. I have been getting my nails done with them since they opened. Before that, the same crew did my nails at a different salon. After being blessed to have the same people do my nails for 8+ years, I can honestly say that I won't go anywhere else. Kevin, Sandy, Diane... the whole crew is amazingly good at what they do, plus they are kind and considerate. They make your entire experience enjoyable from beginning to end. Horrible. Went there for a gel mani and she did a horrible job. First she didn't even take off my gel properly. I kept complaining to the lady that there was a bubble and she kept saying that it would go away with top coat and it didn't. And then I said there was another bubble and she kept saying she didn't see it and she asked her coworker if she sees a bubble and the coworker pointed out where the bubble was on my nail! Also I kept telling her that my nails were filed crooked. And she kept giving me excuses. She applied the gel on so thick that my nails looked fake. She didn't even cut my cuticles! The lady who was doing my nails was doing a great job, however as soon as it got packed she begin to work really quick and forgot that i had asked for gel. She apologized for forgetting but then moved me with a different lady to do it because she had to start with a different client. GREAT, NEW SALON AND SUPER-CLEAN Just visited for the first time today. Drove by this place, Rose Nails and that other salon off SanFernando next to Starbucks and Sprouts. We decided to give this new salon a shot because they looked clean and new from the outside. So this place was found by accident. I found iNails to be very clean and professional. I'm super particular as salons go because I've had problems picking up infections at other salons in Burbank. This salon has been open for only 4 months. Here were the highlights: 1) the metal tools all came out of sterile packages 2) I typically bring my own scrubber and they were quick to point out that it's not allowed by law - so I like the fact that they like to follow the rules 3) The scrubber they used on my heels AND the nail file/buffers they used on me were both new and were thrown away after they used them on me. (Had they not let me use my own and instead, used something that had been used on others - that would've been an instant deal breaker). But, we talked about it, and the gentleman said, that's why you will always notice us get up and get new ones and then throw them away. (I did see that). I did notice they were a little smaller though. It's probably a little more difficult for them to use, but I'm sure it is so they can afford to use the scrubbers and buffers/files only once and throw away. (That was a huge plus for me!!!) 4) The staff was very friendly 5) Very large selection of gel colors. 6) Nice selection of regular polish, primarily OPI, Orly and Essie. As far as cost goes, I would say they are a buck or two more than some of the other cheaper Burbank salons, but it is clear that you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay and extra 2 bucks to avoid a funal infection, who wouldn't? Some of the other places I've been in Burbank: Elite Nail, Prestige, Tulip, etc. This one is definitely better! Over priced for the lack of quality and service. $50 for mani / pedi. I've had better results for much cheaper. The edges of my nails are sloppy and on my skin. Disappointed there are bubbles and areas of where the nail color is not spread evenly so you can see thru to my nail. When I asked the lady to fix it she said it's not her fault? I wasnt happy with their services..... I had the regular mani pedi ($30). The lady that did my pedi left my polish with messy edges and it did not look clean. She didn't even clean my nails properly and when she scrubbed them, she barely touched my foot like three times with the scrubber. The lady that did my mani was very nice and friendly but my polish chipped within 2 days and looked like it was over a week old. I dont understand why they pretend to cut the cuticles and literally just touch your cuticle with the trimmer but dont even cut them??.... has anyone noticed this? I just feel that they dont do a great job. I basically paid $30 to soak my feet and get them polished..... but nothing else. I definitely will not be returning. read more

I came in and had to wait a few minutes for someone to do my pedi. But they sat me in a spa chair fairly quickly and I got to soaking my feet in perfectly warmed water. There was no hard sell on which pedi to choose just a simple question as to what I wanted. I opted for the delux pedi because it had been a WHILE! :) I believe my technicians name was Brenda, a very sweet young lady who did a thorough job of shaping, exfoliating and massaging my feet and legs. The polish came out perfect and I am very pleased overall with the service I received. Know that you cannot pay tip with a card, only cash. They do provide an ATM inside the shop which is convenient but I had cash on hand so I was fine. I thought the value was good for the service. Everyone is super friendly here. I was pleased with my gel mani and my pedicure treatment. There are a lot of attempts at upselling, which I didn't care much for. I have been going to iNails & Spa for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone who is a part of this little shop is kind, friendly, professional, and helpful! They always give me the best manicure, pedicure, and wax each time i go in. I don't trust my nails, or face to anyone else. I've recommended them to tons of my friends and everyone of them loves them and continues to frequent this amazing salon. They get me to step outside my usual colors and try something new and fun and I always love what the final product looks like. I don't always remember to make an appointment, but they are so accommodating to me when i walk in on their busy weekend days, and if they can't fit me in within a few minutes, they let me know when a good time to come back is. Hooray! After 6 months of searching I've found my nail salon! I've tried a bunch of salons in Burbank/Glendale/NoHo since i moved up here and my quest is finally over. I'd settled on a salon in NoHo that was fine, cheap but not pretty or relaxing, but they ruined my nails with their harsh removal of my gels. Well I tried iNails 8 days ago and I'm so very happy with them!! The place was super new, clean, and relaxing and the massage chairs were sparkling clean! The lady that worked on my nails was so caring and sweet, and she told me that if i want to try gels again they know a different way to remove them that won't hurt nails that are weak and thin like mine. My mani/pedi turned out beautifully and my manicure is still intact - 8 days later and no chips (my pedicure still is too, but those usually last longer no matter what)! I've never had a non-gel manicure last this long. The people here are caring and wonderful and I can't wait to return! read more

So NOT worth the $20 they charge for a pedi. You're essentially paying for all their new equipment & tools. I had to ask the girl if they cleaned under the nails because she was getting ready to paint my toes already. She looked a bit annoyed & did the shortcut version of it. So...needless to say, I won't be going back to a place that charges more than the rest & does half ass work. This place was awful. I went in for acrylics, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax and they did it all in the chair in front of everyone. Then they kept asking, very loudly, if I want the rest of my face waxed and my calluses removed. They were unprofessional and had no regard for privacy. I will never come back here again. read more

Manicure was $15, which I think is reasonably priced. They did a good job! I bite my nails so they are very small, so I always consider doing my nails is a bit harder than their average client. They did a good job and were fast about it (but not too rushed). I went on a Friday at around 5pm and they had be in within 10 minutes. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic gel nails. My cousin had called to tell them what I wanted. I didn't want a basic ass pedicure and that is what they ended up doing. Also the people that work there aren't welcoming. We went in an istead of saying hi they all stared at us. While doing my nails they didn't even try to talk to me. They where all talking in their language. In other places they massage my hands while getting acrylic nails, here he just put the nails made me wash my hands. He then painted them and he called it a day. I will not be coming back to this place. They where extremely rude and of course it looked like they where talking about the customers. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of their fast service... I came in to get a pedicure and I've never had a more horrible experience getting a pedicure. It was more like a "color change". The whole point in getting a pedicure is to remove cuticles, but I guess not. First and last time here. Today was my first time visiting this place and it was absolutely great. I am new to the area and I have been going to the same nail shop back home for over 5 years so I was reluctant and a bit biased lol. Kevin greeted me when I walked in, I did not have an appointment and he got me right in within moments of me getting there. I got a fill in with the gel polish and my nails look really good. Nikki did my eyebrows and I loved it. I spent $40 for both services. It remained me a lot of the the place I go back home and that was a good feeling. Great customer service. I stopped at 2 other nail salons and they look real dingy so I left. Saw this place and it looked bright and busy. They had lots of colors so i decided to stay. Big mistake. They had me soaking my feet for 30 mins. I felt so uncomfortable i was dieing to get my feet out of the tub. I got stuck with a man (spikey hair/i posted picture) who was literally throughout the whole service on his cell! His lack of not wanting to be at work was very obvious. Literally everything he did was done half ass/incorrectly. Definitely not worth the $30+20% tip I gave him. Side notes: Massage chairs are super uncomfortable, no one uses the massage setting because of that. Also if you want a liner they charge you $1 extra but mind u, thats free at other places. If you are concern about catching a bacteria then don't come here!!! They don't clean their tools. Definitely not a sanitary place. I was praying the whole time that i wont catch anything. I never saw them clean the tubs or use new tools on each customer. read more

I was looking for a place that did nail designs because the place I usually go to they don't like to do designs there... Anyways... I get there and one girl starts to do my manicure as she began to buff my nails (I have gel nails) she begins to buff so hard and fast like if she's on a timer and she buffs my skin instead of my nail that's freaking hurt so bad I pulled my hand back and I look at my finger and its bleeding.... She hadn't even realize she hurt me (R u kidding me!!!!) I put some alcohol over it and she went along and worked on my other hand. I got worked on by 3people and they did a ok job. If it haven't been for the cut I got I think I would go back here but after that experience no way in hell everyone here works as if they are racing each other to the finish line. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails! I have tried pretty much all the nail salons in the neighborhood and lived in this neighborhood for 18 years, so you do the math! The Owner, Kevin does an awesome job on Gel nails, I mean flawless! Lasting for 3 weeks for me! All the girls are awesome too! This place used to be US Nails, and I tried it once few years ago and it was horrendess! Kevin has completely redone the place, and now it is very new and all new Staff. The price is compareable to other places in the same area. They had 10% discount for grandopenning that might still be going on now, which makes it a little cheaper that the other places on the same street! The chairs are brand new and very high tech and you get a very nice massage with it! ( don't need to pay another 20$ across the street at foot spa for a massage!) since the place is still new, there is no wait when you do walk in, however I would recommend making an appointment.
