GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place was over all terrible. I gave the spa the benefit of the doubt but nothing justified the very very poor quality. My nails fell off two days later, the nail tech had no idea what she was doing and when I requested a refund, the manager just argued with me. Save your money and go somewhere else. Worst salon I've been to ever. I wish I could give it negative stars.

This nail salon is everything! First of all, the salon is so cute and clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I think that the prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of service. Lucas does awesome work and is a great person to chat with. Great location!! Hidden Gem! Located right off the 215 and Stephanie. In Henderson. This nail shop is in the shopping center with EOS Fitness/ Thailicious/ Teriyaki Madness/Fed-Ex and plenty more. Just a few landmarks because it can be a little hard to find it your not looking for it. I Nails and Spa is nice and clean. When you walk in you are asked to wash your hands and then pick a color. I had a 10:30 appointment and I only had to wait a few minutes for a gel manicure. I paid $40 for a gel manicure with matte finish. The basic gel manicure is $35 and pedicure start at $30. They have all the safety portals in place with Covid. Mike did my nails any did a great job, I tried matte for the first time and I loved it. I will definitely be back, make sure you make an appointment because they get very busy.

I went here a year ago when I was just visiting and had my nails done by Dien, the owner, and was so pleased with the work he did. So I decided to come back. But this time I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the mani/pedi I received. I don't want to name any names but it was a lady that did my nails. Her work was sloppy and messy. But for me to ask her to do it again would be a waste of time for me because that is the way she does nails. Why did I waste an hour just to redo it again then waste more time. My nails started to chip the very next day and the pictures are day 3 after my mani/pedi. The polish was uneven and the nails were not shaped uniformly. Terrible, I will not come back and I wasted a pretty penny not to mention a pretty good tip. They have good reviews and their other nail techs are probably good, but I just got a bad one. I'll take my business somewhere else.

So it was sour of the moment we couldn't find anyone would take 4 for a pedicure. But when I called inails and spa they had availability. So this was already off to a great start. Sadly when we lived literally next door to this area they were not around at the time. So anyways we arrived an they were more than happy to accept us 10 minutes early all they asked was that we washed our hands prior to being seated. Which I did not mind by any means I was very much happy with the gesture. They seated us every other seat which we did not mind because we were all close still. The staff is very friendly the ambiance is very nice it's clean an very enjoyable. The chairs s as we very comfortable and the massage is excellent. I would highly recommend this salon to anybody. Also they are right off the exit on the 215 and Stephanie in the plaza so it was extremely easy to locate.. So yeah if anyone is looking for a nice spa day with a wide variety of options this is the place to come! P.s they also do lashes an brows waxing and many other sorts of services. So check them out while they're around.. To the techs great job and keep it up we will be back!

Best nail shop! Vu is my go to for dipped nails and gel pedicures. I get them done every 3 weeks without any breakage or color chipping. He's fast, efficient and personable. I absolutely hate sitting for too long and Vu gets me in and out within an hour to 1.5hrs. The hubby swears by Nancy for his Royal pedicures. He says she has the best pedicure techniques he's ever experienced and the best massages. Try this place, it'll be worth your while! read more

I've been here a few times and was even a regular at one point. When my schedule changed I started coming around 5pm and that's when my treatment went straight downhill. I feel bad for writing this because the people are really nice but the guy who did my nails (he wears Gucci slides usually) for the past few weeks was just the worst. He never even took off my cuticles or the dead skin on my nails. Rushed through each manicure and my pedicures would be done in 10 min. Just scrubbed as fast as he could didn't take the time to remove dead skin. Also he never let the gel fully set so after my last manicure the gel peeled off in a day since it wasn't fully dry. I've had other workers do great work on me here so don't take my experience with one worker to heart. I just won't be returning. There's so many nail salons in Vegas I think it's important to find the right salon and nail artist that fits your vibe. read more

Needed a last minute mani/pedi and was referred here. Okay. It's a beautiful salon. Let me start out by saying that. It's clean, well kept, and the staff is kind and accommodating. Let's talk GOOD: Got a pedicure from Nancy and the foot massage was one of the best I've ever had. As far as the pedi nothing crazy, but VERY good massage! Got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. It was quick. Standard once again. NOW. NAILS..... ummmm. I feel like words aren't necessary. Just LOOK these picture it's obvious. What I asked for is CLEARLY not what I got. Shape is wrong, color is off, the artist was so kind but I kept asking if she looked at the picture. I do my best to TRUST the nail techs working on me. But for $70 I except something SLIGHTLY similar to what I requested. The shape is SO WRONG. come on. I was honestly embarrassed to show up to my friends wedding with these nails but this was so last minute and they were already closing. Again. Such a kind nail tech, but I feel robbed and would NEVER suggest anyone go here. The amount of people who laughed at my nails because of how NOT okay they were was tremendous. Please just give your clients what they ask for and don't over charge because it was $50 for a full set and then the $20 extra I paid for the "art" this ain't art. The hell?!? This is a JANK job... not even close to worth it. read more

I moved to this area a year ago and found INails not too long after. This has become "my" nail salon. They are professional and clean. Dien is always pleasant and communicates whenever an appointment is running behind. I've been with all of the nail techs but my favorite is LUCAS! I've been going here since 2020 and have loved every manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. I mainly go to Lucas for designs but Dien does my mothers nails and they are always spot on, today Davian did hers today and they are beautiful. Nancy does beautiful pedicures as well. My sister and I accidentally stumbled upon iNails and Spa when our usual nail place was closed. Salon was clean, employees were very friendly and they got us in pretty quick. I made an appointment for four people to have services. There were only three people working and I think they forgot about my fourth person. With that said, staff was pleasant. Services were decent. Hate posting less than great reviews but this was bad /: Not from the area so took a gamble at a nail salon before a holiday party. The staff was nice overall. My tech tried her best, but was getting upset when I asked her to fix very visible issues. My normal salon would never let me leave with such poor work. I don't and won't post names on here but I would definitely ask for specific techs based on the reviews. I made an appt with a specific tech and was given to someone else when it got busy. I didn't complain and tried my best to be positive. But the pictures speak for themselves. The edges of almost all my nails are exposed. It could have just been an inexperienced tech. I've been lucky to be able to get a pedicure appointment within the same week and sometimes next day. I've only come in for pedicures but they have a large selection of nail polish colors to chose from. I also like they don't use such hard salt/sugar scrub on you. Would highly recommend! read more

It was ok. Why it is: 1. Clean shop 2. friendly service. 3. Check in gave me a coupon. Why I don't think it's great 1. Cut one of my toes. I didn't even have my nails cut. Not sure how that works. 2. Turned up the drill in high then rolled over three of my fingers when she caught the edge. 3. Minimal effort out into cleaning up my heels. 4. Shaped my acrylic nails at different lengths. 5. Painted over my skin then wiped it off. Resulting in left over color stain and clear coat on my fingers and toes. If I had paid full price I would have rated it less than ok. But for the price I got, it was ok. read more

Yeah.. I'm disappointed, did a removal still have acrylic on my nails.. got the acrylic shaving in my eye and mouth.. Got nicked a few times and it was just an uncomfortable experience.. I didn't even get lotion after being soaked in acetone for a while my hands were ashy and full of product.. I wish I took a after pictures to show the white cast and bits of acrylic on my hand after the session but my hands were hurting bad so I had to wipe them off and put some lotion on. Unfortunately I didn't have Lucas doing my nails but I truly don't think I'll return to this place.. I should have just done my nails at home.. read more

I went to get my nails done before a concert. Picked a color and wanted a manicure w/gel. When it was almost done the technician removed all the polish due to the polish being old. I didn't have time to wait for the process again and told him I had to go. Didn't realize he left me with rough nails, uneven nails and untrimmed cuticles on some nails BUT still charged full price! ‍ Never going back... Owner responded and either he lies or his employeedoes- see below. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else! read more

I don't really write reviews, but I liked my nails so much I decided to leave one :) I asked for jelly nails, and the really nice person who did my nails (her name is Nancy) picked out a few colors for me and tested it on my nails, and look how pretty!! She really makes you feel relaxed. And I can tell how detailed and meticulous she is.. I really can't see anyone walking away less than satisfied. read more

This is partly my fault for not asking for the price first but in all my year never have I paid $90 plus $65 for french tips never again. Living up to their namesake, that's exactly what your nether region will feel like after a wax at Smooth as Silk. Groupon brought me here. I've had the opportunity to try many waxing places because of it. Most estheticians I've gone to are usually independent and rent a space inside a salon building, but Smooth as Silk is actually a standalone waxing studio. And a beautifully decorated one at that -- reclaimed wood paneling and decor that made for a warm welcome. They even offer bottled water while waiting. A cleansing wipe is provided beforehand and a sheet drape for modesty after undressing. Tori did my wax. She was casual and friendly and turns out she's also the owner. So it goes without saying that I experienced a thorough wax. I'm bad at maintaining my brazilian schedule so it was as if it was my first time waxing, but it wasn't as painful as I anticipated. Thanks! I have a few favorite waxing places in town and this will definitely be added to the list. Their regular price for brazilian wax is $50 which is usually the average to comparable studios.

Well, my first 2 experiences here were amazing but I was in there about a week ago and the lady that did my nails was horrible. She was unprofessional and did a horrible job on my nails. When I went back for my eyebrows I told the manager I didn't like my nails and his comment was the color I picked didn't suit me and that was the problem. I went back today with 4 broken nails and 1 that had completely come off. Sean who did my nails the first time couldn't believe how bad they were. He could tell it hadn't been that long since I had been there by the growth of my nails. He apologized and he did an amazing job on my nails. When I was ready to check out the manager apologized and gave me a discount on this set and i appreciate it but it stinks that he didn't fix the situation when it happened and I ended up needing to come back to get a new set so early. From now on Sean will be the only one doing my nails. read more

Odd nail pricing policy, I will avoid this spot in the future. I called, asked how much it would be for an acrylic nail fill with gel on-top. I recently moved to Henderson from Summerlin, so I have been in search of a new nail tech. I was told $40 over the phone. I book an appointment, wait 15-20 minutes for them to be ready for me, have my nails done... then while paying I am told it's $50. When I asked why, they said they charge more for "Long" nails & needing one repaired. Never have I ever been charged extra for having long nails! $10 for "long" nails and a repair?? Recently relocated to Henderson area not too long ago from California. This is my first attempt to try one of the nails salon in this town. iNails and Spa has been the cleanest salon I've been so far. I had couple nail technicians here done my nails and so far I like it BUT Lucas is an exceptional, he is a true nail artist, he literally did exactly whatever pictures I brought to him. Unfortunately, my experience changed after I simply asked for clarification on pricing. I was charged $70 for a full set, then $82 when I returned for a fill. I wasn't arguing about the cost or saying anyone's work wasn't worth the price. I simply asked what the base price was for my services so I would know what to expect going forward. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, the owner became extremely defensive and hostile, repeatedly talking about what her work was worth. That was never the issue. The issue was consistency and transparency. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I had recently referred her business to a group of approximately 150 people because I believe in supporting and promoting local businesses. I would never expect special treatment because of that, but I do expect to be spoken to respectfully when asking a reasonable question about what I'm being charged. During my visits, I also witnessed the owner speaking very rudely to employees in front of customers, which made me uncomfortable. Afterward, I saw a reel posted joking about clients questioning inconsistent totals at checkout, including a scenario where a customer says they were charged a different amount the previous time. Considering what had just happened, I found that incredibly unprofessional. I have no problem paying for quality work. I do have a problem when pricing seems to change without clear explanation and a simple question about the price results in hostility. Customers should be able to ask what a service costs without being made to feel uncomfortable for asking. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer comfortably refer people here.

I've been to fancier nail salons that had okay-ish reviews, and the reviews were just that they liked the vibes. This place is totally clean and pleasant, well-lit, spacious enough -- but it's nothing super fancy, and that's how you know the good reviews on here don't lie!!! Most places don't clean up the cuticle very well and you end up with nice gel nails that cover a yucky cuticle for a few days before growing out and leaving a gap that snags on everything for the next week or so. This place does an excellent job on the cuticle, and the nail tech Melissa obliged when I asked her to get the polish as close as she could to the cuticle line. It's not fully "tucked" like a Russian style manicure, but it's very close to it and I appreciate that. The polish is also really nice and smoothed down real flat, no raised edges to get caught and snagged. I appreciate that too! I also appreciated that both nail techs, Monae and Melissa, used the efile appropriately without grinding my nailbed to shreds. That's the second biggest issue I have with most other nail salons I try, and why I rarely go to any nail salon a second time. Most places just got too nuts with the efile to the point where when your manicure wears off your nails are just destroyed underneath. They didn't do this here! Very careful with the efile and only used where needed, and my nails don't feel like a damaged flaky mess under the hard gel. Feels like they got my nails just textured enough to bond really well with the gel, minimal damage. Thanks to the restrained efiling and excellent cuticle work, my mani and pedi still aren't wearing off at all, so I figured I'd come leave a nice review here!! I'll definitely be back!

Although the gel manicure I had done looked ok initially, they reused the tools without sanitizing between clients (have you seen those giant UV machines or the sealed packets they pull out with a freshly sanitized set of tools - that was no where to be seen) my technician (who was very friendly - hence the only reason I didn't give this place 1 star) pulled out the tools from her drawer and the nail buffer and file from a plastic bag that held several of them with different usage. The floor also had stains, you could probably find nicer furniture if you went dumpster diving, and the smell of incense was overwhelming! They dilute the polishes with acetone to maximize the amount of customers they can use it on - the technician did it in front of me. I'm not familiar with the health codes for a nail salon but I have to imagine this place was violation. I immediately canceled the pedicure and blamed it on forgetting that I needed to be somewhere. Again, I feel really bad destroying an establishment with such friendly technicians but I feel compelled to warn folks before they get an infection or fungus. The pedicure service was extremely disappointing. The nail technician rushed through the entire appointment. He only cleaned under the nails on one foot, poured cuticle softener all over the top of my feet and lower legs, and did not properly remove the existing polish, buff my nails, or add anything to the water for a proper soak. The callus remover wasn't used during the service either. After the pedicure was essentially finished and the water had already been drained and lotion applied, I asked about the callus removal. He said he "forgot" and then attempted to do it afterward. Once I mentioned that I am a licensed cosmetologist, he insisted on doing the callus remover and refilled the tub, but there was still no proper soak. Because it was rushed, one foot was left noticeably rougher than the other. He then had to wash off the lotion to remove the callus treatment. The massage was also very rough and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. When I went to start the hard gel service, I asked the nail technician for the manager. She immediately asked why. When I explained that I wasn't happy with the pedicure, she responded with a sarcastic and dismissive attitude. She repeatedly said, "You're the nail tech for five years, you tell me what you want." I explained that I wanted the tip placed over my natural nails because I am growing them out and asked her not to cut them. She continued repeating that it would "look different in the back," even after I told her I was fine with that. She kept saying, "You're the nail tech, you should know," in a very antagonistic, unprofessional, and condescending tone. She also mentioned she has been a nail technician for 16 years but said she cannot do sculptured nails and only works with tips which to me is a failure if ur still stuck at the basics after almost 2 decades. I eventually spoke with the manager, who resolved the situation by adjusting the service and charging me only for a polish change, which I was fine with. However, the overall atmosphere was extremely unprofessional, and the experience was very unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Sweet people but.. horrible nail job.. my mother got a pink gel from there color station it was…read moreorange no where near pink... as for my toes... I got acrylic on only one toe.. to fix the nail shape.. pic says enough and which is obvious. Horrible. Save money. Cost 140 for both pedicure.
